    Iā€™ve been living here for about 5 years now (since 2020) and have seen different management come and go. Iā€™m leaving this review now because Val and Leticia have really improved how this place is managed and I wanted to give them the praise they deserve.Both of them are extremely nice, very professional and do their best to make our quality of life the best. When things break, theyā€™re on it.Cant say enough nice things about them.

    I wasnt exactly sure if when my lease is up, if I wanted to move into this apartment complex, and then I met Kellee. She took me around, showed me all the amenities, and more importantly made me feel like this could be my next home. If you have a chance to directly get Kellee on the phone for a tour, for information, for just her overall pleasant demeanor, this is who I would go to when i want to lease here

    I toured the property yesterday and was very impressed by the amenities and floor plans. We will be moving in November and I canā€™t wait! Awesome down to earth staff, quick to answer questions, etc. I will know more when we move in but first impression was great.

    Update: about to celebrate our 3rd Christmas living here at Caliza, and itā€™s still a great place to live! Theyā€™ve started doing resident events more frequently, and also have food trucks on site periodicallyā€” so fun!We recently renewed our lease after considering moving. Iā€™m encouraged by changes that Iā€™ve seen the new property manager making - they seem to put more consideration into the overall look of the property (which has not been the case at all in the past). I love the maintenance staff - they are always quick to address any issues that have come up. Looking forward to this next year at Caliza!

    Im over a year into my tenure here and I have really enjoyed it! The property is very well maintained and policies are kindly enforced. The previous property manager, Natalie, was a huge help when I moved in and whenever I had trouble. I was so sad to hear she has left, but the new property manager seems to have the same vision and goals in mind and not much has changed. Jiselle at the front is also super friendly and well informed! The maintenance has always been quick and professional in my experience, and overall communication from the office is superb. My only criticisms lie in the front gates always being open, which doesnt feel super safe to me, and the elevators appear to break down frequently which inconveniences others. Otherwise my apartment is lovely, clean, bright, neighbors are mindful, and I have already recommended friends to come live with me :)

    I moved in recently and I love my apartment home! Check out my pool view and my patio is so spacious.     I really enjoyed my time living here. When I first moved in, it was under the old management, which was nice but not very efficient. I had complained about some things when I moved in that either never fixed or took over a month to replace. When the new management took over, I was worried about the policies they were enacting, but they were so friendly and kind to correct the issues, I didnā€™t even mind. Four stars since the apartment was not cleaned when I moved in and I find the towing register procedure a bit much, but I really loved this place, and if you donā€™t mind being a little farther from Austin, this place is great!!

    I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for an apartment in the Austin, TX area. Management/staff is great. They helped me lease my apartment at a great rate. Staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They have always been quick to help me with all my apartment needs. Since the new management company has taken over, they have made significant improvements to the property. I could not be more satisfied with the apartment complex, and the management/staff.

    From the beginning Yolanda was super helpful and professional! she helped us find the perfect floor plan and walked us through all of the steps needed!the apartment complex is great! great amenities, such as the gym, pool and dog park!so far everyone has been amazing from the staff in the office and the maintenance staff as well!

    This place is excellent. 10/10. Price, Location, Amenities, Maintenance and Management. In short they are all Astounding.This community was mediocre and average when I first moved here in October of 2022. But since Wood Residential bought the place and the head manager Natalie took over this place has radically improved for the better.Natalie and her team are very friendly and responsive. They have updated several of the amenities (such as making the clubhouse 24 hours, properly maintaining the pool and having the community pressure washed, and installing Wi-Fi around the clubhouse and pool area!!)They keep the community safe and nice by consistently enforcing the rules of the community and maintaining the gates to ensure that we feel safe living here.Honestly, there is nothing that I could complain about. I love it here! Keep it up Natalie and team!

    This complex is a gem tucked away perfectly. Not too far from major thorough fares, just close enough that I can get to where I need to quickly.I went for a tour today with Alina, the new leasing agent. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the units on property.The gym, business center and club room were magnificently decorated and welcoming.There were too many high points to list them concisely, but heres a few.You would be just around the corner from LakeLine mall, for a no fuss/no muss last-minute Xmas shopping trip. If you love a good summertime experience you can lounge at the exquisite poolside or youre only a short trip from lake Travis, hippie hollow and the Oasis.To talk more about the apartments, the vaulted ceilings are a classy touch. The color scheme is subtle and contemporary. Pure ease for a decorator on a budget. My appliances and furniture would be complimented nicely.Spacious closets, DEEP garden tubs or stand up showers (whichever your preference), updated appliances, stainless steel and modern designs.

