    The area is great and has nice luxurious business meeting rooms. The place is well lit at night unlike other places where there are no lights. The gym and pool are also a great addition to the apartments. The lakeside view is exhilarating and adds to the overall living experience. There are seating areas available by the lake and it is accessible 24*7 to the residents.

    Beautiful apartment and grounds. Just moved in August from NYC and Iā€™ve never been to Dallas. Staff had been great and attentive. I love all of the amenities, and itā€™s walking distance from great restaurants. Also not far from Dallas and Ft Worth. They also seem to be expanding as well which is awesome. The community here def gives me a bit of a NYC/Brooklyn vibe which I love.

    We moved to this complex almost four weeks ago from out of state, and our experience has been fantastic. Cydnee went above and beyond to assist us, ensuring that this transition was as smooth as possible. The apartment was in excellent condition, and for the few items that needed fixing, Roberto from maintenance was prompt and attentive. We are very pleased with our decision to live here!

    We felt so much supported and sensibility during our leasing procedures at ā€˜the Apartments of the Soundā€™ by the Billingsley collection team esp Ms. Roslyn Liverman who was leasing consultant. She was accurate, apt and very much supportive with multiple appointments and on time. Good listener, answers multiple queries with patience. We felt things at ease because of her. Great interactive experience. On a lighter note, My kid enjoyed the battery car drive of the tour with her.

    Being a resident at the Sound of over several hundred other residents, Danielle and the ladies, have always responded promptly and sincerely to answer my questions and concerns I had with either my apartment or with my dogs. A good place to live.

    Without sounding like a paid actor, I highly recommend this place! The maintenance is helpful and responsive, the landscapers are very understanding and forgiving when I leave my pup in the yard and she goes Karen on them and the leasing agents are so friendly and put on fun events. I am not hugely into social gatherings especially where I know nearly no one but I have surprisingly really enjoyed every community event to I have attended, especially when hosted by Donte & Sabina! I have lived here for a total of 3 years and have loved nearly every minute of it (no place can be perfect). I am very sad to be leaving this amazing complex, if only I could pick it up and move it to California with me!

    I overall enjoyed living at the Apartments at the Sound. The restaurants, entertainment, walking trail, nice neighborbood, etc. The only issues I had were the laziness when it came to gathering and emptying all the trash/recycling in a timely manner and the constant construction. There were several times where the trash would stack up in the parking garage. This was probably the reason we saw a few roaches in the apartment from time to time. Couldve been the trash or the neighbors but probably most likely the trash build up. But compared to the roach/pest problems Ive heard about at other apartments, Apartments at the Sound wasnt that bad. There are new apartments and even retail shops being built around there and its getting way too crowded. The rent started getting too high as well for just a 1 bedroom apartment. Reaching up to mortgage costs and just wasnt worth it anymore. But with those issues fixed along with the right price, it would be a super ideal place to live.

I had the pleasure of meeting her over two years ago , and Iā€™m impressed by her ability to remember details about my life, including asking about my son when I recently returned to look at a new place. Itā€™s clear that she genuinely cares about each future resident, taking the time to stop what sheā€™s doing to check in. Iā€™m shocked! She needs to teach others this customer service and professionalism.Her professionalism sets a standard of excellence that I wish everyone displayed when searching for a new home. Even on her busiest days, Mariah makes herself available to answer my countless questions with patience and thoroughness.     I live at Bleecker Street Apartments. Dont let the looks of the construction going on around these apartments put you off. Theyre like a hidden gem that are SO AWESOME for a plethora of reasons including but not limited to: Elevators! Parking Garage! Stylish kitchen w/ granite countertops, a shocking amount of cabinet space, and a huge island! Built-in shelves! Ginormous bathtub! Fabulous neighbors! Even more fabulous office staff! And speaking of fabulous office staff... omg... they are genuinely friendly and theyll do anything to help you get settled in to your apartment. I know Im forgetting a lot of other great things, but the bottom line is that I really love living here!P.S. I really am a resident here.

    The management team has helped make my experience outstanding. West the property manager understands you and your situation as you see it and tryā€™s to help in any way he can. New gym is open and has free weights and cardio machines. Luxury at its finest. The views are also some of the best in Dallas.

