I absolutely loved this property. I’ve never lived at Camden Highland Village but I had the pleasure of touring their units in Terrace building. First thing I noticed was how their staff is very helpful and friendly. The property is very clean and beautiful to say the least, the amenities are awesome and I love the fact that they have a pet spa!I would highly recommend this apartments.

This property has it all! The location is PERFECT with the beautiful tree lined streets next to a safe quiet neighborhood to walk your fur kids! Walking distance to shopping & restaurants and hands down, the best staff and maintenance team ever! They go out of their way to help residents no matter what. I have lived at four Camden Properties and I have to say, Camden Highland Village is my fave!

She waited after her work hour to help me with searching the apartments available and guided me through the whole process. I am so grateful for all her helps. If you go to Camden building for apartment search, make sure you meet her. 😊

I like this community and the leasing professional Chris help me a lot with apartment floor plan and introducing the amenity when I first moved in here,the place is very secured and in a very good and safe neighborhood. The maintenance team a very proactive and professional as well as the 24-hours concierge services so I never have to worry come back home late come get my package on time or come downstairs to pick up my friend, and I also love the approximately 2 acre dog park in front of the building. I do see some negative reviews regarding the management team but from my point of view they are very nice and professional solve my problem short and fast. I give them a huge thumbs up for the good and professional services.

I have really enjoyed my experience at Camden Highland Village! I moved in February 2022 and relocated from out of state - everything was flawless on moving day.The grounds/buildings are well maintained - thank you Maintenance, nice amenities, great dog park for residents, and you cant beat the location - convenience to everything, walkable neighborhood.There have been some issues with crime, but this seems to be a trend right now all over Houston and the country. Management took new steps to ensure our safety - adding security patrol and installing door armor on the apartment homes - thank you!Apartment homes are spacious and offer great finishes. I love my views from my balcony. The Gallery Bldg is my favorite, its well built and quiet. Residents are friendly throughout the community!Keep up the great work Hope, Marissa, Ericka, and all of the the other staff!

The maintenance worker Gerado Rodriguez always makes my experience with fixing anything I need excellent. He was prompt, professional, and clearly took pride in his work. Whenever I had an issue with my unit, Gerado and other maintenance team go above and beyond to fix it quickly and effectively.This 5 star rating is just for maintenance ☺️

I loved this apartment & all its amenities, and the staff does a great job at keeping the community clean, especially the pool! I lived right outside the pool, and I swear they were out there every morning cleaning it, even in the winter! Never had issues with the garage, maintenance, packages, mail, etc. Even when people would be out in the pool after 10 pm, the concierge always handled it once called. The only downside to living here were the thin walls. I had trouble sleeping many nights because my neighbors were ones to enjoy the comfort of their living room late into the night, which shares the wall with my bedroom. To put it into perspective, there were nights where my neighbors (or could have been their dogs) would sleep in the living room & the snoring would wake me up. It literally sounded as if they were sleeping right next to me in my bed. So, please just be mindful of others early in the mornings & late at night.

A wonderful place to call home. Our lease at Camden Townhomes just ended and I cannot say enough things about what a great property this is. The concierge services, the beautiful pools and meticulously maintained grounds all make this the place to live! The leasing staff and management are responsive and attentive to the residents. They have food trucks monthly and other fun activities. The maintenance team here keeps everything in perfect working order in both the common areas and apartment homes. I am thankful for our time here and for having such a sweet group of people taking care of us.

Let me start my review by saying: Amber is amazing! I cant really thank her enough for her care and responsiveness, thanks again!I have waited intentionally review the place to find any problems but there was none. Literally there was no problems starting from our application process until actually living. Application took about probably few hours to get approved which I was really surprised how smooth it went from the past experiences for such a complex. We were welcomed with amazing gestures so many times I lost the count we were surpises greatly every time.For someone whose job is being nice all the time and delivering bad news usually I do not really know how office team can be so positive and communicative, still amazing to me!Amenities my wife fell in love the moment she visited the place, cleanliness of the complex, constant community updates everything is perfect.Keep being awesome!

