Love it so far! Still unpacking and learning the area, but the leasing staff has been amazing. Also, maintenance has been hit or miss but at the end of the day they come fast and things get fixed.Oksana was great before I moved in and has been great after! Emily was new but great when I needed help on a Saturday evening. I’m always greeted when I enter the office.The area is still Dallas so know you’re surrounding but if you walk at night there are enough people around just incase. I feel safe.The trail is very quiet. I still prefer the Lake but it’s nice to be able to walk to a trail.The gym is perfect! Every apartment gym needs a yoga studio.The one con that isn’t really a con but just me! I have forgotten my phone twice now since I have moved in. I wish they would provide a fob but I understand why they don’t. I’m very lucky both times a neighbor has let me in. Don’t forget your phone. I’m not big on always having my phone with me.Keep up the great work guys!

In the time I have lived here, I have been SO happy with everything at Camden Greenville! Starting with the leasing staff - so friendly, and I have been so impressed with how quickly and attentive they are to any issues or feedback the residents have. From what I have witnessed, it seems like anytime there is an issue or idea, the team is quick to step in and help make us happy! They also do fun little events and social hours for the residents to stop by at. The maintenance team deserves so much praise as well. Everything is answered for within a day, and not only that, some of the most kind people I have had the pleasure of getting to know! Great all around, and I am confident my experience here will stay that way. I already hope and plan to resign!

This place got even better when Camden took over. Great place to live.

I had an outstanding experience working with Caroline, during my move to a new residence. From start to finish, she was extremely helpful, providing prompt and clear feedback at every step. What really stood out was her attentiveness to our needs—Caroline made sure all of our questions were answered and addressed any concerns right away. The entire leasing process, which can sometimes be stressful, was made incredibly smooth and easy thanks to her expertise and dedication. Transitioning from our old property was seamless, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and constant support. I highly recommend Caroline for anyone looking for a leasing experience that’s both stress-free and efficient.

The BEST place to live!Caroline, Brad, Oksana, and everyone else in the leasing office is just wonderful. The community is clean and our apartment was wonderful. Whenever we had a maintenance issue it was always fixed extremely quickly (shoutout maintenance man Michael & the rest of the team). Overall, our experience here couldn’t have been better and I was so sad to move out! The location is great and I always felt super safe within the community. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:Pros:Maintenance Team: Quick, efficient, and always helpful.Leasing Office: Friendly staff who were responsive and happy to assist.Parking Garage: Always clean and felt safe.Chirp Access App: A fantastic feature that made it easy to grant access to delivery people and guests.Pools: relaxed, laid-back atmosphere, and consistently well-maintained.Apartment Unit: Great finishes, excellent water pressure, and zero appliance issues during my lease.Storage Units: conveniently available at reasonable prices.Neighborhood: Safe area with a welcoming and friendly community.Package Delivery: Items were always delivered to my door or mailbox.Gyms: Fully equipped, clean, and well-organized.Neighbors: a little bit of everyone! Lots of young families, retirees, young pros, and couples.Cons:Dog Park: The smell can be unpleasant, but that’s typical for most apartment complexes.Hallway Carpets: Often stained/dirty, though they recently got a carpet cleaner, so this might improve.Missing Amenities: No coffee machine, dog grooming station, or water refill station—not deal breakers, but worth noting if these are important to you.Turf/Ramps: Sometimes smelled bad during summer months.Pet Waste: Some neighbors in townhome yards didn’t clean up after their dogs, causing occasional odor issues.Alley Behind the Building: Could benefit from regular power washing.Overall, my experience was very positive, and I’d happily recommend Camden to anyone!

I visited Camden Greenville for a tour of one of the townhomes. I was helped by Brad. He was extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable. I also met Caroline, and although she did not take me on the tour, she was very friendly. I could tell the team cared about my experience very much. The townhome was spacious and well kept. Highly recommend this neighborhood and property.

My experience at Camden Greenville (Villas) was honestly the best apartment rental experience I have ever had, and I’ve rented quite a few. Here’s my take:- AMENITIES: Great, well taken care of amenities; your own personal garage is nearly priceless. AND if you have a DOG/pet, it’s a great apartment complex to live in!- CG STAFF: Friendly and responsive staff, to include and especially the maintenance and grounds keeping staff.- LEASING: The leasing office was always upfront and transparent with me and were willing to do whatever they could (if within their power) to help me.- MOVE OUT: While I normally dread the rental apartment move out experience, my move out from CG was so smooth and uneventful (which is what you want). The staff was more than accommodating and was there to help every step of the way if I needed it.- DEPOSIT: They kept me apprised of the status of my deposit refund until it was officially paid in full. No issues or disagreements with the amount being refunded.Would very much recommend to anyone in the SMU/University Park/Greenville area.

