I’ve been living here for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move into Boardwalk. From the moment I toured, I was impressed with how well-maintained and modern the apartments are. The staff is incredibly friendly, always responsive, and genuinely cares about creating a welcoming environment for residents.The amenities are fantastic – the pool, gym, and clubhouse are always clean and well-kept, and it’s clear that the management team works hard to provide a high-quality living experience.The location is perfect, too – close to shopping, dining, and public transportation, yet tucked away in a peaceful area. I’ve truly enjoyed my time here and would recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and convenient place to live!I must add the maintenance team does amazing, quick, and efficient work.

Very nice apartments, beautiful location. As good as the apartment is, the staff (office, management, and service crew) are the REAL difference. They are prompt, thorough, and they care. Sincerely, from the start- showing the various options, amenities; to the simple move in process. Everything! Ive been here two years and its the best apartment Ive every rented. Ive really enjoyed working with Taylor and Madilynn, and again the service technicians. Things work here- entry gates, grills, exercise room. You feel safe- a big bonus. Highly recommend.

Madelyn made my day. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and heard. This complex is definitely a vibe- all pistons are firing here. The location, of course, is ideal but I tip my hat to the designers of the property, it is warm and tastefully done. Nothing stark, cheesy or institutional about this place. I was greeted with smiles and friendly conversation by residents during my tour who seemed at ease and content with their home. Madelyn extended herself and went the extra-mile for me today, anticipating and addressing my inquiries with professional courtesy and kindness. Thank you so much!

We have been living at The Boardwalk at Town Center for a year now. There are many aspects that I could discuss, such as the quality of our apartment, the quality of our building and amenities, or the quality of life this location offers regarding its centralized location in The Woodlands.However, the single most consistent and value-added luxury item that The Boardwalk has to offer is Will Henriquez. He is capable, consistent, competent, and reliable. He has been, and continues to be, crucial in contributing to our happiness throughout all the expected ups and downs that come with living in an luxury apartment community. He addresses our needs with promptitude. He listens to our concerns with care and offers valuable suggestions or possible courses of actions, if available. And, most importantly, he handles himself with a genuine disposition of happiness and gratitude, which is rare and infectious. He definitely ups the star-rating to a 5-star experience 🥰

I toured this complex over one year ago with Will. Moving from the complete opposite side of the country, I knew choosing my new home was the most important thing to me! Not only is this a beautiful location and property, but staff like Will made me feel ‘home’. So I knew I made the right choice! They’re very small and old. My previous apartment had a much larger and newer style (cheaper rent too).

Great location and service, spacious apartments, nice amenities! My family and I were in a 2-bedroom apartment for a month and we loved it there. My son spent every afternoon at the pool/hot tub and we would take walks to Market Street in the evening.It is pretty pricey if you go for a fully--furnished apartment.

I was impressed by the service of the Boardwalk staff from start to finish. They were welcoming on the tour and really painted a picture of what it would be like to live there. The amenities are incredible. I could see my self taking advantage of the personal gym that has everything you need and the rooftop views of concerts. Plus, the hospitality once I moved in was better than ever. They had everything ready to go and even gave me a bottle of wine as a housewarming gift. This apartment complex is incredible. Im excited to be a part of this community.

We have lived in this complex for one month and we already love it. Everyone we meet here absolutely loves it here too. The location is incredible, we sit on the rooftop and listen to concerts at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell pavilion, we walk to Market Street and HEB, we walk our dog in the park that is adjacent to the complex, which is right on the water way..... amazing.The office staff is incredible and very attentive. Special shout out to MadLynn who has been absolutely amazing and Will who is fabulous and has helped us on several occasions. They are great, and the maintenance staff is amazing and very attentive too. So glad we made this decision.

Moved out recently after having lived here for 2.5 years. Its a great location, with some great amenities in and around the area. I will list the good and the bad for me:Good: apartments entrances are indoors, no noise issues from other apartments (or mine, where I played guitar). Amazon locker in one of the buildings for smaller packages. Large elevators make moving in and out much easier. Near a great walking trail, library, park, and HEB. Also walkable distance from movie theatre, shops, some bars, etc. Maintenance works on things very quickly (usually within 24 hours). Management was friendly.Bad: Pricey. Elevators and hallways outside apartment feel old (sometimes get spruced up). Parking garage feels a bit cramped. Fire alarm can be VERY sensitive (maybe just my apartment). Can be little confusing to get food delivered.Other than the price for the 1 bedroom I had, the bad is mostly nit-picky stuff for me. Still a 5-star experience living there.

Hunting for an apartment can be a stressful time, but Taylor Gilbert at the boardwalk was a HUGE help every step of the way! I toured before July availability was ready to go and she reached out every time something became available that was a good fit. I ended up signing a lease and Taylor was there to answer all of my questions (and several phone calls) regarding the process. I would highly recommend Taylor to anyone who is in need of a seamless apartment leasing process. I’m super excited to start my lease here. Thanks again Taylor!