    I needed to quickly move back to Austin TX from the St Pete-Tampa area. Finding the right place to live was a nightmare. I called 3 different apartment complexes before the Caliza.I dealt directly with Natalie and Yolanda who are part of the new management team. Let me tell you, that I hate dealing with leasing companies but they are the exception. Natalie made it so easy to do a lease out of state. She even took a whole video of my apt for me and worked with me for the proper timeline which was quick.I have never been so impressed. The apt is gorgeous, modern, and the amenities are top-notch. I love the location near the lakeline mall and heb is a block away. It is also super affordable for the N Austin area and you will not be disappointed living here. I highly recommend Wood Management and their staff. Ask for Natalie or Yolanda.

    This is by far the best apartment complex Iā€™ve lived at ever! I moved here about 7 months ago and quickly decided that Iā€™ll definitely be renewing! The apartments themselves are luxurious and very aesthetically pleasing. The staff is the cherry on top of it all! Charlene and Makalya really do make the place feel like home. The two of them are so welcoming and accommodating, which is sometimes hard to find with other apartment complexes. Maintenance is quick and reliable when needed, and the location is amazing!! Super close to lake line mall and has beautiful scenery. Really couldnā€™t ask for a better place!

    I enjoyed my stay at Caliza for the past year. I recommend staying here under Christins (Property Manager) guidance. She truly knows her stuff and knows how to help you have the best experience.Genuinely, I believe that I had the best stay at this apartment complex from the kindness and promptness. This includes the Snowpocalyse that occurred in February which all the damages were repaired within the first week.Trust me that Christin and Nelly (Assistant Manager) will make sure that youre taken care of as long as you do your part too! Caliza is clean and quiet. The amenities includes a modern pool with a fireplace, large gym, a large lounge that can be booked out, and game area! Id suggest to get covered parking too!If you have any hesitation... DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK QUESTIONS! They will answer them and do their best to accommodate to your needs!

    Been here for almost a month now and I absolutely love it!The front office staff have been great and Blanca has been amazing from the pre move in, to the move in, to the after move in processes. Truly a phenomenal individual! She has made sure weā€™ve been taken care of and has made the experience very friendly and professional.The now 24/7 gym access is awesome and glad that upper management heard the residentsā€™ pain for having that as an option finally turned into a reality.The amenities are nice and the location is perfect. I have no complaints about the property as of yet and hope to continue having a great and positive experience here!

    Had an awesome experience with the Caliza so far. I recently moved in and theyve made the process seamless for me and my girlfriend.The amenities are great and we got in at a great rate before prices went up.Overall Im pretty happy with our move and the community.     Such a beautiful property. I recently just moved in and from the start this process was super easy. The office staff is super nice and accommodating. Maintenance is very prompt and knowledgeable. I live in a two-bedroom apartment, and it is absolutely beautiful. The location is great, love having the mall across the street!!!

    I moved here because my good friend lives here and always talked so good about the property. When my lease came to an end I donā€™t even need a tour. I signed with no questions asked.This property does so much for their tenants that itā€™s so refreshing to see that they care about us! Definitely recommend!

    I recently toured at Caliza and was blown away by the professionalism of the staff as well as the great amenities they had to offer. Austin toured me and he was so inviting, shook my hand and figured out the home that would be best for my boyfriend and I. He toured us around the property and pointed out some cool features that I hadnā€™t seen anywhere else. Yā€™all they actually have a selfie area in the game room and they are adding a cornhole area soon. I have a dog who loves to run, so downsizing from a house into an apartment isnā€™t ideal but the dog park looks like it will be perfect for Remi to run around in. The apartment they showed me was clean and updated. I love the new appliances, huge kitchen, and garden tub. I didnā€™t like that they donā€™t have a dining area, however thatā€™s one less thing I will need to buy since I sold my dining table when we sold our house. I saw a lot of apartments in Austin/Cedar Park/ Leander and when youā€™ve seen one you have seen them all. But Caliza set themselves apart from many others by being so welcoming and friendly. I am filling out my application now and I canā€™t wait to call this our new home.

    Reading the reviews below is astounding! I toured when Greystar was managing and treated like I did not matter. I gave it a second try (everyone deserves a second chance) and decided to move in.A few weeks after move in, new management came in and yes, a few things were slow, however, very communicative.I see the complaints about trash, dirty breezeways, parking and gates.-- HOWEVER, Residents choosing to be rude and disrespectful and thinking theyre better than the rest of us by leaving trash outside beyond times allowed, is on the residents. Ive taken photos and emailed them to the office via portal and low and behold, my neighbors arent being disrespectful.Gates - if residents would quit running into the gate, theyd work. If people want to get in and cause harm, theyll get it, folks.The gym has been accessible 24/7 for quite some time, so not sure why individuals are complaining about that at this point.Parking - this is an issue at each and every community Ive lived at from San Antonio to Temple. Garages are steep in pricing, however youre not forced to rent one. Carports are same as many other communities.Ive lived in the area since the late 80s as a kid. There are folks whom complain to complain and then there are those that are the helpers.Most people are quick to air out the negative before the positive, especially on Google.The square footage of the B2 is freaking amazing! Im a crafter and have enough space to have my sewing machines on 2 tables, a 103 X 84 quilt on the floor and my bed, nightstand and 3rd desk in the corner. One great amenity is the hot water! No H2O heater in your home and constant hot water anytime you need it!We enjoy that we have a laundry room and walk in showers in both bathrooms. We enjoy overlooking the pool and watching the sunsets.Blanca, Nelly and Christen are all pleasant and helpful. They genuinely care. Ive also been in the office when residents are upset and treating them horribly. The issues other posters have brought up occur every where. Ive not had any issues with maintenance requests and Ryan and Chris have been a great help in accommodating our households varying sleep schedules in responding.Thank you for reading and Thank you Caliza team!!I highly recommend you RUN to Caliza Lakeline and lease your new home!