Its a great apartment and I wanted to give 5 stars, but during the last few weeks my opinion was soured. I was charged nearly $500 a few weeks after I moved out to replace the stove top. These are electric stoves which naturally grow discolored at the burners. Luckily I had photo evidence of the state of the stove prior to my move-in to prove that the damage (loose term) was already there, but even then I had to go back and forth with management until they cleared that charge. I wouldve taken it to small claims court before paying them a dime for that replacement because I know I was protected under reasonable use policies.Dont get taken advantage of by the corporate greed! You shouldnt have to have the foresight to keep documentation in case the apartment doesnt understand normal wear and tear, but Im glad I did. Had I not taken those photos out of extra precaution, they wouldve tried to put their own routine replacement of an appliance on me just for being the last inhabitant of the unit.

The floor plans are great, maintenance is quick to respond and so friendly but the best part about moving in was my leasing agent Katherine! She was so helpful and still to this day stays in touch with me to make sure I’m doing well! If you’re looking for a new place to move to check out Camden and ask code Katherine!!!

I have been living in my unit for the past 5 years, and Camden has been giving me the best experience so far among all management companies.1. The current maintenance team is excellent - David leads the team very well and all the team members (Miguel and Ms. Van) I have met are awesome. David has provided me top-quality services (quick response, upgraded appliance/equipment, professionalism, and truly cares about residents’ wellbeing). He has been the best maintenance manager so far. (Credit to Brad for recruiting him!) Miguel is also great at his job with great skills and awesome attitude. I can always see him running/driving around helping residents with energy and happiness in his John Deer.2. Management team is also amazing - I have known Brad for ~2 years and he has always been helpful and truly caring for the residents. He is a great manager and always thinks for/provides tailored solutions for residents from residents’ perspectives. A management team/company should not be a landlord demanding money, but a partner bringing happiness to all residents. Oksana， Caroline and George are always there for us as well with great services and attitude.Overall, if the rates are continuously to be competitive forward, Camden is home. I hope the team can maintain their service quality, professionalism, reputation, and most importantly, resident’s trust, which is the cornerstone of any business’s success and can be lost within seconds.

The Camden Greenville team is among the best in the apartment rental business when it comes to helpfulness, promptness, and (most importantly) caring! Ive rented with several other companies in the past, and this staff has been the most passionate about their work by far!Brad, Oksana, and Caroline have been huge advocates for me no matter what reason Im in the office. The maintenance team, especially David, responds to requests in a prompt and friendly manner. The housekeeping team keeps all public areas super clean and fresh, so its a joy to bring family and friends to the community to show it off!The apartments on the Flats side of the community are modern with stainless-steel appliances. I especially enjoy my refrigerator with an in-door ice and water dispenser. Free underground parking is HUGE, keeping my car nice and cool during the summer. And, speaking of cool, the gorgeous infinity pool is intimate so its never a major zoo in the summer hours.I am proud to live here and feel so at home!

I have been a resident at Camden Grenville for a bit over a year now. I first fell in love with the townhome layouts, which is can be hard to find in Dallas at a reasonable price point). Second, I was super pleased with the leasing office and maintenance staff are absolutely fantastic. Caroline is a sweetie pie, and Michael has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion with a couple of minor service requests. Camden is not perfect, but I am pleased with how issues are quickly managed and few and far in between.

The staff at the leasing office and the maintenance team are unmatched at other rental properties. My lease was ending at the Camden Design District location and I stopped by here and was greeted by such an amazing team in the leasing office. Huge shout out to Brad! He truly made my transfer process easy and worry-free! Thank you, Brad for all of your help. Im enjoying my new home at Camden Greenville.

I could not be happier with my decision to sign my lease here. The building is very well maintained inside and out. The furnishings in the units are gorgeous. Access to both the flats and the villas amenities is super convenient. The staff was beyond helpful in getting me through the process. I have never lived at a property where the communication is this frequent and fast. They keep us up to date anytime something is down or being repaired. Honestly my only complaint is that I lived anywhere else before this! Wish I could give 10 stars because it’s definitely a 10/10 recommendation.