    We donā€™t live here currently, but my wife and I recently toured the apartments to determine if we wanted to make the move. Our budget only allowed us to view the most basic level units, but our leasing consultant, Rosalyn, went out of her way to show us three different types of units within the budget. In other words, my wife and I didnā€™t feel like a nuisance not worth the effort, but actually felt like there could be a place for us at the Sound, due to Rosalynā€™s willingness to walk us through more than just the unit we were interested and some of the amenities. We appreciated that tremendously. Other than a very thorough tour, she answered our (many) questions informatively and professionally. We were very pleased by what we saw and so grateful for the guidance!

    I truly enjoyed touring an urban layout in a somewhat suburban area. The Neighborhoods at the Sound are the next hottest place to move in the Las Colinas-Coppell area. Not only are they uber conveniently located next to a multitude of bars and restaurants & 635 but the layouts are on point. The space is well thought out and the properties are user-friend with all of their many accommodations from the indoor and outdoor club houses, common area such as the pool & gym but also feel protected for the residents with key fob access points to all residential areas. I toured several of the layouts with Shirley. She not only shared her knowledge of the property but also helped to really think out the process of my move and placement of belongings in various layouts so we could make the best suited selection for me! This property is definitely worth visiting!

    Ive been living here for nearly two years, literally has been the best apartment experience of my life I dont plan on moving anytime soon. Have greatly enjoyed all of the leasing staff from executive managers to property managers to assistant managers to normal office workers. And definitely on a personal basis with them honestly....dont have any complaints and even when normal requests and work orders are submitted the turnaround time is extremely fast, customer service is exceptional and they are always willing to work with you. I may pay more for living at this facility however the community is so age stratified, family-based, quiet, luxurious, consistent, open, and communal I wouldnt go anywhere else....

    On my journey for a place not just any but with criteria to call home. I found Cypress Waters, and Heather has been amazing! My walk-in was last minute but I knew I had to see it. Though busy and last minute Heather was able to accommodate my time not once not twice like 4 times and showed me and my boys everything. Even have the history of the chiming bells! It has been along time since I have been completely content. My view is amazing šŸ˜ the food is great šŸ”„ and the winery šŸ·šŸ„‚ is made here in North Texas awesome! Gym has 8,000 sqft completely unheard of for an apartment šŸ˜… The best I have ever seen!!! My friends now say I live in a resort and funny it feels that way but love itšŸ˜! My son did too so he got his own place in one of the other buildings. Said I couldnt have this to myself. My longest and best review Heather šŸ’„šŸ’ÆšŸ’ŖšŸ½

    This property is up and coming yet already beautiful. I went during my lunch hour to tour the New Property and already knew when I walked through the doors that this was the future place I wanted to be! The staff was very warming and all smiles. Heather and Shirley were terrific! Their personalities brought the property to life even more. I had the opportunity to view the property and many layout options upon arriving along with being shown the many amenities. This property is A+ and will tailor towards its clients. I can`t wait to see whats next! :)

    An over due review of our maintenance experience. Ken, one of the most genuinely kind people I have ever met is the only maintenance personnel I have worked with.     This place deserves more than 5 stars. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I actually originally moved here because I had lived with this management before and wanted to go back to them. The actual apartments are beautiful. And you cant miss the beautiful views(see pictures). It is so nice it feels like Im on vacation every time I go home. On top of everything else the extra amenities are beautiful and clean. I didnt know a gym could be sexy until I saw this one. Another thing to note is when we moved in our building was still under construction, but since the builders are the same company as the management, the construction crew was so polite and considerate that it was actually kind of nice to have them around. And once 5 oclock hit they always cleaned up to make it look like we werent in the middle of a construction zone.

    I always receive the absolute top tier treatment from Dontae Tolson, he is very knowledgeable and professional and even goes above and beyond a managers duties I have packages at times get delivered to wrong building and Iā€™ve been able to retrieve them getting a phone call from Dontae letting me know I have a package to pickup in the office.     I have had such a positive experience from the initial engagement at the Wallis & Baker property, which then extended to The Sound, where I finally decided to live. Danielle was my leasing agent and she is absolutely AWESOME! She responds to my emails and text messages timely and appears genuinely interested in my happiness as a new resident. Her personality is that of an old friend, which makes her perfect for her role. If you are looking at The Sound as your next home, fingers crossed you get Danielle as your agent.The awesomeness doesnā€™t stop at The Sound, it extends to the Billingsly contract agreement team as well with Trey and Melissa. Melissa was very kind and patient with helping answer questions I had, but Mr. Trey is another level all together. I now consider Trey my unofficial ā€œBillingsley Ambassador.ā€ Trey is absolutely amazing with his customer care and engagement. When I was having trouble deciding on the exact unit, Trey was very kind and caring with helping me to make the ended switches to the agreement. He called me directly to follow up on matters that I raised to ensure that the changes were satisfactory and offered to engage with the property on my behalf in one instance. Trey just CARES about your satisfaction and shared the Billingsley felicity with me so that I knew that I made the right decision moving to a Billingsley property.Much THANKS to Trey, Danielle, Melissa, and The rest of the Sound team.     Daniel the emergency technician did absolutely amazing!!! I had an issue with my a/c and he came and fixed the problem in less then 20mins! My wife was extremely frustrated that the a/c broke and no one came during the day even after we made a request but when we called the emergency line Daniel answer and came to our apartment in less then 30 minutes! THANK YOU DANIEL!