Ive recently upgraded to a new unit at Camden Highland Village with higher ceilings on the 8th floor with Amazing natural light. I have lived in other complexes which promote excellent service to their residents; BUT have not delivered. Camden Highland Village is a complex that will not let you down in the area of resideent service. Amber Wenger, Camdens Resident Service Coordinator will continously do everything that she can to make the Camden name great. Im also very pleased with the square footage availabe for a 1 bedroom (1253 sq. ft). #CamdenHappyResident

Our time here is coming to an end, and I cannot say enough great things about this property. We have been in one of the townhomes since November 2022 and it has been a wonderful experience. The leasing staff and management are amazing-especially Hope & Lydia. The backbone of a perfect apartment living experience is the maintenance team, and the crew here are the absolute best. The amenities are kept in perfect condition, the grounds are flawlessly maintained and the service is fantastic. We are relocating to a home in a different area, otherwise we would definitely be renewing our lease. Thank you CHV team for such an incredible time with you.

My initial Impression:Indeed a Home away from Home.So I recently moved from North Carolina to Houston, Texas.From the day I walked into the leasing office my initial observation was the aroma, friendly smiles, and the family, fun and friendly demeanor every team member embodied, the interaction was consistent from the valet that held the door open for us to the warm smiles of the concierge to the leasing agent Katherine.The decor was very modern, luxurious, smells extravagant and very clean.Application Process:The application process was very fast and smooth, Katherine explained all the great amenities in such great detail, I had a tour of the building, the amenities (Library, sky lounge, spa treatment center, 2 in 1 fitness area) & my beautiful soon to be apartment.The Top Tier Living Experience:Fast forward to 8 months later, I have been a resident at the Camden highland Village and believe me when I say I do not plan on leaving anytime soon.Since day one, the concierge still greets you with a smile no matter the hour of the day, the amenities are always kept so clean, never too occupied, the apartment team host great interactive social events for the residents, such as wine night, St. Patrick day parties, spontaneous pizza parties; you can also lease out the beautiful sky lounges for such an affordable fee, you can reserve the conference room, spa treatment center and business lounge office space for residents that work from home.The Maintenance Team is the star player of this luxurious apartment home, every time I have submit a maintenance request it is literally taken care of within 24 hours, they are very great with communication, always so uniformed and tidy.Nevertheless, diving into the beautiful dog park, as someone that does not own a pet, I feel in love with dogs due to all my fellow neighbors having the most trained and cutest fur babies.The Camden highland village has a luxurious, clean dog park and spa like no other.If you are looking for such a safe environment, family atmosphere, great luxurious service, quick and efficient maintenance services & even cleaning services through spruce, look no further.I’m happy to share my experience to save others especially those moving from out of town the stress of searching for the best place to live in Houston.In conclusion, in regards to location, this apartment is literally located in one of the safest communities in Houston, very close to the upscale restaurants, upper Kirby area, highland village, walking distance to the Apple Store, luxurious coffee shops, furniture stores & I can literally write a novel on how I made the best decision to choose Camden highland village as my home.Thank you so much to the great Camden team and management for such a great experience.-Georgian K

I LOVED living here. We lived in this complex for 6 years. First under Fein management and later under Camden. Staff was always courteous and amicable and addressed all problems immediately. Apartments had beautiful views of the Galleria and never ever did we hear noises from neighboring apartments. The location was unbeatable; near Central Market, the Galleria Mall and River Oaks. We always felt secure. We made amazing friends!!! Missing this place soo much!