Its truly rare to find somebody as hardworking, caring and passionate as David. I truly believe he puts his blood, sweat, and tears into everything he does and it shows over and abundantly. He always listens to any concerns or needs we may have and addresses them in a prompt and professional manor. Always greets me by name when I see him. Ive been blessed to have been at Camden Greenville since around the same time David came in 2023 and I just have to say the amount of change and improvements to this community is just phenomenal the property is absolutely beautiful! Had a great experience moving in! All Camden leasing team provided exceptional service and is very welcoming. Toni did an amazing job when I toured the property. He gave me all the insights on where to find all of the amenities, how to navigate around the property, and had such a great attitude. As far as living here in the community, I am enjoying it! Super nice!But if you move to this property, do not make the mistake that I did and get wrapped up with moving in and not apply that parking sticker. Capital Tow does not play. Place it on your vehicle as soon you get the dang thing in your hands! LOL - Day 2 of being here, I ultimately got booted, but I blame myself for that.Overall - Staff is always helpful and super attentive, maintenance is amazing, nice apartments, good location, and I am now five minutes away from work and loving every bit of it! :)Glad I chose Camden living!

My partner and I love living in our 1b/1.5bath townhome at Camden Greenville. We frequently see the staff walking the property (or walking their dogs around the property after the office closes). They know our names, do extra things to engage the community, and respond to any concerns we have. The maintenance staff is fast and informative, too. We hope prices don’t rise too much during renewal so that we can stay here for another 15 months.

Oksana (the apt manager) is THE BEST. And the whole service crew is so responsive--Michael Payne was so helpful and friendly with my kids and it made their day!

Went in to tour and I had Brad show me the entire building and options for 1 bedrooms. Once back in the office, Christina jumped in and was super informative on all my questions I had when Brad took a call! Almost like a reflex having each others back.(My mom’s in leasing and I understand how hard the job can be at times.)But all my concerns were laid to rest about moving to Greenville area from where I’m currently located and I had the best experience I’ve had touring looking for a new place to move to!Even if you’re not sure where to move, I would still try to tour and experience the apartments first hand! Great and easiest experience I’ve had, hands down. High in the ranking for where I may possibly move 💪🏽

Writing this review based of my move in experience and short time here thus far! *will edit once I move out to give a more in depth review of my experience*Brad helped us tour and move in and he was really great! Very personable and helpful throughout the process. Only tid bit was before we moved into our townhome we did a final walk through and Brad mentioned he was going to get us a new stove because ours light wasnt working and the stove looked very used already.It took about a month and a half after our move in for us to finally get a new stove and I want to say its all in thanks to Michael at maintenance. We had three other maintenance guys come by and kept asking/saying the same thing with no movement. He came in and got it all done in a FEW HOURS. By himself - like literally lifting the stove and placing it on his own. Hes a BIG reason Im giving 5 stars!!!! Really appreciate him!!

We have lived in many apartments where maintenance has taken days to respond to issues, even when it was an emergency. The Camden maintenance team responds within the same day and is always very thorough. Mike with the Camden maintenance team has visited our apartment several times to fix major and minor issues and always follows up to make sure the issues stay resolved.

Update: changing this review from 4 to 5 stars! The management here is absolutely top notch. Each unit recently had to have their circuit breakers replaced. I knew I would have meetings from home. The team accommodated for my schedule and asked the workers to replace my breaker early in the morning so as to not disturb me during my work meetings. The staff is absolutely fantastic and will do everything they can to help you.——-I’ve lived here for about 2 months now and I’ve really enjoyed my experience overall. The staff is absolutely amazing and the maintenance is very attentive. So far, I have interacted with Toni, Oksana, and George from the office as well as Mike and Ms V from maintenance. They’re awesome! Here is a list of pros and cons:Pros:- Maintenance acts with urgency (We had a pipe burst and the community was out of water for 2 days, the staff sent out numerous updates, kept us in the loop, and provided us with pizza and water. They definitely care about the residents!)- Beautiful apartments, looks remodeled- Dog parks are well-kept and almost everyone has a dog!- Rent is affordable compared to nearby apartments- Close to grocery stores and other shops- Townhome side has built-in garages and spa bathtub + shower (it’s so nice!)- Staff responds quickly: from Monday-Saturday, they respond to text messages super quickly. If they don’t know the answer immediately, they will get back to you.Cons:- Some theft in the area including storage units and cars broken into. Watch your surroundings and use ring cameras and you should be fine.- Everything is on the Chrip app now so you have to use your phone to open all amenity doors and only the office has a spare key if you get locked out of your apartment (no fobs)- The igniters on the Grills on the townhome side are not working, so hopefully they get those back up and running soon. Same goes for the fireplace outside.

