She listens to what youre interested in, and does all the research for you, so you know all about what each place has to offer, and if they have any move in specials, and exactly how much each place will cost, before you look at them. Really appreciate Kathys hard work to get me to the perfect place for me. I have used Kathy several times for different moves, and she is always very professional, friendly and a very sweet lady.

Kathy is absolutely fabulous. I gave her a pretty hard list of things I wanted at a price point that I wanted, and she quickly found 3 properties for me to view and set up the appointments for me. Talking with her was also a sheer delight, she is very personable, knows the apartment industry and the areas where they are. I am forever grateful to her for relieving me of the stress and hours it would have taken me to cull through apartment listings for my perfect place. I had the opportunity of working with Mrs. Kathy Curtis not only once but twice while looking for apartment residencies in the Houston Area. Kathy initially helped me a year ago when I relocated from Illinois to the Houston Area and was able to provide me a concise list of apartments within the Energy Corridor that met all my criteria. Most recently Mrs. Kathy helped narrow down my search of apartments as I prepare to relocate from the Energy Corridor to the downtown Area. Ive used apartment finders throughout my rental history and out of all of them, Kathy is the best. Shes so incredibly helpful. Ive used her services for the last 2 years at least. She has the answers for everything. She gets with you immediately and does literally whatever she can to get you into whatever apartment you want. You know, I dont usually hold a lot of stock in star ratings. I mean people react to them differently. In this case, however, the bar to my stars for Kathy is very high, starting with a willingness to try to help when given fairly stringent parameters, like move-in timing for a new apartment, impossibly low rent, things like that. But, my highest bar is reserved for results. Kathy has assisted me in three successful moves over the past six years!I recommend her services to friends and family who are looking to cut through the fiction that is sometimes in apartment websites. She presents the realities of what exactly is available, at what price, with what incentives or discounts being offered (which are almost never volunteered when cold calling a complex), and when the apartment is available.If one criteria for the label Apartment Expert is familiarity with apartment management, many of the apartments I have visited say they are familiar with Kathy specifically, a testament to her many years of servicing the apartment industry being able to eek out a living in what I am sure is a highly competitive environment.Thank you, Kathy, for assisting me in my most recent move which took only three or four days for me to investigate and ink.