    I would like to make special mention of Daniel. As always he is very prompt in taking care of maintenance requests. It was a few weeks ago. I had dropped a ring of mine in the bathroom sink. I put in a maintenance request ASAP. He was there within 30 minutes. He was able to recover my ring in minutes! I was so very appreciative. It was not expensive but had been given to me by my daughter and had great personal meaning!While he was here, he asked if there was any other issues. I made him aware of outside security lights (not our porch lites) on front of our buildings. They have been out for quite a while. That night I noticed they were on. Thanks to Danielā€™s immediate attention! We are all very fortunate here living at The Sound to have someone working for us who cares about the tenants! Thank you!

    Daniel came and fixed my refrigerator and it works great. He was very nice and helpful! When I told him that the apartments let my work order go unanswered for over a month for my very loud freezer fan, he was very disappointed to hear that.     Ive lived at The Sound for two years now and its been a lovely, peaceful experience. The apartment interiors are high quality and the lake views are spectacular. Sitting on my balcony looking out at the water always calms me when Im stressed. The only issue I ever had living here was noise from a neighbor and Cory literally solved the problem overnight. Daniel the service technician was friendly, showed up super fast to help, and did a wonderful job repairing my appliance. Thank you so much to the fantastic staff at The Sound!

    The maintenance team here is great. Air conditioning went out when I was away for business, when I returned the desk called the emergency maintenance team for me. Ken arrived very quickly and fixed the issue. He made sure to check back in and even tried to make it colder by going on the roof. Went above and beyond to make sure the problem was solved completely and quickly. Thank you for your help Ken!

    Lived at Harpers for almost 3 years and had virtually no complaints. The staff is helpful, maintenance is quick and the properties are always well maintained. Cypress Waters as a whole is super nice and extremely safe. If I liked the surrounding area more, I definitely would have stayed. I have no regrets.I will say that the gates to the parking garage are almost always broken, but the area is so safe that it never really bothered me.My only actual complaint is that wifi outages were not uncommon and getting your smart devices MAC filtered without an error was a pain, but their recent Spectrum changes seem to have solved both of those issues.If you consider yourself outdoorsy or you have a family, this is definitely somewhere you should consider moving.

    Ive been here for a few years and one thing I truly appreciate about this place is the consistency. From the consistent upkeep of the property, consistent communication with any updates + news about things going on in the neighborhood, to the consistency in the maintenance department -- each one of them are amazing, but special s/o to Ken for always ensuring everything is always up to par in my home. I truly love this place and I look forward to continuing to call the Sound my home.

We initially had a Technician come over and replace some parts of the dryer, but it worked for a day or two and stopped working.     The most amazing leasing experience I have encountered, Heather in the leasing office was so amazing and informative about the community. I knew she would be wonderful from the time I called her and set up my tour of the apartments. She was very cheerful and every question even though I had so many she was patient with me and took care of me and got me approved in 1 day. I have been in the community for almost a month and I donā€™t think I would ever want to move everyone in the area is so respectful and nice!!! The community is very clean and well put together. If you are looking for an apartment this is the place to look and make sure to ask for Heather she will most definitely take care of all of your needs, I am so very APPRECIATIVE of her.     Daniel went above and beyond when a rock was thrown through our patio window. He made sure the patio was cleaned up after the replacement. He moved the patio furniture to keep it from getting damaged, made sure the trim paint was the proper match both inside and out and he even swept down the walls and.ceiling on the patio to make sure everything was clean and repaired properly.     Sooo picture this; itā€™s eod Friday at the beginning of summer, itā€™s 95 outside and your ac stops workingā€¦thatā€™s what happened to me today! My apartment creeped from 80 to 85 degrees inside and I was miserable. I put in a work order online but almost immediately went to the leasing office to follow up and there was a really kind young lady who helped me make sure I put the request in properly and less than 15 minutes later Daniel knocked at my door with a sympathetic smile and ready to help! Itā€™s worth noting that this very same super star, Daniel, was just at my apartment a few days ago fixing my garbage disposal that I had accidentally clogged šŸ˜¬šŸ™šŸ¼. Anyways, he spent some time trouble shooting the problem and within a half hour I had AC again! He even said hi and was super kind and friendly to my two dogs who begged him for pets the entire time he worked! They could have very well let the problem go unresolved until Monday but they made it a priority to make sure it was fixed asap. So thankful to live in a community that cares so much about its residents!!