Living at Camden Highland Village has been a wonderful experience. The leasing/management team (Kaitlyn, Marissa, Tisha and Hope) have been extremely helpful throughout the leasing and move-in process. The Maintenance folks are extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. I’ve never lived in an apartment complex where maintenance requests are completed so quickly. The concierge team are also super friendly and very accommodating for residents. The location of this complex is great with easy access to Greenway Plaza, River Oaks, Downtown and the Galleria. The complex has great amenities and the apartments themselves are maintained very well. Overall, if you’re looking for a spacious apartment with good amenities, and wonderful staff in a centrally located area; look no further.

Lived here for the past year and will be renewing for another! I We live on the Gallery side and its very peaceful and quiet here. The building is concrete so it has excellent sound isolation which was important for us because we had a baby right after moving in. Also staff has been exellent from the concierge to valet to maintenance to leasing to cleaning.

I’ve been a resident at Camden Highland for around 5 months now. And all I can say is that I love living here. I moved from downtown to escape the traffic and noise. Camden is perfectly situated close to downtown but it still has the residential feel. The location is nice and peaceful.As far as the services go the management is very helpful and they provide excellent customer service. Any issues with my apartment were fixed and taken care of within a couple I days. The team is always on top of things to make sure the residents are taking care of.I recommended this apartments to my friends and a couple of them already move in to the complex in the last few months.Highly recommend this place. 10/10

Since the moment I came looking for a place to move I feel in love with this place is so nice, the amenities are wow. I had a great experience renting here. Michelle was super nice and so helpful with the process, she was very sensitive to my needs and gave me a perfect parking spot close to my place. Moving was perfect no inconvenience. My apartment is very quiet and hardly ever hear my neighbors. The maintenance crew is also awesome they fix the little things I needed in no time very fast. I’m very happy that I made Camden highland village my home.

Camden Highland Village is a gorgeous property. It is maintained very well. The units are absolutely beautiful. Searching for an apartment is never easy, but the customer service at this complex made it smooth. The customer service is superb.Everyone in the office is friendly and positive. They answered every question that I had. They were punctual for my tour and allowed me to go at my pace. There was no rush. I hope to make Camden Highland Village my home as soon as my current lease is up.

Living at The Camden Highland Village has been a truly wonderful, comfortable, secure and aesthetically pleasing experience. We sold our Oak Forest home and lived in a beautiful and well appointed and established high rise on Hermann Park for years but they decided to sell their units and we decided not to buy.Our adventure trying to find an apartment was arduous! Then we came to Camden Highland Village; from the moment we met with our leasing agent Jennifer B. and was given the tour of the floor plans, amenities and grounds, we knew we had found our new home.The turn around time for maintenance staff is incredible as well as their professionalism, the kind and attentive concierge staff and of course the administrative staff have exceeded our expectations.I highly recommend Camden Highland Village to any prospective clients.The community here is integrated and supportive!!Well done Camden Highland Village!

We recently moved from out of state back to Houston and signed a lease with Camden Highland Village back in May 2020. The Camden Highland Village is incredible. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to absolutely everyone! We have had such a great experience living at Camden Highland Village that some of our family members recently leased an apartment here as well. All the staff here are so kind and helpful from the leasing office, concierge, valet, maintenance, etc... Michelle Schick was our leasing agent at Camden Highland Village and she was great! She helped us find the apartment that was perfect for us and was always very responsive! Make sure to ask for Michelle if you are looking! Camden Highland Village provides facilities and a community that is a good fit for everyone from young professionals to those in retirement! We absolutely love it here and changed our plans from buying a house to staying at Camden Highland Village for the foreseeable future! Thank you Camden Highland Village for everything you did and continue to do to make our new home in Houston everything we need and want!

