    Changing my initial review after being contacted by a different locator named Thomas, he has been very helpful and though we were unable to find an apartment that would work with our history he did give me resources to a credit repair specialist and asked that I reach back out once these things are settled so that we may work together further. I am very happy with the service and communication Ive received since my first review and greatly appreciate the effort put forth by Thomas.

    In February 2016, I accepted an employment offer that required me to move to Austin, TX. I needed some help to find an apartment since I was not going to be able to be in TX until after I graduated on May 7. After reading reviews online here on Yelp and on Google, I called Apartment Pros. Danielle James worked with me and did an incredible job. This is one of the best services available and it is 100% free. Everyone should call and/or visit Apartment Pros. They really do help and are willing to take as much time as necessary to find the perfect place to live. Thank you so much Danielle for helping me find my new home in Texas!     Danielle James helped me find a great apartment. She took into consideration not only my price range and location needed, but also that I am a single mom of a 1 1/2 year old little girl and safety is a real concern of mine. I have had issues in the place I am living now, and didnt want to deal with it in my new home.I would recommend Danielle to my friend and family looking for an apartment, and would use her services again if I am ever in the market for a new apartment.

    I contacted Apartment Pros in Round Rock to help me find an apartment in the Austin/Round Rock area.Kendall interviewed me and gathered my needs and wants, and we set an appointment up for when I would be in town.Once I arrived, he took me to see 4 different properties in the area, all four had the capability of being my new home. Each checked my major requirements and a couple all of them, which left me with the difficult HGTV list to eliminate from.I would use Kendall and Apartment Pros again to help me find a place, he had a good working relationship with the places we went too, and good insight in the area that the places were located.

    I found Apartment Pros through the great reviews they have here on Google and on Yelp. The reviews are definitely accurate. I made an appointment with James and he went above and beyond to help me. I was looking for a short term lease and I wanted the apartment to be on the first floor and have a yard. James patiently called a lot of places and searched for me until he found me a place that I would love. I just moved in and Im very happy! If you need help with apartment locating and want someone that is honest and isnt the type of locator that tries to push you into an apartment that they like, or something that you cannot afford (it has happened to me before) you should definitely go to Apartment Pros. James, Danielle and everyone I met is extremely nice and helpful!

    Last month I met with Greg and James and they were both very helpful in finding the perfect apartment for me. I was the new kid in town, looking for a one bedroom close to work and found it -- with a great special offer that I would not have known about had it not been for the wonderful staff at Apartment Pros.Greg took time out of his weekends to drive me to view a few apartments when I had free time. Once I found the one I was happiest with and moved in, he even dropped by the leasing office and left a packet of fun things to do in Austin as well as some tennis clubs I could get involved in. Overall my experience with Apartment Pros was personalized and laid back. For a service that was completely free for me to use, the quality was top notch and I would absolutely recommend James and the team to any friend looking for accommodation in the Round Rock area.

    I went to Apartment Pro in Round Rock at a difficult time. I needed somewhere to live for me and my children as soon as possible. I didnt want to move just anywhere and being a single parent on a tight budget, I did not have very many options. I worked with Danielle and she did an excellent job finding my children and I a spacious apartment in a wonderful complex that was available for immediate move in. She worked with me until we found something that I was comfortable with and would also fit my budget. She did not stop when she found one that would work she called every number on the list and then recommended what she felt would work best for me. If you are looking for great locators for your next place stop by. Danielle and the other guys there will do a great job find just the right place for you.

    Clemintine was the best. I needed to make a decision within a couple of hours and I first talked to her about 3 pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday I met her at the first apt she suggested. I gave her a detailed list of what I wanted and she was very good about finding options. She showed me two very good options and I was instantly sold on the second one (it was newer and more updated). In a total of about 2 hours of looking and 15 minutes on the phone, I found the place I will likely live in for the next several years. Perfect location for me. Nice apartment, and great amenities. I highly recommend Apartment Pros. Professional and very detail oriented.

