    I’ve been living at Bel Air on 25th for the past year, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is great, close to shopping, dining, and parks, making it convenient for my daily needs. The complex itself is well-maintained and has a peaceful atmosphere, which is a huge plus for anyone looking to relax after a long day.One of the things people always ask about when it comes to apartments is the management and maintenance—let me just say, they’ve got it right here. The staff is friendly and responsive, always quick to help with any concerns. A special shout-out to Mike, the maintenance guy—this man is the definition of reliable! Anytime I’ve had an issue, whether its small or something urgent, Mike has been on it fast. He’s professional, efficient, and truly cares about keeping the place running smoothly. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it really shows.The apartment itself is spacious with great natural light and modern appliances. Parking is never an issue, and I always feel safe, which is important. Another thing I appreciate is that the noise level is very low; even though it’s a larger complex, it still feels private and peaceful.If you’re looking for a well-kept apartment with a great community and responsive staff, especially with someone like Mike handling the maintenance, I highly recommend Bel Air on 25th. It’s been a great place to call home!

    This little community is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, and the location is ideal in Abilene. On a mild Spring day, one could walk to Drug Emporium, Planet Fitness, Sonic, HEB, and Starbucks. My experience working with Jesslyn was very pleasant; she is very friendly and helpful. With many choices in apartments in Abilene, Bent Tree is a jewel with professional property management, emergency maintenance, and a covered carport spot included for no extra charge with your apartment. Hail storm damage, anyone? My cat Ari and I will be enjoying our little spot for years. Ive included some photos I took of my apartment yesterday at move-in. This is the studio floorplan, and its cute as a button. Please consider Bent Tree in your search, as an affordable and comfortable value as compared to some of the newer communities in Abilene that look shiny but have not yet worked out all the kinks.

    Today my air conditioner went out. Within minutes of advising the office, a man was at my door with a air conditioning unit to put in the window. This cooled myApartment while they were fixing the central air.You will not find any kinder or more efficient maintenance people then maintenance staff at Bel-Air on 25thNovember 2024My bath required the faucet be fixed. Maintenance had professional plumbers come and replace it with all new parts. So nice.

    Weve lived here for 8 years. The property has new owners and managers and so far they have gone above and beyond for us. The new maintenance man Kevin has been amazing. Today was the first day Ive seen him and he got 2 out of our 3 requests done in about 20 minutes. We needed a new fridge so I took everything out and it only took 30 minutes to get the new fridge here. He did an amazing job, super personable and friendly! Joanna in the office has been working her butt off to help us out as much as she can to make things better for us after the old management. This place is looking great and I would be happy to recommend anyone to move here.

    Only been here a month but it has definitely surpassed my expectations. The area is quiet and peaceful but still located near everything we need. Joanna and Keanna are amazing and so helpful. Even with having some maintenance issue and things taking longer than they should, we still have felt heard by the staff. We together have made a game plan on what needs to be fixed and whats the best way to proceed with it. I cant say enough that these ladies truly care about the tenants.

    Bel Air on 25th has renovated the pool and brought in new staff. The corporation requires good feedback. It is like living in a real life “Watership Down,” Richard Adam’s’ famous book about the rabbit warren. You are aware that you are interacting with the corporation online.

    A nice quiet place to call home. Weve enjoyed being at Bent Tree for the past few months, and went ahead and renewed our lease. The area is pretty peaceful and close to shopping and schools.We did have some issues at first with the neighbors who used to live in the same building as us smoking and leaving burn marks on the walls in the stair well. The only maintenance problem weve had is the big hole in the roof right outside our apartment. I was told by management that it would be fixed before we moved in back in April, yet here it is November and the hole is still there. Its not much of a problem except being an eye sore and in the warmer months wasps like to nest in there. Any other maintenance issues have been resolved quickly. I have to agree with some other reviewers, its nice having on site laundry facilities, but when I do laundry unless its a very small load I go to another laundry facility in town. The washers and dryers only hold small loads and even with a small load the dryers take at least 2 cycles to dry sometimes 3, and each cycle is 45 minutes long.Overall, we enjoy the place, the pool is nice, the neighbors have been mostly friendly and helpful on the rare occasion that one of my pups has escaped from our apartment. Its a nice little secluded complex away from busy streets.

    Our maintenance professional is topnotch! I get frustrated with the frequency at which problems seem to crop up on the property, but I know he is not the one at fault and I can see that he is working to resolve these issues.

    My family has lived here for a few years now. This is somewhere I have always wanted to live and when we finally did decide to move here I was so excited. Everyone that lives here are all very friendly and great people to speak to. The rooms in the apartments are very spacious, I love living here because its quiet. The apartment Manager is amazing, very sweet and friendly and helps everyone any way that she can. my children love going to see her for popsicles and other treats. We love the pool and the fitness center.Laundry rooms are very Convenient so we dont have to drive around town trying to find a place to wash our clothes. Maintenance always comes as soon as we need them. The manager in training is also very sweet and friendly and helps any way that he can as well. This is a place that I love being able to call Home and I do not regret moving here at all. I would recommend this place :)

    I recently moved into Bent Tree Apartments. It has been such a great experience. Amanda in the office helped my wife and I with everything. She has been so amazing through the whole process. She is currently helping a friend as well get moved in here and has been so helpful. our new home has been amazing as well. It is so big for a 1 bedroom, and so clean. I would recommend Bent Tree to everyone!

