Fantastic onboarding experience with Stephanie and Lorena. The entire process took less than a couple of business days! They were very attentive and followed up with us every step of the way!The apartment complex and amenities are incredible, with a lot of trees, open areas, and just green everywhere you look. The unit we are moving into was very clean and cozy, with upscale finishes throughout the unit. The closets are incredibly large, so once my wife saw them, she was hooked hehe.Strongly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a calm setting, away from traffic, and if you have a family!

Girlfriend and I lived here for a year. We really enjoyed living here and the team running the property is absoloutely fantastic. I moved to Arbolada about 4 months ago and I think it’s the most favorite place I’ve ever rented from. The property is tucked away in the most gorgeous hill country (I hardly feel like I’m in San Antonio!) but is so close to the Rim, La Cantera and highway access. The property is quiet and staff are so friendly. They are so involved with creating a welcoming atmosphere for tenants with events and activities. Also, they are so quick and helpful for any maintenance requests. The grounds have great walking trails (that are lit at night) and the unit floor plans have great open concepts and big windows for tons of natural light. I wish they had a dog park, but there are plenty of dog potty stations and walking trails for me and my pup to explore. 10/10 recommend making this your new home!

While I do love living here, there are of course some things that aren’t perfect about it since it’s an apartment complex.A few great things are that the community is well taken care of and it’s in a great location kind of out of the way of the traffic and construction. It’s relatively new so things still look pretty nice. I moved into a unit that was not occupied by anyone previously and the floor is coming up in some places and it was missing some shelves in the cabinets which wasn’t a super big deal to me. The apartments still look really great and modern. Things seem sturdy for the most part.The community is gorgeous, lots of green grass that’s well taken care of and people regularly use the gym and community center so it gives the feel of a nice little community. The pool isn’t super busy but I’ve never been there on the weekend. The gates sometimes get stuck open but they are super quick to fix it.There are a lot of apps needed to access the community and amenities but they are all really user friendly and I love that the gate takes a picture or shows you who is using the code you gave. (I just found this in the app and I found it so funny to see some of them. I thought it only did a video call if someone called you from the gate).The staff are really kind and friendly and plan tons of community events. (Please bring back another yoga class lol). They welcome you in the office and have snacks and drinks that they urge you to take. It’s nice just to feel welcome compared to office staff I’ve had in the past where you feel like a burden just for walking in.Some things to look out for: if you live on the second floor over the garages, you will hear every garage door open and shut, if people sit in their car with music loud you will hear it. But the trade off is you can be kinda loud and not feel bad walking around your house because no one truly lives under you. The walls are pretty thin, you will hear your neighbors and my upstairs neighbor is incredibly loud and I can hear their dog running around and things dropping on the ground. I’m positive they don’t have rugs in the house since that tends to muffle things and these sounds are so loud it’s startling sometimes if the house is quiet.There are lots of dog owners here. Many of them DO NOT pick up dog poop for some reason. Especially the people with small dogs. I have dogs and I swear I’m the only person besides one other guy that regularly picks up their dogs poop on this side of the community where I walk. Be careful walking in the grass!If you aren’t on the top floor, hopefully you get lucky with your neighbor because mine dumps dirty soapy water out of their living room window onto the awning by my windows and off their balcony which pools onto my porch. I had a chicken wing thrown onto my porch and napkin pieces too… I have no idea how they made it through the balcony fencing material but it must have bounced. I guess I’m just lucky lol.There is very limited parking and it’s typically filled by the residents that don’t have garages or have second cars. I haven’t had any guests so not sure how difficult that will be.There is a ton of land, I have seen multiple snakes while I’ve been here but they were all garter snakes. I’ve also seen owls and hawks. Super cool! Expect bugs like spiders and ants in the house when you first move in. I keep things pretty clean so I don’t see them much anymore and I left the spider by my front door to help with upkeep of the ants ;)Overall, I really do enjoy living here. The only downsides so far for me truly have been some of the people which is to be expected in apartments. The staff and community are top notch. My advice is tour your exact unit or know exactly where it is and decide if the surrounding area is where you want to be (think of noise, sidewalks, parking, neighbors). The property management is what makes this place so great with how well they keep up things and make it more of a community. Happy with my choice here!

My husband and I came to tour the Arbolada about a month ago and we immediately applied because we just fell in love with the property and the area. Initially we did not get approved for renting but the ladies at the front were super nice and accommodating and told us what we needed to do to get approved and answered any and all questions we had. We ended up reapplying for a different unit and got approved and now weve been here for a week and I cant stress enough how amazing it is here. Between the constant communication during the application process to the easiest move in process Ive ever experienced, the ladies at the front have gone above and beyond to help my husband and I become members of this community. They are all so warm and friendly. I can truly say that Ive never had a more positive experience living at any other apartment complex. I would absolutely recommend renting here.

