    Sara, the main office manager does care about her residents. That’s rare to find that nowadays. She makes things get done/taken care of, treats everyone with respect. She takes the time to listen to you and helps resolve issues. The other office staff is pretty great as well. Just renewed my lease for another year

    Hello, one of the Session that stay here , i just moved here in Dec.22 coming from where im from i put this area on a high pedister. The office staff especially Amy are the best and maintenance they knows what they are doing and coming and they take care of business ,but i have one small problem, when i came here i was inspecting better appliances then what they put in my apartment, i know when it comes to low income some ppl think all are the same but im not i love having nice n clean things one of the reasons i came to this area. I am grateful but its time to start working on the appliances and upgrading the bathroom stuff, the hood i came from was rough but those manager kept thing looking nice inside. My opinion they should put wooden floors in every apartment not just some. Overall i will give Aventine a 10 could be 10 + please dont let them go down. Its peace and quiet just like i like it. If some one move in they shouldnt have to call to get things fix. If yall need someone to walk the empty apartment before someone move in to make sure everything is good and clean and all the repairs are done then i will do it. Thanks

    From the moment I walked in ...I got a very warm welcome. The manager was by herself that day but really went above and beyond helping me with my paperwork in addition to all her other duties and tenants coming in.The front desk leasing coordinator was amazing! She answered all my questions and never was anything but professional and kind. To this day I look forward to seeing Amore for her warm smile. Shes always eager to help.I had some special circumstances with my move and they both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.... Thank you so much for being so wonderful in a very traumatic time for me and my family!

    I moved in the apartments in November and the process went very smooth. Courtney, who works the front desk was great. She made me feel very welcome and was very helpful when I needed anything. The apartments are very quiet and the great thing that I love is not having to take out the trash. The apartments offer a trash service, that picks up trash for you. The trash has designated areas where it is picked up. Awesome place to live!

    I have been living here for 10 years and I love it. When I need repairs done, Otis comes ASAP. He is the best. The office manager is an Angel sent. She is nice n sweet, always helpful.

    While the application process was lengthy and the staff could use some training in appropriate responses to everybody, the apartments themselves are amazing. They look on par with other expensive places yet their prices are cheaper by almost half. Im paying less than a grand for the three bedroom place Im in and any other apartment in the area was going to charge me almost $700 more for the same sq.ft. The apartment is very nice for the price. As for bugs, I have only seen one bug in my entire stay of 8 months and when I called the office they had a bug sprayer out the very next morning. The neighbors are kind and quiet and yes, there are kids. For the most part you wont hear anything unless your door is open, even with construction going on next door.

    1st off let me start off by saying about 4 yrs ago I had the worst experience ever!!! The office people were so unhelpful and a tad bit rude... I called the office to inquire about a 1 or 2 bedroom yesterday . I had the nicest lady answer the phone .. and honestly was a bit of fresh air ( I was having a really bad week. Lol) anyway... her name was Morlena!!!!! She was sooo beyond helpful!!!! She even called me back to tell me she had told me something wrong... I cannot comment on the apartments themselves because I haven’t lived there, but known people who have and they have nothing bad to say. But thank you Morlena!!!!

    I would definitely recommend Aventine Apartments for your future home needs. Morlena Fogleman (manager) is such a sweetheart! She helped us with a situation that was over looked, not by her or her team. I flew in from Atlanta to find out why my nephew had to start over on a situation that I wont say but I address the manager and at that moment she stop everything she was doing to correct this situation. She guarantee me that she will handle this situation herself and that, she did. Morlena was.very professional, understanding, and super accommodating! When it was time for me to leave heading back to Atlanta, Morlena made me feel very blessed to have met her, . Overall Morlena has exceeded my expectations and you All are lucky to have such a wonderful property manager. The office vibe is very pleasant and the other associates are very friendly and helpful as well, even the maintenance team. .Morlena Fogleman I give you 5-stars.     I love the Manager Marlana she done so much with these Apartments she’s done a huge difference and I been here for years and she’s done so much with AVENTINE in a short time I’m loving how she’s creating the AVENTINE to feel like home she’s done things here that I didn’t think was possible but she’s on it thanks a bunch Marlana.....