    The Sound is the place to be. Everyone on staff is super kind and professional, the facility is beautiful. The grounds are so clean and dog friendly. Ken always goes to extra mile helping me with my maintenance request, that are always filled in a very professional timely manner.     The staff are very responsive and helpful! We worked with Heather virtually, over the phone and through emails. She made our move so seamless!! The whole staff has been so accommodating. We just moved from the east coast to Texas and was able to get into our apartment after hours. The whole neighborhood have been great so far. It seems very pet friendly and Iā€™m already getting notifications about events in the community. I cannot wait to try the amenities. I will update review once I settle in and try more things.

    This has probably been the best move in experience I have ever had. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Heather was our main point of contact. Since the first time we called to inquire about moving to The Sound and even up to now and probably for the foreseeable future she has been an absolute gem. Honestly if she hadnā€™t picked up when we called the first time we might not have decided to move here. She was very friendly, very professional, very responsive and extremely helpful. She helped us through our whole transition and we are very grateful that she is a part of this community! This speaks volumes to the type of customer service that The Sound has!     I just moved in at the 1st of October. My experience started off TERRIBLE. However, thanks to the hard work of MARIAH AND SABINA in the office they were able to rectify the situation.Now, I will get into the issue and the resolution. I picked up keys for the apartment I rented in Harpers. The place was beyond dirty, no nail holes had been patched, basically it looked like the previous tenant moved out and I was moving in. After some tears and A LOT of maneuvering of movers, utilities and conversations with MARIAH and SABINA, they were able to transfer me into a BEAUTIFUL apartment at Bleecker Street. I will add that all the above mentioned was handled in 1.5 days. Everything beyond that has been GREAT. So far very happy and think things worked out as they were meant to.

    I dont usually write such reviews, but this apartment is an exception.Starting with the location and view. It is absolutely gorgeous!!This place is right next to a lake which makes it a great spot for people who like to go out for a walk. The owner of all the properties in this area are same and hence they have pretty cool events planned around the area. Theres a sound stage, an amphitheater, an events lawn and a town hall right next to the lake.Ive been looking for a good apartment for quite some time. I visited this apartment today to get tours of some of their 1 bedroom apartments.My leasing consultant, Mariah was amazing. She helped me narrow down the options based on my move in date and then showed me all the apartments that fulfilled all my expectations. It started raining in the middle of the tour but she was still showing me around the complex really well and making sure that we are not in the rain for long. I ended up putting an application in for one of the apartments that I liked. She was very informative and helpful throughout the process.But heres where I say this apartment and its staff is wayyy better than any of the apartments that Ive looked at recently.When I got back to my current place, I went through their website and saw all the apartments once again and I realized that I like another one more than the one I just filled an application for. Usually, any management wont allow you to change the application once it has been submitted(or theyll ask you to pay again for a new application). But when I called them, the staff told me that it can be changed one time for free even after the lease is signed as long as it is not too close to the move in date. This just proved that I made the right decision of leasing one of their apartments.Mariah again came to the rescue and said that shell keep an eye out for the other apartments availability as per my move-in date and will let me tour that one before I make any decision.Ill keep updating this post as I move ahead with their process and my experience post move-in.Update (feb 16, 2024)Ive been living here for quite some time now. And it is still a great experience to live here. The gym and other amenities are amazing! The maintenance staff, specially ken has been very helpful. Ive never had such a great maintenance support in any other apartment community.The staff organizes events almost every single week,keeping the residents engaged and excited for the coming weeks.Food nearby is amazing too!!