    First time using an apartment locator service and we absolutely hit the jackpot getting to work with Kendall Davis! Not only was he super quick with his response time, but he found us a BRAND NEW complex with incredible deals and late office hours. He met with us when it worked best for our schedule, even if it was later than his, and even went in person on his own time to the complex we applied to FOR US just to ensure he could get a question I had answered.     Let me just say, if you are looking for an apartment around Round Rock/Austin area, I HIGHLY recommend this place.Initially, my girlfriend and I were looking around for apartments ourselves just to get a feel for what we wanted. After looking at a few places for countless hours, we were burnt out from all the hassling of the front desk clerks trying to sell us out on all these expensive floor plans (I mean, that’s what they’re supposed to do). We didn’t know what to do and felt most of our standards were not met. We found about apartment pros and were hesitant at first because we didn’t know if they were going to charge us or sell us out like all sales clerks do. Let’s just say we were wrong in both departments.Upon arrival, we were treated with complimentary drinks while we fill out what we were looking for. James was our apartment pro helper and he did an OUSTANDING job. He greeted us professionally with a warm welcome and started looking into what we wanted urgently. We wanted the best bang for our buck. A place that was not too shabby or luxurious. Instantaneously, he suggested a perfect place that met all of our standards. Whether it was a coincidence or not, we were sold. Carrying on, he went through all the other apartments just in case we decided to change our minds. I am glad we spent the time doing that because it sealed the deal on that initial place. After deciding, he escorted us to the apartment and made sure that we got everything we needed. All we had to do was give him credit to him finding the place for us. No payment was necessary for his help (That’s what they do and do best).I kid you not, going to apartment pros of Round Rock was by far the best way to find apartments around the area. Not only did it save us the investment of looking into a great place to live, it saved us time, money, and the hassle of finding details that met our standards. Again, James didn’t hesitate to call each and every apartment complex to get what we needed. Saved us the trouble of doing it ourselves. We appreciate all the work he has done and are living with amazing comfort financially and socially.

    The Austin area is filled with locators offering to help you find an apartment that fits your needs, meets your budget, all while promising to make the process so much easier to handle. After dealing with the service I used before Apartment Pros, I never wanted to work with a locator again. Apartment Pros completely changed how I view this type of service. Its agents are the most knowledgeable, caring, well organized, and they do everything they can to make you feel as if youre their only customer. Kari took a great deal of time to understand what kind of apartment we were looking for, which took our hunt from an expected few weeks... to just a few hours. Never once did I feel pressured into leasing a certain apartment just because it benefited them financially. She narrowed our search down to just a few locations which we loved immediately. From arranging the appointment all the way to following up with us on our final decision, I knew we had made the right decision to work with Kari, and her team, to find exactly what we wanted. When your looking for an apartment, dont waste your time using another company, go to Apartment Pros, you wont be disappointed.

    I had a wonderful experience with James from Apartment Pros! He drove in to meet from Round Rock since I lived in Austin.We looked at his computer for apartments I liked and he checked for availability and my preferences on floor and move in date.Found a couple to go and look at...I liked the first one and I got rear ended on the way to the second and couldnt see the second one. He went ahead and sent me pictures the next day of it and said which one he thought would be a better fit for me. He also checked to see how I was doing.I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment or a home in the future!

    My experience... was amazing. I had James as my agent and what made the experience great was a few things. Upon entering into the office I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped. When sitting down with James and talking with him to give him an idea as to what I was looking for and the budget/range I wanted to stay within he was able to narrow down the search immediately. We made a list of places and I went home and contemplated the choices I had, narrowed down the list and the next day we went apartment viewing. While viewing the apartments I felt as if I was with a friend he asked question I did not think of asking. As we went from complex to complex I felt I could let him know what I thought of the complex and he was very understanding. I did not feel pressured to make a decision as I have felt with other apartment locators. I would recommend James as well as Apartment Pros in general if you are in need of help finding a place.     Being new to the area can be very overwhelming as I soon found out I needed to find a 3 bedroom apt in the North Austin area asap and in my price range I was searching for months and nothing was available or it was too expensive I was ready to give up until we came in contact with Kari with apartments pros we told her what we were looking for and she did everything and found us a great apartment fast she took off all the stress I had met all our requirement and even gave me options!!!!     Moving is one of the most stressful life experiences, so I was determined to find the best apartment locator I could. And I got just that in James Ingle of Apartment Pros! My experience with James, from the first time I spoke with him on the phone to meeting him and working with him in person, was just terrific. He is patient, considerate, extremely kind, and really knows the Austin real estate market.James made it clear right from the get-go that his priority was my finding a home I would love.     I was beginning to believe that apartment locators determined where they were going to move you into before you ever told them what you were looking for. This was my experience elsewhere. Thankfully a friend recommended to me that i give Apartment Pros a try. Here i met James who introduced me to my options along with the various amenities i might enjoy at each location. You dont know what youre missing until you allow Apartment Pros to teach you about the city around you! I had no idea my options could be laid so simply in front of me.     I recommend Gaby at Apartment Pros, an apartment locator. You just go into the office and tell them what you are looking for... price, area, size etc, and they find the perfect apartments for your budget! They also have access to specials, deals, and discounts! Their services are covered by their partnering apartments and free of charge for you. Gaby helped be find a newly renovated apartment for the rent of $777 special, within 15 mins of my work place located in Austin! Call/ text her anytime! 😃 Shes very helpful and she drove me to the apartment and helped me throughout the application process!