Taylor was so nice answering questions and giving the tour. The clubhouse looked very nice, with a nice gym and plenty of weights. The proximity to HEB and the water makes this place look like a resort. Excited to be living here!

Im driving up, the streets were smooth and there was plenty of parking space. The complex is on both sides of the street Riva row. Boardwalk at Town Center Apartments the Woodlands Texas looks almost new and the gardens are well-maintained. The fountains are right in front of the office.I am greeted by cheerful office staff as several of them offered to help. To go from the parking garage to the main hallway from building to building you must walk outside in the weather these are short distances but would be bad carrying groceries in the rain. The hallways are wide and clean the two apartments I looked are very nice and had a good view. I am told of the prices and the fees and I think they would come to about 200 a month extra. I am offered $500 if I sign within 48 hours. One resident I spoke to said he had downsized from a house and he liked it there. The clubhouse is undergoing Remodeling and is not available for Resident use. I like this place I will be back and I recommend this to anyone.

There’s also something to be said for others that live on the property and everyone I have encountered that lives here have been super friendly and great. It is beautifully renovated with hardwood floors in the livingroom and dinning room.The kitchen is awesome with its stainless steel appliances and I love the floor plan.Nothing beats the area though. You are within walking distance to some many venues.The staff is very helpful and is always available when I need anything..I feel very safe here.

Boardwalk at Town Center is a very nice quiet complex that is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from some great places like the waterway, the Pavilion, the shopping mall, restaurants, bars and a big grocery store, H-E-B. It is safe, clean and recently remodeled. The Leasing Office personnel and the maintenance crew are very professionals because they care about what you need and try to solve any issue on time. I have lived here for 6 years, and I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live.

I LOVE living here and my cats do, too - I did come here directly from Lufkin (middle of nowhere, 2 hours North), so my LOVE may be influenced by the stark difference between the two … haha … but I love all the trees (which my cats appreciate - AKA “Cat TV”), the leasing and maintenance staff are super friendly and helpful, parking is all covered and I always have a convenient spot, my guests never have a hard time finding parking - I’m really glad I moved here!

Stunning LUXURY style apartments. Apartments are super spacious with great amenities. And (BASICALLY) free concerts, for being so close to the Woodland Pavilion (direct get much better than that!) They are also kept clean and quite. The staff is always amazing and attentive. Plus being off of 45 your in reach of some of the best food and all shopping Houston has to offer. Morgan & Marlene are rockstar and together with you have an amazing team to lean on that make you feel like your speaking more with friends than leasing staff.

Stumbling on The Boardwalk at Town Center on a random jog I was on, has been a blessing thanks to this piece of paradise we stumbled on in the Woodlands on the water way. The active community and walking distance to everything is wonderful. Grateful to be a music fan with the location to the Pavilion. Grateful to catch the sun and moon rises daily from our Patio.

This place is therapeutic. I was going through some serious personal issues. I was looking for a place that was friendly, kind and helpful. I stumbled over a gold mind. Pallis, I believe her name to be, was the most kindest person to me. She just didn’t guide me to the right apartment she gave me a brochures to help me become acclimated to my new home and backyard. I think if it wasn’t for her and her team I would be living somewhere else, miserable and sad. The cool thing about Pallis, she is always smiling and calls me by my name. Ive been a renter at the Boardwalk for over 5 years. My thoughts:Outstanding location. Central to all events, shopping, restaurants, etc. that the Woodlands has to offer. I especially enjoyed walks along the Waterway as well as Lake Woodlands. Convenient to my travel to 45, Hardy, 99, IAH, etc.Apartment ideal. Good size and layout. Quiet. Secure building and garage. Pool/Other Amenities.Excellent maintenance staff. No issues with pests, HVAC, appliances, etc.Friendly neighbors.But most of all, excellent office staff with Marlene and Pallas. Genuinely caring resident assistance. Very responsive to every question.

The location is awesome! I have read reviews about hearing concerts and that is one of the things we love. We live facing the waterway and if there is a concert we do not want to hear we simply go inside and shut the door. Problem solved. The awesome concerts out way the bad. I travel a lot for my job, an often rent short term lease apartments. I found the boardwalk to be the best experience for the process and the leasing agent Kirstyn Knizeski made it even easier. We almost did not look at these apartments when we were looking in The Woodlands. I was really tired and my Mom was critically ill. My friend said we should look since we drove all the way up here. Is it expenive? Yes, but worth every penny. This keeps out the people who generally live in apartments that you dont want to live by. The amenities are amazing, you can hear every concert at the pavillion if you choose to, And you are smack dab in the middle of all The Woodlands entertainment options. Controlled access parking garages as well as entries to the buildings themselves. All the buildings have large elevators which makes moving furniture a breeze. I could go on and on but the people who post negative reviews knew exactly what they were getting into.

Theres more! Sitting in the park listening to the concerts, walking to restaurants, markets, boutiques. Lounging at the pools and a gym to make you look good at the pool. I could spend 6-7 figures to purchase a home with its taxes and expenses or I could trade it all end for a maintenance free existence with location, location, location. - 5 Stars
