I recently had the pleasure of touring this property with Rachel, who provided an outstanding experience. She dedicated about an hour to guiding me through the apartments I was interested in, as well as the amenities, with exceptional attentiveness and professionalism. She was enthusiastic, and eager to answer all my questions, ensuring that any concerns I had were thoroughly addressed. The apartments are truly stunning, with impeccable attention to detail throughout. The abundance of natural light, combined with the vibrant community atmosphere and prime location, creates a warm, inviting, and highly livable environment. While I ultimately chose not to rent due to the proximity to DAL airport and associated noise from airplanes, this remains an exceptional property. For anyone looking for a beautifully designed home with top-tier amenities and a welcoming, professional staff, I would highly recommend Aster.

This building has everything you could want—spacious, beautifully designed apartments with high-end finishes, modern amenities like a fully equipped fitness center, a rooftop lounge with stunning views, and a sleek, tech-friendly atmosphere throughout the property.But what really sets The Aster apart is the outstanding service, and it’s all thanks to Cameron, the Community Manager. From the moment I walked in, Cameron went above and beyond to make me feel at home. He’s friendly, professional, and always available to answer questions or help with any concerns. He creates a warm, inviting environment that makes you feel like youre part of something special. It’s clear that Cameron, and the other staff members truly care about the residents and the community.

Eric provided a tour and service as amazing as the property. His knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm were exactly the level of service our clients should expect to receive. The newly built Aster offers outstanding views of downtown, uptown, the arts and medical districts & much more. Location is everything and the Aster can accommodate most any need. The fitness center, resident lounge, sky lounge, sports lounge with full swing simulator, infinity pool, and the amazing Penthouse option are a few reasons to consider this property. The Penthouse offers floor to ceiling windows, sub zero and Wolf appliances, high-end features and views that make it worth every dollar. The abundance of views at this property are marvelous. The service, amenities, views and location gets this property a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating🤩

I’ve lived in Aster since May 2022 and have seen it change quite a bit.There’s been a rotation of agents, concierge, management and even Peloton bikes in the gym.Although I have my minor quips about guest parking and the occasional elevator wait, what you’ll always receive is exceptional care. The staff and maintenance showed us incredible kindness when our AC recently broke. It was a reminder that with anything long term, of course quips will come about. What’s been consistent is the response of compassion and care.Among the slew of Dallas apartments that nickel and dime residents or ignore their complaints, Aster is not one of them. I highly recommend it for future residents.

Well, I will be this places first non-five-star review. I toured here under old management (The Aster just went through a management change on 9/14/24, and I am now not going to live here. The new management is not the same as the old, less accommodating, more rules/ rule changes, and price increases from what I was quoted previously. The most significant discrepancy is that the monthly fees and fees associated with the units are much higher and are not included for any new leaseholders. It was my #1 choice in the Dallas area, and even at a smaller room, with carpet and non-walk-in showers for $4k a month, I was still very interested in moving here (before new ownership). I toured twice, so I like to think I have a great understanding of the property.Amenities- best in class, the pool area is fantastic, the gym was a perfect size, views were absolutely perfect, the room layout was very nice, and high walk-in closets. Parking garage seemed very safe and had a good locking feature. However, it would have been nice to move the 7ft clearance sign back about 10-15 yards to show where clearance is not 82. All this considered, I would wait for anyone looking to move here until new management sorts their stuff out (if they do). It looks like youll have to anyway since the website has been down for the last 3-4 days (9/19/24)Overall current 3.9/5 (previously 4.9/5)

I lived at Aster for a little over two years. It was a great experience. Its in the perfect location. The community has always been well-kept and safe. They rectified any issues that came up. All maintenance requests were fixed in a reasonable timeframe. The resident population is very diverse. I’ve met everyone from young professionals to retired folks. The original (they changed property managers) and current staff have always been friendly. The only reason I moved is because there were other properties nearby that were just as competitive for the renewal rate they offered me for my specific unit. Highly recommend!

After putting my house up for sale on Lake Travis I was curious about changing up my life style and was considering his rise apartment living.Aster Turtle Creek had all of the amenities one would wish for but I still needed more convincing. Bear, leasing manager, was the one (after 3 or 4 visits-tours) that was able to craft a great story about the life style and benefits and gave me a glimpse of what the people at Aster would be like in helping create that experience - service oriented, sincere, authentic, and gracious. Today is day 2 in my apartment, have panoramic view of downtown Dallas and love the space layout. Forgot to say that Bear was super while assisting me the day I moved in.Great decision to move into Aster.

