    The apartment we viewed was lovely. Great amenities too - gym, pool etc. And the staff member who showed us around - Moises, was very friendly and knowledgeable.

    This place is a gem. The company that my husband is currently working for got us this company apartment so that we would nnot be in a hotel all the time. We looked at many places in San Antonio and went with this one. The staff are wonderful especially Andrea Hinojosa and Moses Valenciana they are always willing to help and answer any questions we might have. We also have a great view from our apartment.

    I have been living here for over two years and they have always been very responsive, courteous and professional. They have assisted me in difficult times and have always been very responsive.Meagan the manager is always so caring and honest. I truly appreciate the whole staff and LaTanya Rice has been super professional, informative and easy to work with as an assistant manager. I am very happy here. I will be sad to leave one day. And the view is incomparable, truly gorgeous :)

    It was great working with Tanya and the Artessa Team. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the property itself is fantastic, located in such a beautiful area. Tanya and the team have gone above and beyond for me, and it is greatly appreciated. I was away on business, and Tanya took the time to FaceTime me to show the prospective apartment.     I have lived at Artessa for 3 1/2 years and absolutely love it. The location is unbeatable and Artessa has a real community feel. It’s like living in a little downtown neighborhood where you get to know your neighbors and the people who work in the shops. Not only do we have pretty much everything we need within walking distance, but we are also minutes from The Pearl, the airport, and downtown. The floor plans are very spacious and feel more like homes than apartments. Choose from beautiful views of the stacks, shops and restaurants on the lively Quarry side or the more serene golf course side. I originally was going to live at Artessa for a couple of years before buying a home in my new city, but I have become enamored of the easy and convenient lifestyle Artessa has to offer.

    I have been very impressed with the staff at Artessa. I was in a bind and needed a new place to live ASAP. I let Abraham know my situation and he went above and beyond to find me the perfect unit and then expedite the move in process. Abraham was very attentive and informative - and continues to be as I settle in the building. The property manager, Carol, took the time to get approval for my moving POD to be parked in a convenient location for the move in. Abraham even walked out to the designated spot and emailed photos to ensure I could communicate the correct location info to the POD delivery service. Another staff member, Cosme, was the one I first spoke to on the phone at Artessa and he provided ample detail about Artessa, patiently answering all my questions, and has been helpful since my move in. The other staff members of Artessa that came through the office the day I was completing paperwork were friendly as well. I have not encountered anyone who is unwilling to help. I cannot speak highly enough of their team -- good management at apartment complexes is hard to find!!

    We’ve lived in a 3 bedroom for over 2 years and have really enjoyed the community and proximity to shopping. For the most part maintenance is fast and the staff is courteous. This isn’t a “quiet” community, it’s the closest thing to “city” living, besides downtown, you’ll find in San Antonio & we LOVE that. If you want a suburban lifestyle, this isn’t the place. For that very reason we’ve chosen to stay. Also love the security and having a parking garage.

    I have been here for over two years and I can tell you that the office has always been accommodating, friendly and always assisted me in times of need.The current administration is extremely inviting and it’s comforting to know they are there when I need them.I have recently resigned my lease because I’m so pleased. Thank you Megan, Joseph and the rest of the kind staff!

    Moses, the Leasing agent was friendly, intelligent and funny. The property is beautiful and conveniently located next to the Quarry. The studio was a nice size with access to a private garage and good security.

    I LOVE this community management has been remarkably patient and helpful with me. some tenants tend to complain a lot but what are you gonna do? As far as the apartments themselves i cant speak highly enough of the management.

    Amazing place, and the apartments are really nice. Nice Ammenties too. I think your paying for the location more than the Apts as it right be tons of shopping and restaurants. They have a lot of plans to choose from too