I just resigned my lease here and I have to say I love it! I love the trees, my view, the people, and the amenities, of course. Maintenance is always on point and arrives quickly. The one time I had an issue with my AC during winter they were on it SO fast. All of my interactions with the front office staff have been great. I’m terrible with names but the ladies are always rocking great outfits, and I do remember Ricardo because he sold me on this lease after seeing so many other before. I know this place isn’t cheap, but you’re paying for comfort, peace of mind, a beautiful landscape and surrounding areas (shout out to Friedrich wilderness park) and a great life. I’ve never resigned my lease before, so I hope that convinces one of you reading this to take the leap and LEASE!

Pros: I love how they incorporated the natural surroundings into the community at Arbolada. It is so nice to enjoy the views of the beautiful trees from the gym & clubhouse. The leasing office staff is friendly & responsive. The community offers some nice amenities/tech options. I like the interior finishes of the apartment homes & the option to have a garage.Cons: Wheelchair/Stroller accessibility was an afterthought. Too many apps to download for controlling access to the community.

I feel absolutely spoiled when living here! From the amenities to the staff itself, they have kept this place as tidy as it can ever be. I havent seen a piece of trash in this little area and its just simply great to have a good community. It feels as though Im not even living in an apartment complex but a townhouse. Overall this place feels like vacation, a little community tucked into the woods, simply amazing! Though the rent is a bit high, these prices are completely reasonable for the things this wonderful place provides ,6/5 stars. Janice has helped our application and move in process seamless and stress free. She is an amazing person to work with as she is quick with responses and well knowledged.

I recently moved in to this community and I feel like I live in a resort. The amenities are cozy with a touch of class, the 24 hour fitness center is superb, but best of all is the service I get each time I walk in the door. Leylah was my leasing agent and she was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose my home. She and her team always has this community clean and free of debris. I have to say, we have moved to a new apartment every time our lease has been up, and moving to these was probably our best option. By far my favorite part of living here is being 6 mins from where I work. Just far enough away from traffic. It really gives you a great hill country vibe hidden away. I love having my own garage attached to my place and not having to pay for a separate garage or storage is a win win. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The community is beautiful and the club house makes you feel like you are staying at a lodge. Definitely a place to call home. ❤️

My wife and I moved here recently and to be honest, this place is gorgeous and among the top apartment communities Ive ever lived in. The whole place is nestled into the trees and hills and looks stunning. They have beautiful walking paths winding between the trees, a nice little creek next to some of the paths, pretty (and clean) spaces for dogs to run and play, an aesthetic clubhouse to work/study/relax in (with coldbrew on tap 👀), an AWESOME gym that rivals some smaller main gyms Ive been to in terms of equipment avaliable, and the apartments themselves are also really beautiful and spacious with amazing layouts and very nice appliances and cabinetry. They also really make it feel like a community here, and have community events a lot...and Im not talking about lame half-hearted attempts at community events Ive seen other places, I mean actual socials and parties with catering, and game nights that are actually fun and that they get big turn-outs for.Mix all that with the girls at the front office being absolutely amazing, personable (and hilarious), and caring to the communities needs? Yea, if youre reading reviews wondering whether you should move here...I definitely think you should come tour and check it out, I know youll love it!

Here at Arbolada, you will never be bored as the amazing management staff have a multitude of events prepared each month. And if you aren’t into events, no problem because almost every week a new San Antonio small business food truck is parked out just a few steps away from your front door. I have nothing but positive words for the leasing staff and maintenance workers! My husband and I love it here.

I have lived here for 6 months and I will not being moving anytime soon. The pool is quiet and nice to enjoy, the club house is relaxing and I love the different pockets of rooms they have. Their cold brew is amazing. Whenever I have an issue with billing or questions- Leylah & Lorena are such a breeze to answer me. Their customer service is as if I was living at a 5 star resort! Its unreal! Many of us residents talk about how happy we are and we love our home. You will love living here as its minutes away from the Rim, La Cantera, yet away from the hustle and bustle.

I instantly fell in love with the place, I really like how secluded it is and how friendly the environment was I toured with Janice, she was very helpful we even went on same tours 1 more time so I could decide what I wanted, they were more than willing to answer all questions and was a very fun process, Stephanie was great as well.

Arbolada Apartments is a brand new community, stunningly beautiful! The amenity center, as well as the residence we selected boasts modern clean-line appointments.