    Let me set the stage here. My husband and I were set to move into another apartment complex in a neighboring city when we noticed the apartment had an infestation of bugs. Disgusting. We had movers scheduled the next morning at 9am, but had just cancelled our contract with this would-be complex. It was now 1pm the day before.Scrambling to find a place to live we walked into The Neighborhoods at The Sound four hours before they were set to close. Within seconds Alexandra greeted us with a welcoming smile and began asking all the right questions to make sure we were paired with the right unit. When mentioned we had to take keys away with us THAT DAY we got to meet Lauren (manager) who was equally as enjoyable to work with. These two ladies made it happen to move in within hours for our situation. I cannot thank them enough.The surrounding area is amazing and is within walking distance to restaurants, kid-friendly activities, and water. The landscaping is beautifully manicured and up-kept.The staff is super friendly and professional. Its really difficult to find any constructive criticism here.Is this the cheapest place you will find in your hunt, maybe not. It is worth every penny, absolutely.

    The number one reason I am here and chose this place as my new home is Heather. Thank you Heather! She helped me from start to finish during the entire process. At my initial visit she greeted me and made me feel welcome in the office. She was professional and polite, she asked questions to make sure my needs and wants are clear and transparent. Her questioning actually allowed me to narrow down my wants and helped me decide what was I looking for. She answered all of my questions in details and with great explanations and with a smile on her face. She showed me multiple units so I had a full spectrum of choices and understood those choices.     My partner and I just signed our lease at Harpers at The Sound and we are so excited to call this our new home. We visited a friend who lived here about 4 months ago and she showed us around. We were blown away at how luxurious the property was. We though letā€™s plan to move here in two years. Im not sure how it happened, but we took a chance and stopped by to take a tour. Adrienne was so friendly and welcoming. She gave us an in-depth tour and we never felt rushed. She answered all our questions, and made sure we had all the information we needed when we left to make an informed decision. She even followed up with us later that day to give us options on their move-in special that allowed us to be able to move in at the end of the month. We were so happy we went straight home and started packing. The community has plenty to do and is very clean and feels safe. It appears to continue to grow daily. The amenities available to us are 5-star resort quality and thoughtfully planned. A wash room for our pup, 4 lounge areas, a micro 7-11 that is open 24/7. The gym is more impressive than any commercial one in the area. We have a nice view of the lake and can take a 2 minute walk to several restaurants and an adorable dog park for our pup to make new friends. I highly recommend stopping by and taking a tour if youā€™re wanting not just a new place but a new lifestyle.

    My boyfriend and I have been living here for a month and LOVE everything about it! Hailey went above and beyond to help us find the perfect apartment. She even went and took pictures for us when we wanted to see an apartment we didnā€™t tour. The process went by super fast and we were moved in within a week! After we toured the complex, we loved it so much, we didnā€™t bother to look anywhere else. The gym is the biggest Iā€™ve seen in an apartment complex and kept very clean. The pool area and rooftop bar are super nice! There is so much to do right outside of our apartment.Iā€™ve seen reviews complaining about construction noise, but it is not bad at all. They are working on the building across the street from us and when the doors are closed you can barely hear it. They are only out there during normal business hours.I am so glad we found an apartment community like this one.     I have been living at Bleecker Street at The Sound for about 6 months and absolutely love it! Not only is the location and atmosphere amazing, the staff makes it more special. The maintenance team alone, are the nicest most caring people I have ever met. I only know two of them by name, Kenny and Hector, and both of them will do anything to make sure you are satisfied and happy. They also are super kind and very polite. All of the office staff as well are amazing. Before I moved in, I looked at about 5 different apartments in Byron Bay and Bleecker St, and could not decide what fit me more. Some of the office staff sat down and helped me find an apartment that fit me and what I was looking for. All the apartments here are so nice and very roomy. I do not think any layout would be the wrong choice. Like I said, the location and atmosphere are like no other apartment complex, but the staff who work here are what make it so wonderful. Another thing is that this apartment if very dog friendly and the staff love animals. I have a dog and she is having a blast here. They have trash cans for poop every couple yards, the trashcans never over flow, and there are always poop bags available. They also have a couple dog parks to choose from too! They have a cleaning crew come in all the time to make sure the property inside and out are clean and nice. Bleecker Street at The Sound is always at tip top shape and never once have I thought I picked the wrong place to live. I have never been happier. Thank you so much for everything yall do! I am so happy I call this place home!

