Sam Foster working for Apartment Science did an amazing job referring me to a great apartment complex in Midtown Houston. He was very patient and thorough in making sure that I got a great deal for an apartment (including cost, location relative to work and safety of neighborhood) even though I wasnt present and able to investigate the area. I recommend all of my friends to search for apartments through AP.

Apartment Science was a phenomenal way to search for apartments! I really enjoyed working with Adam Shrum. Adam provided me with an excellent list of apartment communities based on the search criteria that was provided. Adam also provided me with an updated list of special offers, and was always excited to hear feedback after I visited each community. This process helped me narrow down my search, and ultimately contributed to a seamless transition to the Houston area!Thanks Adam!

Sam worked with me in a very efficient and professional manner. I had to move out of my old apartment and move into a new one all in about 72 hours and Sam made it all happen. Ill probably be moving again in a year, and I now know Apartment Science will be my go-to guys. 10/10 times I would recommend Apartment Science - great people and great results!

I worked with Sam Foster to find an apartment near University of Houston. He sent me a very helpful list and even called to confirm prices for me. I was able to find a great studio apartment with an awesome move in special. It was hectic trying to find a place with school starting so soon and apartment science made the process super easy for me!

Rick and his team went above and beyond to send me several great options for apartments in my area. I only had two weeks to find an apartment. They were professional and responded quickly to all my needs. I was able to get a great move in special. The apartment usually rents for $1400, but Rick found a special for $1139 and only a $99 deposit! Highly recommended.

I had to move out of my apartment ASAP and Sam Foster provided me with quick response times and thorough apartment information. They called and set appointments for me and made the entire process super easy. I have a pit bull so that made things a little challenging for me, but they found me apartments that accommodated my dog with no issues! Highly recommend!

I needed something close to my work, but I didnt want to break the bank. I emailed Apartment Science for a list and received an email back with some options. I wanted to know if the prices were correct on a few of the apartments, so I emailed them back with the ones I was interested in. They called the apartments and checked prices which saved me a lot of time. I got a month free pro-rated which put me right where I wanted to be price-wise. Thank you Scientists!

Adam was a big help! I usually just look for apartments online myself, but when I saw the video on the website I figured Id give Apartment Science a shot. I spoke with Adam and he seemed to know a lot about areas inside the loop, a lot more than I did for sure. Adam steered me in the right direction and got me into a place that I love. Thanks to Adam I found an awesome new place and I am very happy with what he found me. Ill use him again if I ever move, and think everyone else should too.

Great tool for finding aprtments! I live in Europe as a dancer and dance teacher but travel home to the US periodically for short term jobs and would rather stay in a apartment than in a hotel for 5-6 weeks. Apartment Science is a great site for finding good deals on temporary apartments fast! A++

I am relocating from North Carolina to Houston and was put in touch with Adam Shrum through a friend. I was completely overwhelmed by the process of moving and still working full time. Shout out to Adam! I needed help finding a place with lots of head room because Im taller than average. Turns out there are not a ton of apts in Houston that have vaulted ceilings, but Adam was able to hunt down a few for me.
