I should have written this review a long time ago, but I had an amazing experience here. Millie was my agent the first time I used them and I asked for her again this time. Last year she found us an apartment while we looked for a house. It was so great we almost didnt want to leave! It was in a quiet area next to a small lake & woods where we could walk our dogs and even kayak. The apartment itself was super spacious and updated but still for a reasonable price.Now were moving into a small house Millie found for us. It has a huge yard and is only 10 minutes from my family, which was my biggest requirement (and the hardest). I couldnt be happier.Millie herself deserves a huge shout out not only for her great work but for her attitude and knowledge. I am always especially nervous and stressed looking for new places to live and she made me feel so much better. Millie is a phenomenal real estate agent!She really went above and beyond in helping my family and I relocate to Austin from Belize.I wasn’t sure about how the whole process would work and was worried as I didn’t know anything about the area. Her extensive knowledge of the area and market trends was indispensable.When we found our dream home that met all our family of 5 needs, plus 3 dogs we found out later that day there was another offer already on the house. Millie chatted with the sellers agent and even though the owners were about to make a decision she was able to get them to wait till the next day so we could submit our offer. She met us early in the morning and helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over the other one.Millie had to do a little negotiating but in the end she got us our Home.Thru all this process she became more than just our realtor but a friend to our family. My youngest even drew a picture of our new home, our family and included Millie in the drawing with our family. Millie Najem is an absolute rockstar. My fiancé and I had a bit of a crazy situation with another Austin-based realtor, so we were passed along Millies name and she swooped in to save the day. Millie and her team found our dream apartment and I cannot recommend more highly.We originally booked a handful of showings with another realtor and flew into Austin from Michigan for one day to look at these properties. On the morning of the showings, the other realtor cancelled on us three hours prior to our tours. As my fiancé and I were scrambling, we were given Millies name last minute, which ended up being the biggest blessing. I wish we had found her from the start.Her and her fantastic team were able to get all of our requested showings booked the same day within hours (+ found some additional properties). We were able to see ~10 places within 24 hours. Again, all of this she was able to coordinate day-of. Once we did find our dream apartment, she negotiated a great deal for us on the lease. This is my second time working with Millie Najem at Austin Luxury Locating. Last year she helped me find a beautiful apartment in a new property, and got me a great deal. Knowing my lease will end soon, Millie contacted me to find out if I was still happy or if I needed any help searching for a new place. I was relieved to hear from her, because I was concerned that while I got a great deal moving in a year ago and I was more than happy in my apartment, I wasn’t sure what the new lease renewal would look like. Out of concern, Millie offered to perform a search to be sure that I had other options. When we met up we reviewed the listings she had found for me. She address any concerns I had about them, and we made a plan to go look at the properties. However, knowing how much I love my current apartment, Millie offered to go with me and speak to the apartment staff about my renewal. She ended up getting a more than reasonable renewal rate for me which made me very happy! Millie didn’t have to, but she saved me a lot of time and money by visiting the property office with me. She negotiated a great deal for me. Once again Millie was a joy to work with, I truly appreciate her knowledge and experience. He was thorough when discussing properties, almost never had to look up an answer to my question, and made sure I was happy and taken care of from start to finish.