We moved in January of this year. Kaitlynn was the one who assisted, gave us a tour, and explained everything about the apartment and leasing process to us. She simplified the leasing process, and was very nice and had quite a personality throughout the tour. As a tenant, she is still very helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. Maintenance request here are fulfilled promptly.MOVE OUT UPDATE 05.15.3023:From January 2022 until yesterday, I had the pleasure of living at this apartment, and I must say, it was an absolutely great experience. I sincerely hope to return in the future, but due to financial restrictions and a rent increase, I had to make the tough decision to go.First and foremost, the apartment building was stunning in and of itself. It was clear that the management takes great pride in maintaining a beautiful living environment from the immaculate gardens to the Caesar’s Palace vibe architecture. The top-notch amenities offered inhabitants a variety of possibilities for leisure and entertainment as well. Two pools, courtyards with games, a sky deck to hang out, and plenty of space to study or wfh.The extremely welcoming and helpful concierge was one feature that really caught my attention. Every time I needed anything, they were there with a friendly grin and a readiness to help. I felt cherished and welcomed in the neighborhood because of it.In addition, the maintenance crew in my was outstanding. Every maintenance request I made was answered and remedied right away. They not only quickly and effectively fixed the problems, but they also went above and beyond by routinely cleaning and maintaining the complexs immaculate state. It was clear that they sincerely cared about the comfort and wellbeing of the residents. This is one of my biggest selling point due to my brother’s and my allegories and asthma. Even though we did frequently had AC issues, I was pleased by how quickly those issues were resolved the same day.Living at this apartment complex was extremely enjoyable, especially with our furry neighbors we had there. Everybody had a dog, and whenever I was having a bad day, I could always bank on running into a happy dog in the elevator to make me feel better. Except for those demon Chihuahuas.Naturally, there were a few drawbacks. The increase in rent was the primary negative for me. I still think the apartment was worth every penny, even with the additional cost, but sadly, it went out of my price range. I do, however, still hold out hope that Ill get another chance to come back.As luck would have it, when I just moved out, I neglected to pack some important goods from the medicine cabinet. Fortunately, the fantastic Camden crew saved me. They graciously checked the cabinet for me, packaged the items I forgot, and let me pick them up today. Even after I moved out, they continued to be attentive and helpful, which far beyond my expectations.At conclusion, I had a remarkably good experience at my previous apartment. It was a wonderful location to live because of the lovely complex, welcoming concierge, excellent maintenance team (despite sporadic AC problems), and the thrill of coming across cute dogs. I genuinely hope to return the following year!Cheers to the lucky parasites who lease my unit before but my salary doubled this month… joking joking.

Its sounds cliche but I honestly feel like the folks at Camden are family. They go out of their way to take care of the little details. They take great care of the place. Kat, Amber, Smain, Mo, Miguel, Max, Jesus....and the rest...it is something to know the staff at such a personal level. Good people that do good.The place is always being upgraded, cleaned, maintained. Maintenance requests are almost always completed the same day. Communication with the residents is frequent and helpful.Ive lived here for several years and have no plans to leave.

Had a really good experience while I stayed at Camden Highland Village. The location cannot be beat. Down the street from my favorite grocery store in Houston, Central Market, and all others like Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods or super close too. The Highland Village strip is a few minutes drive away, as well as my go-to gym Equinox. The location is in a really nice part of town and everything is basically right around the corner. I loved having people over and it seemed my place was the common meeting ground for us ladies as it’s so centralized to all we wanted to go do. Speaking of us ladies, we’ve never had an issue feeling unsafe, or bothered while staying here. We’ve come and gone at all hours and never ran into any problems.The staff at this complex really shine and the management really keep this place running at tip top shape. Whatever minor issues I’ve had come up we dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. It’s the best staff and management I’ve ever encounter while renting. The staff is competent and act like they really cared about my stay here.All in all, I left on good terms and have nothing bad to say about my experience here. I recommend it to anyone moving and looking for a good solid place to land for a while.

We love living here. The maintenance technicians are always quick to respond. Our air-conditioning was not working well after business hours. We called Camden and they contacted the on call technician, Gerardo Rodriguez, who was here within about 20 minutes or so. Gerardo worked quickly and quietly, and air was back on in about 15 minutes. We have had maintenance technicians come out once or twice before. Same experience. Super efficient and courteous. Thank you!

