Greg was great. We were scheduled for a viewing in Del Valle, and met him at the property, only to discover that the key in the lockbox didn’t work in the door. We had come from SE Austin, but Greg had come all the way up from San Marcos to show us the property. He arranged to reschedule for the following day, and drove all the way up again at a time that was convenient for us. And was completely gracious the entire time with us. Thank you Greg for being so great! We will definitely use you again in the future!

We had been looking for a rental property while working on our property to ready it for sale and I came across Greg’s information. He was very eager to assist us in our search. We were extremely specific on what we were looking for and where we wanted to move our family. He was beyond helpful and with great attention to the smallest details in which we were looking he had us several properties lined up to tour. Greg was absolutely amazing helping us find the rental home of our dreams. We had started to feel discouraged after being passed up for other applicants twice in a row, but Greg refused to give up on us and thanks to him we found an amazing home for me and my family. I cant praise him enough!

Five Stars!Greg has gone above and beyond to find an apartment for me and a family member. He went with me to several, even around the holiday weekend. He was extremely patient with my apartment needs and price range and helped eliviate the stress of finding a new apartment. Within ONE DAY, a family member needed an apartment, Greg got back to me right away, we met him and signed for the apartment. Greg is the best and its obvious he truly cares about doing right by the people he is helping and making sure they are happy. Greg is the only locator who was willing to work with my circumstances without any harsh judgment. Most of the other locators only wanted to put me and my family in apartment. Hes the only one who asked what I wanted and actually looked for it. I highly recommend him.
