I have lived here little over a year . The apartments rooms have large space.the management is very responsive. They have a awesome manager. Not to forget Samantha who is friendly and very much helpful. I love this place and planning to renew my lease from 2 to 3 bedrooms.

I was there on Saturday looking for Apartment and Manuel was so nice and sweet, Explained everything in detail and was very helpful. I really look forward to the approval of my application. The grounds were so clean and i absolutely would love living here. Everything was exceptional!! I just love it!.

I went in to look for an apartment and the two ladies in the office treated me like an old time friend! I felt so comfortable with them and they explained everything thoroughly! The lady Theresa also assisted with the questions I had about getting started and other things I had asked. I would highly recommend these apartments to my family and friends! I would hope that every leasing office would treat their customers like I was treated here at Brittmore! Thank you ladies for all the help!

Very Professional Agent by the Name of Samantha Martinez was very knowledgeable and helpful. She provided me with lots of information pertaining to my next new home. I was showed the nicest and cleanest complex. I will be wrapping up my current lease and surely be interested in moving to Brittmoore.... Thank you Samantha.

Update 3: Pros Decent apartments and complex, maintenance fix things properly and old/new management was very kind and understanding to resolving issues in a proper manner. Corporate also listens to your complaints and does something immediately to resolve issues. Cons Bad area( Greenspoint) gunspoint robbery point, you get robbed in that area and held at gunpoint. Some people even got killed and shot over there years ago. Cops does nothing for that area. No need to call them their useless. No security. So you there, have to protect yourselves. The attitude of most that lives around there are horrible and expect the leasing office to do more. Well it starts with you as a neighbor and neighborhood as well. (The leasing office does their part besides needing to hire security guards) but theyre is nothing I can say bad about how they maintain the apartments and complex very neat and clean!

I went in as a passerby just to be curious.I was warmly greeted by the staff there. Mr. Manny is the man!!!!!!Like literally. Very humble...very patient and thorough with everything that he does and very informative on what needs to be and not be done. He was very very helpful with the apartment approval process..and super quick also. I highly recommend Mr. Manny as your go to!!!!!!

I recently visited Brittmore and I was welcomed by Manny. I can honestly say he was the best Ive ever encountered. He was super nice,friendly and very straightforward. I sure hope if you visit here you are welcomed by him. You will be pleased as was I.

A Very Nice Place To Live, Excellent Management, Warm & Professional, Is A Very Clean Property. Ive Live Here For A Little Over Two Years. I, Havent Had Any Tenant Or Mgnt, Problems. But, Maintenance Is Starting To Exhibit A Little Laziness To Making Repairs In A Timely Fashion. But, Other Than That I, Have Had A Picture Perfect Experience With The New Mgnt. Keep Up The Good Work? God, Bless! ☮️ Ooout!

I used to live in this apartment when I was little I honestly miss this place I will always tell my mom let’s move back I miss the playground and the pool it was one of my favorite apartment the apartment was nice and clean we never had a problem with the apartment I would love to live in this apartment again

Of all the places where life could send me, this was the best of all. The attention and understanding of the girls in the offices was incredible, to the point of making me feel the warmth of a home. Among them is Miss Jennifer Escobar. Both her professionalism and her attention to each person I managed to see that she served was sensational because, I repeat, she simply has the magic of making each of her applicants feel the warmth of a home.

Brittmore is an excellent place to live, it is very quiet, I have been living here for 11 months and I would not like to leave but my contract expires on October 30 and I cannot renew because I need a two-bedroom apartment, it is a pity that they do not have them for the time that I will have to move but my experience has been very good, the manager Diana has been a very kind person to me, I recommend them to you 👏🏼