I am a very happy resident at the Camden Highland Village. The staff is great! Everyone here from the Concierge desk to the office staff ( Kat Cheri, Marissa and Hope and the gang) to maintenance ( Eloy, and the team) have been very friendly, and responsive to any requests I have made, repairs have always been made within a day. The Camden Highland Village is more like living in a lovely resort than an apartment. I love the amenities from the 2 gyms, two libraries, meeting rooms and gorgeous pools. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. And, the building I live in, the Gallery, is remarkably quiet. I highly recommend that you tour this property if you are looking for a new home in the Galleria area (without the traffic), Greenway Plaza, Highland Village, Bellaire or River Oaks areas of Houston.UPDATE.. I have renewed my lease and love living here! The office staff and maintainence teams are amazing and so quick to respond when needed. I HIGHLY recommend Camden Highland Village.

I’ve lived here for a month now, and have been impressed with, not only the property and gorgeous apartment, but also the stellar customer service I’ve received. I understand these apartments are under new management (Camden), and have seen that they’ve made a conscious effort to improve the property and have made the move in process seamless for me. This review is solely in regards towards their leasing office services and tours.As mentioned in my disclaimer, I have not lived on this property before. But I did tour with them, and I can only say that Isabel G. is absolutely the BEST leasing consultant I have ever met. She goes above and beyond her duty to try to help you find the most suitable place for you at Highland Village. Shes so sweet and sunny that I almost wanted to lease with Highland Village--you know youll definitely be at peace with her around to help in the office. To sum it up, shes the epitome of 5-star service!I should also mention, based on my tour, Highland Village is gorgeous and quaint. No excess noise, and theres even a library that has such a scholarly atmosphere to it. The only con is that it doesnt smell that fresh; but then again, where in Houston does it smell fresh? I would totally love to live here, but alas, my salary is what it is.

Been living here for 3 years. The place is amazing and very comfortable. Best location as youre in the middle of everything. Awesome huge private dog park only for residents and during the Covid-19 Pandemic I had rent relief from their own private funding earlier then what the government was providing. Good job Camden that was amazing.Also the best neighbors ever. During the lock down I had been blasting music super loud during a live online music festival that took during the weekend. The units are made very sturdy and I dont think my neighbors really heard me, but if they did they were super cool about it.

I went to visit Camden Highland Village and had a wonderful tour with a leasing agent there. She made me feel so comfortable and right at home. The complex is located in walking distance to my job and tons of shopping which is the perfect fit. I will be leasing here when my current lease is up.

Wonderful experience moving into our new home! Our leasing consultant, Michelle Schick, was very knowledgeable and welcoming from our first tour of the property and made sure all of our and our dogs needs were met before moving in. With a fantastic staff from the leasing consultants, concierges, maintenance and grounds crew, and the plethora of amenities for us and our dog, I wish we would have found Camden Highland Village Townhomes sooner!

Recently toured this beautiful community and was blown away! Leasing Consultant Isabel Gamez was incredibly helpful, professional and knowledgeable about both the community and surrounding area. The grounds are immaculate and the amenities are beautiful! Huge dog park attached perfect for my Labrador at this dog friendly complex. Will definitely be applying asap! Pictures dont do the community justice. Call and ask for Isabel to set up a tour! You wont be disappointed

I have been a renter since I was 18, and have lived in many areas/complexes in Houston. Camden HV is THE BEST property Ive rented from!!! The property is well-kept, the management team are responsive and transparent, maintenance team is SO quick, and any community complaint is usually taken care of within the day. The resident portal is Active Building and they dont censor posts, so you can get real-time news from your neighbors. This was so helpful during the winter storm.For a dog owner, huge dog park is something to brag about! The grooming room is well-equipped, clean, and *air-conditioned*!!I really regret moving from Camden HV (I needed more space), and I will always always always recommend this community to renters. The only thing I didnt like about Camden HV was that it was such a huge property that it was difficult to instruct food deliverers where to go lol.