I rented an apartment at Camden Greenville in the flats building 2022-2023. I have many positives to say about the leasing staff and maintenance staff. Caroline, one of the leasing agents, helped me from day one. She let me see two units with the same floorplan so that I could compare and choose which specific unit I wanted. She patiently answered questions I had about parking, receiving packages, etc while I lived there and always had a good attitude and smile on her face. Mike, one of the maintenance staff, gave me a broom and some cleaner to use on my balcony after some pesky pigeons used it as a restroom. Their maintenance turn around time was always 24 hrs and usually less.When I moved in, my dishwasher ran but didnt clean my dishes. I put in two maintenance requests, and they inspected the dishwasher but did nothing to fix it. After the third request, they replaced the old unit with a new, stainless steel model, no questions asked. While I would have preferred it not take three requests, they responded quickly each time and gave me a new unit in the end. From what Ive experienced, thats the best you can hope for when renting!The community was always clean and usually quiet. I used the dog park on Birchbrook Dr frequently, and there are some fun pet owners to get to know. I wish the park had a dog water fountain and some coverings for shade. My dog became somewhat of a celebrity in the leasing office after he discovered they have treats :)The move-out process was straight-forward. They didnt charge me for anything except the cleaning fee which is outlined clearly in the lease.One complaint I have is the lack of guest parking. There are a few guest spots in the garage and a few in the villas parking lot, but they are almost always full. The townhome renters in the flats building tend to park on the street in front of their units, so street parking close to the flats is limited. If one of your guests is mobility impaired, plan to drop them off toward the entrance and then find parking down the street.The neighborhood and flats building always felt safe. It was quiet at night. They took garage security seriously and regularly booted or towed cars that didnt have a sticker.We had a package theft problem toward the latter end of my lease. One of my packages was stolen from my door. This is a growing problem across the nation. To respond to the issue, the management closed off one of the mail room doors and still plans to put a new access system in place. They would send announcements to all the residents notifying them of package theft incidents. I would recommend having expensive/important packages mailed somewhere else or signing for them. Ring doorbells are also a good idea.Overall, I highly recommend this complex if you can afford it. It comes with a price (as of Aug 2023) but for good reason. Happy hunting!

I lived at Camden for two years! When I first moved the complex was not owned by Camden and I had several issues. The staff that is currently at Camden is amazing. They are always so kind and eager to assist with any matter. I had to break my lease for the purchase of a home and the staff was so awesome in helping me to have a seamless move. I can’t say enough kind words about Brad and Oksana. They were both so great during my stay.

The staff has always been terrific at each property and the on site maintenance is a plus. Brad Jeffery was amazing at showing me the amenities and few floorplans that matched what I was looking for. Highly recommend checking out this property.

UPDATE: 02/17/24I have lived at this property for 5 years and they have been amazing. The leasing office /management are the best I have ever encountered. They are prompt and do an excellent job keeping residents informed.When it comes to maintenance, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike. Over the past few years there have been a few urgent issues that happened after hours. Not only does he have the best attitude of anyone I have ever met, he’s knowledgeable and always finishes the job to my satisfaction. He follows up and always has time for all of us.Rest assured, you will never find a team from start to finish that is wonderful as this crew!Noel has always been amazing and I adore working with him. Any issue that I have had Noel was always beyond helpful.I had a few interactions with a different person and they were snarky and very short.In short, I love the property, I love Noel and the maintenance crew. But, I cringe when Noel isnt there to help me because I never know what I will get.