    Ive lived here for two years and just re-signed for a third year. I love my apartment and I love that I have a decent sized yard for an apartment. The office people are amazing, they have always taken care of any problem Ive had within a reasonable amount of time. The grounds are mostly kept up and theres a pool. They only real complaint I have is the laundry facilities. The dryers dont work very well at all. All in all its been a great place to live.

    Great place to live! Me and my husband rented a two bedroom townhome next to the laundry facility when we first got married. We still talk about how amazing it was to live there! Bent Tree is close to everything which was great when you wanted to run to the store real quick for a household item we needed. If we ever needed an apartment to rent again we would chose them.Update! The office staff was so nice and we were approved to paint a chalkboard wall and it was so much fun showing it off when family and friends came over!

    I lived here 8 months and I absolutely loved it. Jessalyn was absolutely amazing and I was sad to see her go.The neighbor hood is decent and my area was super quiet. The maintenance response to things that are broken is amazing. Darrin I think was his name was always super friendly. Bearnice was so nice as well.I wish I could of stayed but paying the amount for a non updated apartment was hard. They are pretty pricey for what you get the water bills are outrageous. I did have some issues with my lease and Jaime who i talked to who the manager now was super friendly as well.

    Savanna in the leasing office and Mike the maintenance man are great people. Savanna is always pleasant and friendly and Mike works hard to resolve all maintenance issues.

    Bent Tree is so amazing to live at. I would recommend here to anyone! It is such a wonderful community! The parking lot was just recently redone and has made such an improvement! Amanda in the office is so wonderful to deal with! She is so friendly and very helpful with anything I have needed to get moved in!

    I have only been here maybe 5 months so this could change . So far me and my fiance really like it here in comparison to the other two complexes we have lived in here (The Edge and Copper Creek). Our heater broke down twice, BUT maintenance came the next morning both times and this was around the holidays. They were prompt and polite both times, but the second time I think they fixed the coils or something in the crawl space, so I dont expect our heater to be giving us anymore problems this cold season. It is kind of pricey at first to move in with all the deposits and application fee, but it does even out over time. I just dont like the pet deposit...its hella pricey, but they DO work with you and let you pay it off monthly so its not just a strait $400 bucks out the gate. They also work with you, because after the holidays I was behind (my fault) and I told them I couldnt pay rent for X amount of days until next pay check and while I did have to pay the late fee daily ($10 isnt that bad all things considered) its really cool that they were very understanding and worked with me. Does your apartment complex/land lord do that ? :/ Probably not. So I really like em. I dont like that ou have to use a debit/credit card to do laundry...I dont even swipe my card out at the pumps for gas because of identity theft and the laundry room doors are pretty much open all the time. I wish you could just use change like you use to be able to do , but my last complex switched to the same system so I guess the future is using cards to do laundry. People around here are pretty friendly, we had two neighbors help us move in first day :) .I also really APPRECIATE their office hours. When you usually get off work at 5, its nice to be able to make it to the office still if you need to. I havent needed to call them for anything, I just use the website for maintenance requests and to pay rent. I dont care for the fee if you use card to pay rent, and they dont take cash or didnt when I tried to pay cash. Youll need to buy a mail box key from post office too, because place doesnt come with mailbox I guess the city owns them although they are on the property. No bug issues and the area is pretty quiet. Bathroom has massive counter space and the closet is big and there is a vanity in the smaller 1br 1br :) Havent tried the pool yet, but it looks nice. Overall for the price we pay, I am pretty satisfied so far. Oh, and the covered parking is kinda nice! There is plenty of parking . Will update as time goes by !EDIT : ABOUT TWO YEARS LATER..So when the new year began, this property turned in to a no smoking property. You cant smoke in your home, on your balcony or in the walk ways..so basically...you can not smoke. Funny thing is, they did not send out a memo, an email, a text..nothing. They posted a notice on the website, so if you pay with money orders or never really log into your account, you didnt know this AND they havent made us sign a new lease with this new rule, so since it is not in our lease I am assuming this rule does not apply, but if you are a smoker just keep that in mind that they may have it on the lease now. A lot of people have moved out of our building too. Also still in the same 1br 1br place, paying just short of 1k. How? Why? Idk..all I know is when our lease is up, we are out of here. I think maybe they raised rent, but I also noticed our water bill is higher. Idk how, with half the building gone youd think water would be cheaper, but some new folks moved in too and ever since then water has been crazy. Sucks when you have to split water. We are barely here, but out water bill lately has always been over $40. The building is falling a part. If i could take pics of our deteriorating stair well and roof outside our front door I would.

    Lived here a few years back. Lived in a 2 bedroom as well as the 3 bedroom condo!! Maintenance was quick, office was friendly. The condo had more than enough space also the two car garage was amazing. Not to mention front and back yard.

    I have lived her for almost 3 yrs. I have a spacious apartment with covered parking, a great pool and a nice little fitness center. Management is great with working with you when your going through a rough patch. Neighbors watch out for each other and each others kids. Very family friendly! Apartments are all very spacious and its has free cable. Utilities are thru apartment so you dont have to hassle with getting them in your name and putting down more deposits. Jezzlyn is an AWESOME office manager!! My kids go in all the time and get treats from her!!

    Love my apartment so much space, better then any other place we had look at. Love how big the rooms are. Close to my job. Very nice management and maintenance always comes to fix any issues without me having to ask more then once. Glad to call this place my home.