Everyone in the community is super friendly, location is perfect, with things to do socially right across the street, and the onsite gym is the best by far of any complex I have ever lived at. Heather in the Leasing Office has been communicating with me over months as I made my decision to relocate, and went above and beyond to assist me. My emails/calls were always responded to without delay, any issues promptly resolved or explained, and shes very nice in the process - a real people person!     Very happy with both the apartment complex and the staff; leasing office and maintenance crew are all incredibly nice! Ive lived here since June-ish in the Wharf complex and I havent had any issues so far. In fact, I was out of town this past week when there was a sudden freeze warning - not only did they turn on my heat, but they took the plant from my balcony inside as requested in my maintenance order so that it wouldnt freeze. Ive had that plant for 8 years and it meant THE WORLD to me that they took the time to put it inside. Great group of people!

    Josh is the real deal. Heā€™s on top of getting repairing ASAP. He came through to help fix my leak in my bathroom and in passing I mentioned that the door to the parking garage slam super loudly surprisingly the next time I used the door it was fixed.If something is broken or needs fixing in your house, youā€™ll be in good hands with Josh.

    These apartments are awesome! When we moved in, they had everything we needed right when we walked in. The maintenance team seems to be very swift at solving any issues that weā€™ve had. The entire Sound area is really nice with all the restaurants, trails, and the lake. From our apartment, we can see Downtown Dallas and its a great view at night. Unfortunately, because of COVID, a lot of these amenities are closed so we havenā€™t been able to enjoy them yet. The 711 that was available by the gym is now closed indefinitely and that was a real bummer because I was really excited about that. Adrienne and her team have been extremely friendly and helpful. But overall, these apartments are some of the best Iā€™ve seen!

    I love my apartment! When I first walked in, I was immediately greeted by Hailey. She was so kind and patient in helping me find the perfect apartment to call home. Even after I moved in, she still checks in; and is readily available to assist me with anything I may need. The atmosphere of this apartment community is beyond words.     I was obsessed with this place when I first checked the area out back in February, and now that I have moved in, I am absolutely in love with the neighborhood! The community is wonderful, the lakeside view is super scenic, and my move in experience was perfect thanks to my agent, Heather!     I was very happy moving here. There are great views, delicious food within walking distance, & the staff is very friendly.Unfortunately, I have had a few issues while living here for about 7 months. The elevator has stopped working several times, sometimes more than twice in one week. Noise levels from the parking lot across the street do echo into my apartment. Also receiving packages can be a nightmare because delivery workers do not have access to the building once the leasing office closes.But overall I think this is a beautiful & unique community that may have a few issues. But the staff will work hard to make the residents happy & comfortable.*** Note: West Rathbun has contacted me & ensured me that he is working hard to fix any problems I may have. He is very friendly, personable, & understanding.

    Just wanted to say thank you to the whole staff at Harperā€™s. Every staff member, from leasing to the maintenance staff has been exceptional.I want to make special mention of both Dylan and Heather. Dylan helped us when we first came over more than a year ago- his professionalism and attention were enough to get us to sign a lease the same day. As our lease term ends, we reached out to Heather who helped us with a new lease. I had so many questions and she was patient, kind, efficient, and responsive. Every time I go to the leasing office, each person is friendly. The apartments are well kept and the environment is inviting. Itā€™s hard to find a neighborhood and leasing team that are so accommodating and transparent. Makes it really easy and enjoyable to live here. We have options for different places to live, but this complex has continued to deliver great results.Also of note- the communication of the leasing team is awesome. They send out email reminders about things and they do not flood inboxes for unnecessary things.Thank you Harpers! And especially Heather and Dylan!

    The maintenance and property team at the Harpers is the best! They are always very responsive on all the maintenance. I worked with Heather to find the best apartment for me.     I have lived here for a week, and so far, everything has been great! Heather was extremely helpful with my move-in process and reminding me of steps I had missed. My unit faces the lake, which is very calming. The unit itself is very nice, with an industrial feel. The amenities are nice, and there are restaurants and events within walking distance.

