The ENTIRE staff, including the concierge, is top-tier—always friendly, professional, and helpful. Its hard to find this level of service in Houston. Often, the staff is extremely nice until you move in, and then everything changes. But thats not the case here. They truly make you feel at home.They host resident events frequently, more than Ive seen in other communities.The amenity spaces are fantastic, and I love that they are not always crowded.Living across from Market Square Park is a bonus. Its great to visit the farmers market and other live events there. The area is lively, but you cant hear any of it from your home.If you have a pet, your furry friend will love the dog park across the street. My dog has never been so excited to go to the park.The community is well-maintained and clean.Its truly peaceful here, and this is by far the best community Ive lived in.When you have a concern, question, or maintenance issue, its treated with high priority.Ken has been great since the first time I toured, and even when I see him around, its always a pleasure. Great guy!Mary and the other concierge team members are the best. Always available, and its clear they genuinely love their job. Ive never received any sort of bad attitude or bad energy from any of them.Whoever assembled the team here has done a phenomenal job!Honestly, I doubt theres a better apartment community in this area like Brava. Im even inclined to say in Houston.

Patrick, Yuri, Miguel and the rest of the valet are amazing, I’ve never had any complaints. They always are super nice, attentive, don’t complain, always have a smile on their face and I wouldn’t want anyone else handling my car besides the Brava Valet. Patrick specifically takes his job super serious and by all means should be promoted or given a substantial raise as without his attentiveness and operation handling for the valet it would lack the infrastructure needed to be able to deliver on time and with such ease and while having the peace of mind that my property and belongings are safe and secure. Patrick really sets the standard of how all valet should be and really pushes each day to do better and be better.I’ve had the pleasure of knowing these individuals for the past two years and look forward to continue having them around. Patrick, Yuri, Miguel and all the others have great talents , aspirations and really bring all the validity to the #LiveAtBrava experience. They are the highlight of my day!

I recently had the pleasure of touring the Brava building, and it was truly one of the best property touring experiences Ive ever had. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted with a sincere hello. Ryan Brenkus, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the tour. His personality and professionalism are exceptional, and I believe he has the potential to excel in a management role, perhaps even as the General Manager of this building or another in the future. Thanks to Ryans excellent service, I think I have found my new home at the Brava building. Highly recommend!

The most luxurious building in downtown. Not only are they the tallest residential building in Texas, but the entire staff is exceptional. They offer frozen grapes and complimentary champagne by the pool on weekends. They always go out of their way to accommodate all residents. We toured Brava, along with many others in the area, and moved in about a year ago now. We loved and still love the interior of our apartment, the appliances, the full windows, etc. and the luxury feeling of the building as a whole. After move in we did have some complaints (many others have talked about them in their reviews). I do think that management has been more communicative with us since some of these incidents and have started being more strict with their protocols in place. Many of the staff members are great, specifically Jenna who is always so prompt, professional and helpful, and Ken who always says good morning with a smile on his face, and the valet team. Although I do think that some things still need to be changed and enforced, there has been a positive change in the management style and I feel like they’ve really listened to the residents complaints.

I eagerly anticipate my move-in scheduled for May 2024. Transitioning from the suburbs to downtown feels like the perfect decision, especially after witnessing the breathtaking rooftop pool, the views from my future apartment, and the array of included amenities at Brava. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am in love with this building so far I have been living here for three weeks and all I can say is I am so happy that I chose to move here.Read through the negative reviews I cannot believe that it’s the same building.Every single staff member that works in this building down to the maintenance team are so welcoming and nice and helpful.The building just has a homely vibe.The valet Staff are nice the front desk staff are amazing always greeting you with a smile.It is such a pleasure to live here.Ryan was amazing in helping me with my move in.I have lived in many luxury buildings and so far this has been my best.The apartment inside is really nice The gym is great. Not crowded at all. Common areas are always clean.Brava has done a great job I’m so proud to live here.

If you are coming to tour this building, make sure you ask for Cloressa!! I toured the building once before, and although it was a decent tour, I found out today, that I had not been shown all of the areas. I brought a friend with me, and we had such a great experience touring the building with Clo. She answered all of our extremely detailed questions, and did so with great enthusiasm.The building is absolutely stunning, and units are pure luxury. The building has so much history, and they have paid such great attention to detail.

I don’t live here but I toured the place and it was absolutely amazing. Every amenity is incredible and all the details of this place, down to the design are well thought out and intentional. I definitely plan on moving to this place when I have the chance. Cloressa, gave me my tour and she was amazing. She was friendly and knowledgeable and was completely transparent with all the pricing and plans. She was super friendly and understood what I needed and my situation. This is a beautiful building to live in and there are some really great people here that make it feel like home. Valet and concierge make it a point to meet all residents (and their guests) on a first-name basis, which makes it a personable experience. I wanted to give a shoutout THE Jessica Gaddis. She provides an above & beyond resident experience for all of us. I had a minor issue, and it was immediately resolved with no questions asked. Mary at concierge is always such a joy as well. She is the sweetest! Ryan was my leasing agent and he did a great job with helping me along the process. Must give credit where it is due!