    I just moved here a few weeks ago and out of all the apartments Iā€™ve lived at I have never had such a friendly and helpful front office staff as makayla and her manager Charlene here at Caliza! The place is clean and well maintained and the location is great. Also, maintenance comes in a very timely manner. I only have great things to say about this place and I wish I had moved here sooner!

    First, anybody that complains about this place is a bored moron that has never experienced hardship. Second, my mother died this year and one of the great comforts through it all is that I live in a place that I love and I know that could stay forever. Now to go off: no complaints about this place whatsoever. Great apartment, great amenities, great staff, great location, great price. This place is brand new and modern. The gym, pool, ping pong table, business center, coffee machine, and indoor/outdoor lounge area which is next to the pool are awesome. The office staff has been beyond stellar and are sweet/hot ladies that are extremely helpful. The handymen and security have been handy, secure, prompt, and polite. The location is within walking distance of Lakeline Mall(which allows shoppers to drink alcohol while shoppingā€¦shibby!). Shout out to the Tiny Cantina Sip Nā€™ Shop. Occasionally you will see wild deer in front of the Lakeline Mall sign which is a great image of city and country meeting perfectly. The Caliza is also within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, gas stations, grocery stores, and movie theaters. For whatever reason(people not from Texas), apartment prices have skyrocketed starting last summer but the Caliza maintained a very reasonable price for what is offered unlike most places in Austin at the moment. I retired a few years ago and could buy houses and condos in cash. I choose to live here. This is my home. Hereā€™s the point to remember. Where ever you come from, come respectfully to staff, residents, and this community. This is an amazing place to live and we aim to keep it that way. Donā€™t mess with Texas. Booyah!

    Christine and Chris were great. Christine was clear on clarifying any doubts regarding the work orders and how to address them. Chris as always, was fast and always on top of things, I knew the issue was going to be fixed and it was. He is a great guy and very professional, we are lucky to have him, my family and I well be able to enjoy our new years eve now. We really appreciate the help, thank you very much for the help.

    Pros: Nelly, in property management, is very helpful. The buildings that were completed prior to the pandemic are beautiful and luxury apartments. I am very grateful to live here and the neighbors are a huge blessing. Nelly has gone above and beyond to help, even after I signed my lease.Cons: Get all important communication in writing. Avoid building 1 and any other building that was completed after the start of the pandemic.

    I chose Caliza Apartments above all the other Apartment complexes in the area to live, because they provided all the comforts i was looking for, for me to live comfortably. I am quite satisfied with the current Management because, personally, whatever issues I had with the former Management is being resolved or is in the process of being resolved with the current Management Rome wasnt built in a day.     Theres been a few ups and downs since we got here, but we got here on the higher note: with a lot of hope and aspiration towards a new complex, Caliza. So far, better than our last apartment as far as insulation goes, although sound does travel pretty easily between walls. Some residents still havent learned how to use the recycling bin.

    The maintenance team goes above & beyond at Caliza. The other day, Chris helped me put a spare time on my car. This wasnā€™t part of his job and he took the time to help me out and it was so appreciated! This is not the first time the maintenance team helped out with something that was not in their scope of duties. Thanks again Chris!

    I found Caliza during an online search back in late April and decided to look. The manager Charlene got back with me quickly and answered all my questions. She was very responsive and kept in constant communication about the construction and availability and answered all my questions (there were a lot). When they were ready to show apartments she took the time to show me multiple units and floor plans available. I even pre-leased an apartment. Due to work I am no longer able to move here but if and when I am ready to move back to North Austin this will be the first place I check.

    My husband an i moved here back in April and I could not be more happy with my experience at Caliza, I love our two bedroom itā€™s so beautiful! But what I appreciate the mist is the caliza staff they have been nothing but great to us,Charlene is the absolute sweetest and very helpful. Maintenance work order get done very quickly and I love that!! I like being close to everything so I donā€™t have to drice far thereā€™s a heb 5min away and a fresh farmers market in likeline mall parking lot every week.
