I would like to let any and all know what a wonderful place this is to live. The management team here is terrific, especially the Manager, Annette and Lori the full time Activities Director. You can be as active as you would like here. There are so many organized events here. The residents are also very nice and many of them are leading social activities like card and dice games and a book club. They offer exercise classes 5 days a week and happily adjust the activities to the resident’s needs. I especially like the outdoor heated pool. Having come from another nearby ‘active adult’ 55+ apartments I can say Cadence Creek Towne Lake is far superior. Here is our view.

This is a great place to enjoy friends. I have met so many people since moving In. All very nice, friendly and helpful.There s nothing more I can ask for.My special mention goes out to the Management staff, Annette, Lori, Darla and Brittany who relentlessly assist us in every way to make our stay here comfortable and happy.5 Star from me to all four lovely ladies of the Management team.I have no hesitation to recommend Cadence Creek Town Lake to my friends and have been doing so.

We are excited to be joining this community in July. The property is beautiful and the staff have been wonderful. The greatest selling point for us, however was Darla and the cottages option.Darla is absolutely fabulous! She spent hours with us over numerous days and visits. Cadence Creek will be our first 55+ community to live in and we are looking forward to the easy, low maintenance, resort style community that they offer.

I’m selling my home and went to Cadence Creek Towne Lake today to check out their +55 apartments. Darla went above and beyond to give me a fantastic tour of the facility. I was only planning on looking but with her enthusiasm for everything around us I then asked to view more specific cottages that were within my criteria. Darla showed me the cottages, in the locations I was interested in and when I told her how much I loved gardening she took me on a tour of a few tenants gardens that were beautiful. I was so inspired I signed a lease agreement today. Can’t wait to move in!

Since I moved in 5 months ago, I’ve been very pleased by the office staff, community, and nice neighbors. I especially want to thank and highlight Brittany Hunter for always being kind and helpful anytime something is needed. She is patient, positive, and has a friendly attitude. Brittany has helped me since my initial search for an apartment back in June 2023. She has helped with any all questions and problems/requests, both big and small, promptly and professionally. I appreciate her taking the time to listen and understand requests and then always addressing things right away, even if she is busy.I hope there will always be staff like Brittany for this community - she makes life easy.Thank you for everything, Brittany!

Moved in almost 8 months ago, weve made so many new friends. There are great activities every week. The staff in the Leasing office are all wonderful. Darla Young helped us with the lease signing, explaining everything. She continues to great us with a smile and a wave. Just another reason we enjoy living here.

I recently moved into Cadence Creek at Towne Lake. I chose this 55+ Active Adult complex because of the complete gym set up, the well-stocked craft and game rooms, the large heated pool and spacious courtyard. The location inside Towne Lake Community was also a factor for choosing to move here. Brittany Hunter, Senior Sales Consultant, is very knowledgeable and professional! Brittany has been most helpful throughout my move as I got settled.

I have lived at Cadence Creek at Towne Lake for 6 months and I am having the time of my life! The camaraderie we have within our community is so strong! Our Director of Lifestyle, Lori Blake, works tirelessly to create first class activities monthly that unites our community. Its like we are family! The rest of the management team is outstanding! I love them all!!

As my husband and I drove onto this beautiful property, welcomed by a captivatingly beautiful water fountain, we figured right away that this might be some place quite special. Upon entering the foyer we were warmly greeted by one of Cadence Creeks Finest Representatives, by the name of Brittany Hunter, who we soon learned, would become our Sales Consultant for the day. Brittanys professional mannerism, along with her unique style of communicating, enabled her to be quite effective in helping us to clearly understand all of what Cadence Creek at Town Lake had to truly offer. The property is absolutely breath-taking and takes upon the ambience of both a Beautiful 5-star Resort and a Luxury Cruise Liner! Brittany was very poised, insightful, and extremely intelligent while addressing many of our comments, questions, and concerns, during the tour, in which she continued to remain both gracious and accommodating, throughout. There is sooooo much to do and the Many Activities to get Involved with are Incredible! The Energy is absolutely Electric and Everyone is so Welcoming! I have not doubt that Brittany Hunter is an up and coming, Shining Star, as she totally embodies the true sprit of what the Cadence Creek model envisions! Brittany went above and beyond in assisting us during the Application Process, Acceptance Process, Move-In Process, and the Settling-In Process. Brittanys caring demeanor has truly ingratiated her to me, and I have greatly appreciated her thoughtfulness in personally take such great care in seeing that several of our requests were taken care of throughout the period of our humble beginnings, here! Indeed, Brittanys Genuine Heart for Caring about People, as well as, her business sense of being Detailed-Orientated, Certainly puts her in a UNIQUE CLASS of EXCELLENCE...... All by Herself! The most fantastic place for my mom!! The social life is very active and inclusive!! I went for a Shop and Stroll event. They had a good mix of vendors. The staff was pleasant and the refreshments were nice. Im not looking for an appointment, but I previewed two with a friend and was really impressed with their floorplans.
