This is such a cute spot! I had the pleasure of visiting my family here and I could immediately tell that the property was very well maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to live at community with friendly staff and gorgeous amenities!

Went for a tour this morning, it was such a great experience. It was a really nice gated apartment , with awesome ammenities like the pool, gym,theater room etc. Gabby was the one who assisted me with my tour, and she is just amazing! All my questions were answered and i really enjoyed my tour with her. I would really love to move however there is no availability on the apartment unit that matches my preference, but it really is a nice place to consider. Thank you !

Been living in this complex since not long after it opened and it has been such a great experience ……move in process was very easy and staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The communication is great and yes most need to know information is sent via email and is very detailed so it is easy to understand and they keep you up to date on all important information, such as the towing app and registration process which was so easy to register my vehicles and super easy to register my guest when they come to visit. It is so nice to have all the amenities on site to use and the valet trash service which has been great on my end . When it comes time to renewing my lease I will definitely be doing so.

While visiting a friend I was happy to see that towing is enforced to make it easy to park close to my friends apartment. The ease of registering my vehicle on my friends so was super easy. The app is very user friendly and I dont understand how people can actually get their vehicle towed by simply not registering on the app. More apartment complexes should use this system to help keep unwanted vehicles out of the property and allow for visitors to be able to find parking with no issues.

After living at BRIO nearly a yr already. July2023 I can say yes yes there are some issues aswell as growing pains as unit filled up as more buildings opened while under construction. The staff especially the manager ASHLEYhas been amzing over all. Each issue we brought up was taken care of around my random work schedule.Towing:I love the fact of the active towing . As the building I live in has min parking rt at building. So anything helps, Im seeing people complaining about the towing and blaming the property. However at the end of the day it is litteraly their own fault 90 percent of the time. The process to add and remove vehicles on the app is simple.. Let not forget the numerous emails and messages thru the online portal that all the staff has tried to get everyone to follow the rules/directions to do so. Hopefully the towing does continue as Ive visited properties thats have no parking available and or tons of vehicles that just sit for ever, so Im happy the property has taken steps to not let this happen.Trash:Valet trash is definitely hit and miss at times and yes the dumpster overflows weekly. However that is the third parties fault not directly the managements.Location:we have easy access to Wellsbranch and dessua. In the AM depending on when head out it can be a mess. So if u do a little looking. You can go out the other way thru neighborhood and get to Immanuel to weels branch alot faster.Very close to grocery etc.. great location for my needs and wants.........Noise:There has only been a few times had some extra noise, music,yelling,cars .... Remember yall we are living in a APT. tons in a small area its gonna happen.Amenities:Gym is great only used a handful of times so far. As far as the other areas are great if what to hang out or have a study group. Still not taken time to figure out how to use the MOVIE room. Im sure alot dont even know its there.. SURPRISE... ASWELL a DOG WASH .I dont currently have a dog However this will be great to use when I do get one in future. POOL area is amazing plenty of room for now atleast , lets see how the summer is lol. I woukd live to figure how to get the BBQ grill to work tho. 😋Community events:Its great the fact they offer Community events seems monthly Hopefully this continues and at some point can make one with my schedule.Hope this helps some....

I have had the best experience working with Ashley and the team at Brio! They have gone over and beyond to accommodate my needs as I approach my move in on 2/1/2023. Extremely professional team with very swift replies and always looking at ways to make the process easier for potential residents. Highly highly recommend new residents consider Brio for your new apartment community! Super location too!

I have friends who live here and they absolutely love it. They get treated great and the staff is awesome. It’s super easy for me to come visit. The amenities are great and definitely unique ! Would recommend people to live here !

They are incredible, especially the work staff and especially Miss Diana Vence, it is an excellent place to live, very cozy and beautiful. I recommend them 100%. If you have any concerns, just go to the office and the staff will give you a solution and they will always be at your service.