I literally had one day to transfer and when I say the only problem I had was getting my headboard into my apartment, that was all! There is no charge for the underground parking that protects both me and my car. The elevators make third floor living easy. The location is convenient, quiet, and friendly. I have been living at The Ellison since mid-2018. I was first drawn to the community because it was a new build, very modern, had all the requirements for being very secure, great amenities I was looking for and a super central location to the rest of Dallas. Since moving here, I have really enjoyed the vast majority of my experience.First, my apartment receives a ton of compliments from friends when they visit for its look and modern feel. The apartments are well made. My unit is well insulated, and I rarely hear noise from the inside or outside, and I face a busy side street. Seriously, you’d expect a lot more noise from a location near a university.Secondly, while they do charge an extra amenity fee, we do enjoy a gorgeous infinity pool, a covered rooftop area, a small but technology-forward gym, a business center, elevators, package lockers, an underground garage and an outdoor community area that unfortunately seems to be a ton of wasted space that needs a ton more shade. The grounds are well kept, and they have instituted a doggie DNA program to rightfully penalize inconsiderate pet owners.Third, I’ve always had very positive experiences with any issues I have had with my apartment. Maintenance usually takes care of my service requests the day I put it in.Next, the neighborhood is excellent. Nothing beats being within walking distance of Central Market, Tom Thumb or a wealth of nearby restaurants. They even installed a walking trail down the street to enjoy.Where I feel that the leasing staff can most improve is on communication with the residents. While the team has been incredibly nice and helpful when I’ve spoken to them directly, I’ve encountered some response delays in email correspondence related to items that were important to my lease renewal.I would also like to see improved communication regarding issues that are affecting the community, such as community-wide maintenance issues (i.e., garage door, elevator or key fob pad issues). While I understand that apartment garage doors take a ton of abuse from opening and closing hundreds of times a day, and you are at the mercy of outside repair, I would like to see a more eager response when this particular issue occurs to protect vehicles and the community in an area of town that has its fair share of crime.Overall, with my third lease signed, I’m pleased with my decision to reside at The Ellison, and I have recommended the community to other friends.

First I want to say, Oksana has made our experience here wonderful. From the touring to the application process was smooth. I didn’t have any problems really besides minor maintenance issues. My lock on my door suddenly locked me out and I put in a maintenance service and he literally showed up in 10 minutes (wish I remembered his name). I love my townhome and yard. Recently, Oksana went out of her way to find me a different unit to transfer to in the future. Transitioning to the new management Camden hasn’t been a hassle. They did try to renovate a few things from lighting issues outside and apparently new key system in the near future. I haven’t had a bad experience here. Townhome itself is nice, community is clean for the most part, and good area of Dallas. I would recommend Camden Villas (Atwood at Ellison). Only wish is maybe doing more community things in the future? I saw they had food trucks, etc from the old management before I moved here.

The gym and pool are great amenities, and we also enjoyed the coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. I recently virtually toured these beautiful apartments. The price is a little high for my liking but the apartments are beautiful very modernly updated. Ms. Miranda walked me through one of the apartments, she was very thorough and very nice. The apartment is very spacious and I love the wood flooring. I will recommend these apartments to my friends and family. I also virtually toured their other property The Atwood. As for me I will find something cheaper since I work most of the day. I recently moved in March to The Ellison and to be honest I was very uneasy about it. I look at these google reviews AFTER signing my lease and it terrified me. BUT I haven’t had any of those problems since being here so far. The parking is great and never full! Even visitors parking is typically open. Noel is the best in the office! Very knowledgeable about the property and very quick to get solutions and answers. Maintenance has been very quick. And there’s no noise!!!!!!! No place is perfect of course but I haven’t had any complaints so far.

This is a beautiful property that we just moved into, the amenities are extremely nice and we had the best service from the first time we stepped foot into the office to tour the property. When I go to visit family I have to park in visitors parking and walk seems like a mile to get to their place that is if I can find a parking spot cause all the new residents places and then your residents that live there and suppose to park inside the garage have took up rest of the spaces. I have watch them get out of their cars and either go in the gate that requires a code or else they let themselves in the door you go to the mail boxes. Keep check on the license plate numbers and you will see. Ive been there real early in morning, mid day and evenings and couldnt find a parking spot. Very discouraging.

The apartments are very nice inside from the engineered hardwood, finishings throughout, and open concept. Kitchen is updated with nice stainless steel appliances, decorative backsplash and tasteful countertop. Lighting is also very nice. Bathrooms are updated also with subway tile and nice finishings. Closets are huge (I am in a two bedroom). I have a nice walkout patio that overlooks the gym and the infinity pool. Amenities are obviously nice (pool, gym, clubhouse, business area, snack shop, and rooftop terrace). Only downside I would say is their pool could use more lounge chairs and the gym could have a few more weightlifting machines (something for your back).

I took a tour of the place today. Liked a A2R floorplan. Kind of alarmed about these reviews tho. i would love to hear from residents about the AC noise and issues. Nothing worse than terrible management. Is parking really an issue?thanks