I have lived here since August 2019 and love the property. Front desk and office staff are always willing to assist with any issues I have. Especially leasing consultant Jordan Eustate! She is so friendly and welcoming, she went above and beyond on several occasions. From the first time we toured the property she made us feel like this is where we want to live and she continues to provide that same experience!

To be honest, this property wasnt at the top of our list when scheduling apartment tours. When one of the other properties wasnt available, we decided to schedule a tour here. Once we arrived, we instantly were wowed by the exterior of the property and the surrounding area. We met Amber and can easily say she was the most friendly person we met compared to all the other properties we toured that day. She was very informative and answered all of our questions. After the tour, my girlfriend and I were in love with this property and everything we had to offer. Once we decided to move forward with the leasing process, we requested to sign all the paperwork in person with Amber since this was our first time leasing an apartment. She gladly agreed and went through all the paperwork with us to make the whole process as easy as possible while also educating us on everything. After signing the lease, we had so many random questions that we kept asking via email until our move in date. Amber answered back promptly for each and every single one. Overall, my girlfriend and I couldnt be happier with our decision.

We have lived at Olympia for the last two years and have loved it! The apartments are very spacious and well constructed. Noise from neighbors is minimal if at all. I have had wonderful interactions with all maintenance, concierge, valet and leasing staff.Also, the location is fantastic, with great walking and shopping.

Amber is amazing, she really cares about the residents, she is always willing to help. It is always easy to have a conversation with her and her follow through with topics is always impeccable. ALI at the concierge of what used to be Aria has always been so so helpful throughout my stay at Camden. Extremely grateful to have his help during my move out yesterday , helped me with booking the loading deck and much more . Let me just say that The entire complex and work staff as a whole is amazing but I really just want to point out Mr.Harrison on the maintenance staff. I was already having a bad week and then to top it off, I locked my keys in my car but he was so kind to help me and did not stop until it was done. Even helped me carry my groceries! Went over and beyond. I can’t thank him enough. Great customer service, great attitude, and it was genuine. I Definitely recommend this complex!! I would give 20 stars if i could.

Beautiful property and well maintained. It feels like a little oasis when coming home. Super friendly on site staff and leasing staff is very helpful and friendly no matter what the situation. Michelle Schmick was the leasing consultant who advised me and ultimately convinced me to sign with CHV over another property— one I already paid $400 to and was days from signing the lease. Michelle went above and beyond to help me find a vacancy that met my specifications. She knew I really liked the property, but at that time there were no available units that were over 900’sq foot but within my price range. After a few weeks, I lost hope and accepted I would not find an apartment that was over 900 sq feet and within my budget and, honestly, knew my expectations were too high. Several weeks passed until one Sunday I received a call from Michelle, who said that they just got a vacancy for an apartment that was 200 sq. Feet larger than my current apartment, and the rent was listed $400-500 LOWER than it’s usually listed. Within a matter of 3 hours, I was able to apply and secure an apartment that was significantly bigger but within my budget and, let’s face it, that NEVER happens.I was honestly surprised to receive that call from Michelle that day— not because of the apartment, but because she remembered and cared enough to reach out to me. It was unlike any other leasing experience I’ve had because it felt like Michelle was as invested (emphasis added ☺️ )in my apartment search as I was. I’ve met tons of leasing consultants over the years, and yes they all do the obligatory 1-2 follow up calls or emails, but I never felt nor would I ever have described those individuals as “invested,” which honestly I never expect. They are doing their job, and trying to meet their sales targets. But my experience with Michelle was different— she far exceeded my expectations. She never lost sight of what I needed and was diligent, solution-oriented and quick in communicating important offers or details I should know. Very impressed and am so fortunate I got to meet Michelle. I wouldn’t have found this place if it wasn’t for her.

We have found a new home.