If youre hesitant to decide on Brava, make the jump. You will not regret it. The view outside your window never gets old, the amenities are world-class, the community events are frequent, the concierge/front-desk is AMAZING (yall are the best). Leasing was an easy process.Oh and maintenance orders are served very fast. Except for that one door on floor 3 in the parking garage. Not sure whats up with that.In terms of build quality, the finishing and fixtures are very nice, as well as the thickness of the walls, I very very rarely hear the person above me, and never hear the person next to me at all.As far as security goes, youll know once you visit, this place is locked down like Ft Knox in all the best ways.

**THIRD EDIT**Boosting my review from 2 stars (given because of ghetto behavior from tenants that I think prospective tenants should be aware of) up to 4 stars because management really has been taking steps to curb the nonsense and slap lease violations on bad tenants.**SECOND EDIT** Updating with more tenant nonsense. The garage door that was destroyed and just got fixed 2-3 weeks ago IS DESTROYED AGAIN (5/4/24) because some feral, braindead animal that calls itself a human adult followed in behind another car instead of waiting to go one at a time LIKE THE SIGN VERY CLEARLY TELLS YOU TO DO. This is such a nice building, but the ghetto tenants are ruining it. Ive never seen such idiotic behavior from so-called ADULTS in my life.**EDIT** Updating with new impressions 4 months in. PRO TIP TO MANAGEMENT: Yall have to get serious about fines and lease violations and evictions. Nobody will follow the rules if there are no actual consequences. Then the only people who WILL leave are the good tenants, and youll be left with all the trashy tenants. I still stand by much of the positive of what I said about the building and the people who work here, but I entirely retract my statement that Brava seems to do a good job of screening who they rent to. This place has the trashiest, most selfish, obnoxious tenants of anywhere Ive rented. Are many tenants perfectly fine? Yes. But the ones who are awful are A.W.F.U.L. and should be evicted. People smoke weed in their units constantly. Im not against weed, but smoke it on your balcony bc when you smoke in unit it stinks up EVERY UNIT ON THE ENTIRE FLOOR. There are small children on my floor. Let me find out the ones smoking are the ones with kids so I can call CPS. To Bravas credit, when I complained last weekend about an especially overwhelming stench of weed on my floor, they sent an employee up with me who said he would try to identify the offending unit and do something about it. I hope he did, and I hope those people ended up with a fine and a lease violation. Then theres the garage...One tenant vandalized my car, costing me hundreds in repairs. Several tenants double park which makes an already crowded parking garage even harder to park in. Those people are supposed to be fined and given lease violations, but something tells me that the rules arent being enforced. Same with weed smoking in units. Supposed to be fines and lease violations yet these people still do it and are still here. Amenities are constantly being trashed because apparently these trashy tenants are feral animals. The garage door has recently been destroyed, likely by some feral idiot who tried to follow in behind someone instead of waiting like theyre supposed to. At least Brava put a young man to mind the garage door overnight. I hope they pay him well. And then just this morning (3/8/24) while leaving for work, I see the front entrance door is broken and boarded up. Hmm what else, cops were called on someone on my floor recently, and the 2 hour conversation the cops had with the tenant out in the hallway made it hard to relax since you can hear everything. Im sure Ill have more to add to this list as long as Brava keeps letting people get away with everything.------I recently toured Brava and signed a lease, thanks to the expert care of Cloressa. She runs a tight ship and worked hard to make my life easier throughout the process. From her firm handshake when we met, all the way through her emails and phone calls during the leasing process, she was a consummate professional. I was looking for a community with a good quality of life and high standards for who they rent to because, lets be real, sometimes landlords just want to fill a vacancy, and then you end up paying all your hard earned money to live with trashy neighbors. I got the distinct impression that the little things matter to Brava, as they should. Obviously, I dont have the depth of knowledge or experience that longer term tenants have, but I will of course update my review if my thoughts change, for better or worse.

One of the most upscale high rises, very secure, and beautiful architecture. The technology really helps in maintaining safety as the main priority with amazing views all around the building. The best part is how friendly the staff is to every resident. I’ve had the best experience due to my leasing agent, Tyler Millette! If you want to tour definitely book your appointment with her. She’s professional, caring, and makes you feel at home! 10/10 recommend living here!

I recently visited Brava and the property was nothing less than a standout. I was initially intimidated upon arrival but was quickly met with a warm smile and a kind handshake by none other than the property manager herself, Kelly. After a brief discussion regarding my prospective search for a new home and interest in the property, she gladly introduced me to a true leasing professional by the name of Taylor Duncan. I disclosed that I was in the initial stages of my search considering my current home was on the market and pending contract however, this did not alter her resolve. I was given a full and thorough tour of the property and amenities in its entirety. She took her time and was very detailed regarding every aspect of the property; which to be fair was far more than I expected considering I disclosed that I would not be leasing that day. Concluding the tour, I was given all the information I would need in order to make an informed decision along with a nice restaurant recommendation nearby. Brava is a beautiful apartment and the true definition of luxury. Everything from the finishes, to the Floor to ceiling windows, to the open concept and the amenities, this is the perfect place to live in Houston Texas. Tyler made my visit from NJ truly worthwhile by taking the time to show us multiple units and answering any questions that we had.