OK, where do I start?!? If you want a brand new build with amazing amenities And a staff that actually cares, Aster turtle creek is the place move! Yes it can be pricey, but it’s definitely worth it!!! First off all the leasing agents are amazing and will help you anyway that they can. My leasing agent was Bear and I can’t even say enough great things about her! I was in a situation where I had to move within a couple days. Bear was able to start the process immediately and get me approved for my apartment within two days! She was easy to contact and responded to all my needs as soon as she could! Not only the leasing agents, but there is also a concierge 24 hours seven days a week. They will help you out anyway that they can and will do it with a smile on their face!!!Now the views, let’s talk about the 17th floor Skyview!!! This is open 24 seven along with all the other amenities including the sky lounge, the dog spa, the game room, and a couple other areas. The only thing that closes is the pool at 10 PM which is understandable since some apartment space the pool.They have fun resident events including a happy hour with wine and beer. They actually have a lawn movie night coming out which should be amazing AND They provide you a blanket and snacks for it!!! Access into the building and into your apartment it’s all done through an app on your phone, so you have no worries about losing your apartment key! The concierge will not let anyone at the elevator without your approval so it is very safe and you will not get unwanted visitors!On a clear night you can see downtown beautifully and even on our snowy nights it still looks pretty. You will not be disappointed if you move into this awesome apartment complex!!! It is still walking distance to the bars and definitely walking distance to the liquor store lolIf I had to be nitpicky and figure out one con about living here, I guess it would be that there is only one dog waste garbage on the opposite side of the apartment complex, but that’s really the only downfall and that should not turn anyone away.Trust me you will not be disappointed to say that you live at Aster Turtle Creek!

After touring numerous high rise properties in and around the Dallas metro area, it became clear that Aster had what I was looking for. This property is brand new, located in a very quiet and convenient location with great amenities and amazing views of the downtown Dallas skyline. I recently visited Aster and spoke to Heather and Kody about what floorplans they had to offer. When I was on tour with Heather, I was in awe of everything I saw. The property was clean and the team was very generous. All of their amenities sparkled and definitely made me want to live here! My lease is up in March where I currently live and I am strongly considering moving here due to the hospitality provided by the team along with how stunning their apartments are. Also, great location with lots of fun activities close by.

We’ve viewed around 12-15 apartments in one week before we came to the Aster because my partner Brandon is particular and very big on customer service. When it came down to our decision, it was based off of Heather Williams.We came to view the Aster 30 mins before they were supposed to close and unfortunately we were informed it was too late to view homes. Heather then came out of her office and still greeted us, sat down to talk about the property and eventually showed us 2-3 units and the amenities even though it was time for her to go home for the day; talk about going above and beyond for the customer!The next day we visited 2 more apartment communities but Brandon was like we need to go back to the Aster and talk to Heather so we can look at another unit. The service was the same, perfection. By our 3rd visit the entire office staff knew us and greeted us “you’re back again”! Although the unit is smaller than what we just left the balcony view and master room view is so peaceful and calming, a real place to come home after the hustle and bustle of your day and a reset.We made the decision of Aster based off our great experience and when Heather gave us the concessions that was the cherry on top! Heather deserves her flowers for everything she has done for us! Every concern or questions we had during and after our move in (because we had a lot lol) were handled by Kody or everyone in office when Heather wasn’t there.We’ve lived here for about 2 months now and so far so good. We are looking forward to the community events for Christmas or New Years and the summer so we can enjoy the pool.

Aster at Turtle Creek deserves more than 5-stars.I’ve leased apartments for the last 10 years all across the US, and they really made the process effortless and seamless.I began my tour with Erick Sandoval, right from the beginning he was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the property, multiple floor plans, the surrounding area, and the community which was really helpful for someone that just moved to Dallas.Once I had interest in a unit Erick provided me all the necessary information to make my decision. Which at that point was obvious Aster was going to be my next home!The apartments are a little on the pricier side for Dallas, but since Ive signed, moved in, and experienced all the amenities, I can totally respect what they’re asking for. They really do give you the “white-glove” treatment from the maintenance team, to the concierge, and the leasing staff. If you plan to schedule a tour I highly recommend requesting Erick, he made my experience a really delightful one from the tour to receiving my keys to my beautiful apartment.Aster has truly easily won my 5-star review here!

The Aster is an amazing apartment complex! The building is very well built, safe, has amazing amenities, great neighbors, and it is just a great place to live all around! It’s by far one of best and most enjoyable places I have ever lived at. The staff is also great and extremely helpful - especially Erick from the leasing team who is so helpful and responsive not just during the tour/moving in process but also when you start out as a current resident. I love living here and also happy with my decision!

My wife and I are moving from Los Angeles to Dallas and will be moving to Aster in early 2024. Moving states is no insignificant undertaking, but Heather has been incredible! She has gone above and beyond, and the application process was seamless. Since we aren’t able to view the units in person, she has offered to take multiple videos for us and walk us through the units. Heather has also been incredibly responsive to any questions! Highly recommend so far.

