I have happily lived at Arella Forest for three and a half years . The office staff ( Janie , Amy , and Bayleigh along with Rosie ,our Dining Hall manager ) does a great job of caring for the residents and maintenance issues are taken care of quickly ( Thanks to Paul , Joe , Desi , and Maria ) We have many enjoyable activities with plenty of opportunities for socializing .

The Office Staff, Janey, Amy, & Baleigh are all kind & helpful. The Maintenance Staff are helpful & efficient with their repairs & work done. They are pet friendly & Max loves it here. There are activities daily, exercise 3 times a week, & many more. Jimmy & I enjoy life at Arella Forest at Woodlands.

We are under new management at this time and dealing with many challenges and changes! Some more bearable than others ! What keeps me here you might ask! It’s the friends I have made over the past four years! I am happy to say that I have seen a great improvement in office participation & follow through with Alexa and Robert! Paul our maintenance man is also very prompt and shows much patience in fixing what’s not working! Thank you all for your energy!

Well deserved 5 stars in my opinion. I moved my Father from Missouri a couple of months ago and we were lucky enough to get him an Amazing one bedroom apartment. Management was Wonderful and Robert was the Best! Robert and Ray went above and beyond with helping me get my Dad settled and were both very kind and extremely helpful. I truly feel at ease knowing my Dad is safe and living very well at Arella Forest.

Im thrilled my parents moved to Arella Forest! Its a very safe and pretty area, the apartments are spacious, there are lots of amenities that they are already enjoying. The residents and staff are very nice and welcoming. Shauna, the leasing manager, was so knowledgeable in answering my questions. I feel really safe knowing she is in charge. She was really sweet and takes care of business!

I would like to share my thoughts and observation of Arella Forest and staff. July 2021 will be twelve years that I have lived at Arella. There have been ups and downs over this period. The previous three years was a frustrating nightmare because of uncaring and incompetent staff. Coming forward to the current changes and staff has been one hundred and eighty degrees for the good. There is a friendly and caring attitude of all current staff. Our current regional manager, Robbie shows a go to attitude and concern about the upkeep of the property. The rest of the staff I cant say enough kind words to describe their awesome attitude. Shana and Robert are a true asset to your company. They are very professional but also caring about the residents. Juan and Anna are unbelievably dedicated employees. I dont see how they manage to do what they do without more help. I hope this is recognized by corporate and can work with them as much as possible. I would not like to see them move on to other locations.Thank you for taking the time to read my comments and I pray they continue on here.

My grandmother just moved in. We love her new apartment, it is beautiful and spacious. She has a huge balcony to enjoy morning coffee or just to enjoy the fresh air. The staff here was amazing. Scott and Shannon were so friendly and welcoming and helped get us moved in and Elizabeth was amazing when we worked with her to pick the apartment out. Great property, friendly people, welcoming and professional staff.

So happy I found this community for my mother......she moved in at the end of November and even with the Thanksgiving holiday her move in was absolutely stress free. About 90% of the paperwork was done on line and the management is amazing......Scott is the most people friendly person I have met in a while and is always so helpful and ready to answer any question with a smile. My mother has since met several other tenants who are very nice and has nothing but great things to say about management and maintenance.

He is very friendly and professional. Also Elizabeth Sweet-Masters was very professional. She handled all our transfer papers from one apartment to another. Today was the second time we visited the facilities and we were helped by Robert. The first time we went, it was Scott who took care of us. They are both excellent and part of our decision to call Arella our next home as soon as my new job comes in. The facilities are amazing, the cleanliness is above par, the community and the people (like Rosie, Billy, and others we met today), and, again Robert and Scott made our decision an easy one. Has your phone ever been hacked? Well mine was and just recently they gave a bad review to my home! I have called Arella Forest my home for almost 3 years and am very happy here!!Sure there have been some changes;especially in light of Covid, but there have also been changes in me!I am pleased that I can feel free to participate in activities or not based on my needs!!The friends I have made here are fabulous. I have had my eye on Arella for a few years now till the day I knew my mother was ready to go on her own. The team of Robert and Alexis provided an exceptional comforting experience and a level of service like no other. The ratings should include opportunity to add diamonds because they definately show that level of service. I would like to say I’m am so happy I picked this place for my aunt . She has lived there over a year now and she is so happy. Even during Covid the managed to keep dinner going and the free brunch they offer once or twice a month . They took so many measures to insure the safety of the elderly people . I am moving my mother to Arella from Denver. I am so happy we picked Arella. Scott has been amazing and full of information. We worked together to get my mom the right location with the right view. What do we look for in an apartment complex? Pricing, cleanliness, friendly helpful staff, fast response to maintenance requests, square footage that meets your needs. Arella scores 5 in all categories. If you look at some other apartment reviews you will usually see some complaints about maintenance requests taking a long time to be completed. Not so at Arella. I have been here for two years and I haven’t had to wait more than an hour for a response. Whether you live in a house or an apartment, there are always going to be things that need to be fixed. Serious problems like heating or AC problems are fixed within a few hours, even after business hours and on weekends. Response time to maintenance requests is a big part of what will make you happy over time, living in an apartment complex. We did once have a problem with the AC on a Saturday night and the maintenance man Juan was here in two hours and fixed the problem. Juan is the best and it amazes me how he is so knowledgeable about plumbing, electric, and heating and air conditioning. There has never been a time when I had to call them a second time for a maintenance problem. I know I can depend on Juan to fix the problem quickly.The next thing that you want to consider when looking for an apartment is a friendly staff. The Property Manager Paula and Assistant Manager Erin are friendly, caring and responsive and they always make me feel welcome when I walk into the office. The staff was very helpful when we moved here from Florida. They took all the stress out of the move and were always accessible to answer questions.About the complex: the common areas are immaculate, the large beautiful swimming pool is screened in to keep the bugs out. The common area consists of a large beautiful dining area for special events and all the activities. There are too many activities to list here but here are a few: water aerobics, bingo, dominoes, Wii bowling, social poker, zumba, crafts, Friday night entertainment and social gathering. There is a fitness center, a game room with a pool table and a free coffee bar. If you compare the square footage here at Arella to similarly priced complexes you will find that apartments at Arella are generally bigger and more open that other apartment complexes. The soundproofing between floors and adjoining apartments is the best there is. It’s almost like living in a house. You don’t hear a sound from any of your neighbors. The location of Arella is also a big plus; just far enough away from I-45 so that you can’t hear it, but it only takes a few minutes to get there if you have to go north or south. From Arella, it takes about ten minutes to get to any of the major hospitals and medical facilities off I-45.All in all, we love living here at Arella and hope to stay here indefinitely.

Love living here but there is false advertisements. They took the coffee bar out, the tennis court doesnt have a net so you can’t play. They don’t have half the amenities that they used to no yoga, I’ve never heard anything about Zumba. The office ladies are nice and the maintenance is good but the office ladies seem stand offish at times

I have been here 5 years. Have made a lot of friends. The staff is very nice and helpful. After Covid hit all our activities were shut down but that was for our protection. They are slowly coming back . I will be so glad when we get our Friday night social back with the live music and the dancing. I think that is what I miss most.