    I have lived at the Neighborhoods at the Sound for 2 years. It is the greatest apartment community I have ever had the opportunity to reside. I recently moved from the Bleecker Building to the newer Harpers Building. Dylan D was my Leasing Consultant. He is a Gold Star professional at its finest! The entire Leasing Staff is Gold Star. The entire experience was like taking a vacation! They have taken care of every detail and made the transition effortless on my part. The community amenitys and the finish out are best in class. The community is full of restaurants and live activities with plenty of nature and walking areas with professional landscaping and areas for family fun and relaxation! If you are looking for a new home, This is The Place! I really appreciate the staff and maintenance team. They are the epitome of Ladies and Gentleman, serving Ladies and Gentleman. Dont bother looking at any other communities, come join me as my neighbor as soon as you can!

    Moved into Byron Bay about two weeks ago. This place is amazing! All the staff in the leasing office was so patient and kind when I was crazy about picking the perfect apartment, especially Gwen. She was responsive and willing to answer all my questions. Dont let the construction fool you, it is quiet and not a disturbance at all. Love being able to walk to all the restaurants and am looking forward to all the resident events. Did I mention the 24 hour 7-11 and the awesome gym! You are missing out if you dont look into these apartments.

    I moved in to Harpers at the Sound with my husband almost a month ago and we absolutely love it! From the moment we walked into the leasing office, the manager and Heather made us feel welcome and important to them, and communicated all of the information clearly and effectively. They happily answered all of our questions and gave us the space to make a decision based on what we want, unlike a lot of other leasing offices where the typical experience is that you feel like they are trying to push and force you into a decision that helps their numbers. That was not the case at all with Heather; she showed us every unit we were interested in and gave us answers to all of our hypotheticals. Move in was extremely smooth, and we have been there almost a month and still feel just as heard and important as the day we went to look at units. The daily trash valet is one of my favorite conveniences, I have never not been able to find a spot where I want it in the parking garage, and of course the view of the lake is breathtaking. I truly feel like these apartments are a luxury experience without the unreasonable price tag and I am so glad we chose to make this our home. Highly recommend.

    This place was a GREAT find! We were just driving by one evening and we noticed that there were events going near these groups of restaurants. Turns out there was live music going on and thatā€™s when I also saw this property right next to it. Next thing I knew, my boyfriend and I were touring with our awesome Leasing Agent Kimberly the very next day.We fell in love instantly!It is a bit pricey but Kimberly made sure we were within our price range with the best possible floor plan. We originally applied for one of the apartments in Harperā€™s next to the beautiful courtyard, but after careful consideration we decided on a unit in The Wharf next to the pool and many of the amenities.Weā€™re very happy and would recommend to those who want a perfect balance between an active and relaxed lifestyle!Cheers!

    Moved in yesterday and so excited about starting my lease. The property, even partly under construction, is immaculate. Architecture and design is very modern and appealing. Huge gym, private 7 eleven, and walking distance from events and food. You literally get Dallas downtown living without the hassle of being downtown. Gwen was my leasing consultant and couldnā€™t be more help. She made my move in seamless and was very prompt with responses. Highly recommend touring and moving to the Sound

    I had a great experience moving in to Bleeker Street Neighborhood at the Sound. The first person I met there was Alexandra. She took a lot of time with me understanding what I was looking for, walking me around and showing me apartments that might meet my needs. After that, she followed up with me and answered any question, calls or emails very promptly and professionally. That day I had toured 5 other apartment complexes and Alexandra was the only one to follow up with a phone call shortly after.     Loved my time living at The Wharf! Super new and awesome amenities, great staff (shout-out especially to Adrienne!) and great location. I personally moved here because it is a whopping 4 min drive to work, but fell in love with the responsiveness of the front office, which is something that is hard to find with apartment complexes, and perks like the pool, locker-safe package area, valet trash, etc. The only downside was that I had a super noisy neighbor, but thats to no fault of the Sounds team. I decided to move to a house during COVID because I needed more space to work and call my own, but otherwise, I 100% would have stayed! Would recommend this area to any and all of my friends. And again, if you ever have the chance to talk to Adrienne at the Wharf office, please do! She is an absolute ray of sunshine that not only helps with any of your needs, but also is great to chat with!

    My partner and I have been living at Byron Bay for a year and we are renewing our lease for another one! We LOVE the Sound. We found this area because we work within minutes and weā€™ve been so happy living here.The team at the leasing office is always helpful and proactive in making things easy. Lauren is the absolute best leasing agent - caring, listens to you, worries about the details, super proactive and just very welcoming. You will be very well taken care of here.Aside from the great staff, the complex stays up to date on all Covid regulations and stills excels on resident events to brighten our days. The location is great, quiet and beautiful despite the on going construction.