The truth. Having been one of the first 10 residents to move into this brand new property in late 2021, I can honestly say that the building is fairly well built (issues with water and neighbor cooking smells), has beautiful amenities, and has felt relatively safe for the past year and a half as a resident. Noise between units is virtually unheard of, but if you face Downtown and live on a lower floor you WILL hear noise from the pool and common 4th floor areas which becomes stressful during the high summer months. Finally, the building is located directly beneath the Love Field runway flight path so if youre sensitive to airplane noise youre best to avoid the area.Management under Toll Brothers for the first year was unacceptable for the amount of rent paid and only the maintenance staff led by Bertha and the Concierge team (Tony and Rafael in particular) deserve high praise! Car break ins, an armed robbery, and an assault on a dear staff member all occurred with zero to little follow up. Crime can happen anywhere, but the old management team did little to support the relatively small resident group in the building as they were squarely focused on getting their occupation percentages maxed out. My emails to the property manager at the time requesting a community town hall with local police were never responded to - even knowing that this is a commonplace strategy used by property management in situations like these. I will state that Toll added additional fencing in the unsecured garage areas and hired part time security guards for a period of several months after the incident which seemed to help.Today, under new Greystar management led by Kody and Patty, I can see that the building is on a new, positive trajectory. Any and all requests or concerns that I had were quickly addressed and I felt valued as a resident. An increase in resident events was noted. An increase in hallway and common area cleanliness was also noted. Kody and Patty both went above and beyond to ensure both my living experience and my move out were as stress free as possible! I will miss them dearly!Id consider renting here again but do have some lingering concerns that you might want to consider:- An increase in pot smoke (though a non-smoking building). I would routinely smell in hallways and some of my neighbors would smell in their units depending on where they lived;- The water heaters in each unit were installed with the incorrect capacity. Love hot baths? Dont expect one. Love long showers? Dont count on having hot water the full time. Two people living in one unit? Good luck bathing if you like to have enough hot water;- The 4th floor common area increasingly became a night club as residents can book the area for private events. On the surface this is a wonderful amenity, but I spent many nights calling the concierge after quiet hours asking for peace and quiet per the community guidelines;- Car break ins continue to happen (but this is everywhere).Overall, when I pay top dollar for rent and services I expect top notch service from the service provider. In this case, the old management team failed but the new management team is off to a great start! I met wonderful neighbors living at the Aster and will definitely miss the pool and the Concierge team!Hope this is helpful!

Ive lived here for almost 4 months now, and this is a true luxury property with great staff that look after it. The apartments fill with light and have high end finishes, while the building comes with all the modern amenities including a 2-story gym, co-working space, golf simulator, pool table, card room, infinity pool with a waterfall, an indoor/outdoor sky deck with skyline views from the 17th floor, etc. All the community spaces are always clean, and the property is quiet. I can barely hear my neighbors. Rents are not low, but you get a lot for the money including concierge service, and the location is central to everything. Id like to thank the staff, and especially Erick and Rachel for being flexible regarding my move-in, and for personally taking care of a few administrative issues that arose to improve my experience living here.

I recently came by Aster and had a really great tour worth writing a review about. From the concierge to the leasing/management team everything is top notch. I met with Erick last week and shortly after the Property Manager Emmanuel and the service they provide is one worth mentioning for others to take witness. Aster is tucked away in a residential area of Dallas and you can’t beat the views as they are phenomenal. They have wine on weekends for residents, fresh brewed coffee daily and internet included with the rent which was a pleasant surprise. While I didn’t choose to live at Aster and opted with getting a townhome, I wanted to highlight this property because it’s a hidden jewel. If you are looking for a new high rise in Dallas, then look no further than this gorgeous property.

I have been exploring my options in this area for the last few weeks. Aster has a great location and beautiful views. Erick was the person who walked me around the building and showed me what I wanted to see. I tend to be very demanding and special when I’m choosing something, but this guy was very patient and went the extra mile to provide me excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I didn’t end up staying here since I found a house closer to my job. Therefore, the least I can do is recommend Erick and this place!

Everything has been great since I decided to live at the Aster, from Erick staying late to give me a tour on a Saturday night when I just stopped by, to Shanice and Emmanuel helping me with my lease paperwork, and then Darrel making my move in process go so smoothly. Erick has gone above my expectations to make sure everything has been easy and seamless. I really feel taken care of here and am so excited to be part of the Aster community.Also I have to add I had an a maintenance emergency this weekend… My window got stuck! Berta came within the hour and fixed it for me so I didn’t have to sleep with the 37° temperature with my window open! I am so grateful and feel so taken care of here. Not only was this property gorgeous, but Ness went above and beyond to show us multiple floor plans and all the amazing amenities and perks that this property has to offer to its residents.