    Billy Lyles was a very reliable and knowledgeable source in me helping me find my apartment. The first apartment we went to I leased. He took his time to help me look through different neighboring towns and he helped me stay within my budget. I am not originally from the Austin area so he even sat and listened to me complain about how terribly high the prices are in the Austin area lol.     I have nothing but great things to say about Apartment Pros Round Rock. It was just an overall enjoyable experience from the moment we walked into the place that I will forever be grateful for. We originally came in to see James but he was busy assisting another client that he had spent hours with, which shows how dedicated they are to actually helping you find the right place no matter how long it takes, but were happily accommodated by Kari who was nothing but helpful and just the sweetest thing ever! Without Karis help, my indecisiveness and impatience would have gotten the boyfriend and I nowhere without the apartment hunting... she only had to show us two places and we immediately fell in love. She was able to find places that we would have never thought to look and even accompanied us to check these places out and also gave her honest input about them.     Phenomenal! I cannot express the amount of stress that was lifted as soon as I stepped into Apartment Pros. I called the day before and spoke to Kari who immediately set up an appt for the very next day. I met with James, i was greeted by a smile, the kind of smile that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside and confident that business is about to be taken care of.I came in with my 10mt old and didnt seem to be an issue.     Okay, moving is stressful. Everyone knows that. I found myself trying to find a place one day before I had to give my apartment notice to vacate. I saw the reviews, called the number, and it was the best possible experience.Betzy was professional, efficient, and she found me the perfect place. She turned what has been for me an extremely stressful situation, and turned it into a positive experience. I gave her a very specific location, price range, and list of things I wanted. She delivered on all of those and more. She found me the perfect fit and I cant wait to move in.My experience with locators in the past has been okay, but this experience was more than I could have asked for. Betzy did all of the legwork, and even called a place that I had already applied before meeting her, and tried to get things worked out for me with them.     Wow!! If you are starting a search in the Round Rock area for an apartment dont waste another minute of your time searching all the sites out there that dont have accurate information. Call the Apartment Pros. I spent hours looking for an apartment through the websites out there. The information they had was consistently wrong. If they said an apartment was available one phone call to the leasing office would frustrate me by telling me that NO there was NOTHING available. Time after time this happened.I found a link to Apartment Pros and figured, what can I lose? 24 hours after contact I was taken to an available apartment within my budget that was ready to move into immediately!! My agent was Rachel and she was on top of it. I mean I met with her on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning I had gone to see the apartment and began the application process. Perfect, Professional and Efficient. Call them! Save yourself time and trouble. They have a bottomless well of information on all the complexes in the Round Rock area. I filled out the initial info on their website and Rachel took that and when I met with her she had a list of possibilities!!I will never look for an apartment on my own again. I will tell all my friends who are looking to go to Apartment Pros FIRST.

    I just completed my Apt search, and there are a lot of brokers in the Austin rental market that you simply should not trust because of deceptive tactics. You can trust that Clementine has your best interest in mind. She helped me with my search and she was A-W-E-S-O-M-E. A barber referred me to her for help with my Apt search and I am so glad! I highly recommend using her if you want a broker whos honest and prioritizes your best interest over everything else.

    Ive met many locators and I have to say, these are some of the nicest people Ive met. They helped more than I could have asked for. I have financial restrictions that makes it difficult for me to lease an apartment even though I have great rental history, but Thomas was able to find a complex that fit all of me necessary criteria as if it were no problem at all!I also loved that they talked to me as if I were a long time friend! I talk a lot and sometimes I just cant stop talking until I finish all of what I want to say, but Thomas and his wife both talked to me about various topics as if my excessive speaking was no big deal.He called and worked through finding the right home for me, easing my stress of finding a place I could afford. The fact that he did all of this in such a nice and friendly manner was perfect. I dont normally give 5 star ratings to anyone, but these wonderful people definitely deserved it. I would recommend them to my friends or anyone looking for an apartment or house!!!

    Worked with Gus, and let me just say - He went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure my move went as smoothly as possible! I needed to move in a hurry, and I met with Gus on a Friday, and I was moving-in on Saturday! He even organized the movers for me and stayed in contact with me via text message throughout the move to make sure everything was taken care of. Gus was truly a blessing for me!

I was moving from the Rio Grande Valley due to work obligations, and I found myself lost about where to find the right place to live.     About a month ago I was in a major bind. My hubby & I needed to move. Wanting a safe area, not to pricey & close to his job! But where? The dilemma began. So after going to google & puting in the search bar apartments in Round Rock apartment pros popped up.My husband & I had apartment locators help before but the price was too high, older dumpy looking places or bad neighbourhoods. Not something we wanted for our soon to be 1 year old daughter.I sighed & hoped I would get someone that could help & I did!! Betzy was answering every question my husband & I had for her & then some!! She was so patient & found exactly what we were looking for under our budget!My suggestion is If you need help finding a place call this place & ask for her!     Didnt have to go far , Miss Rachel Millan hit right on the head with the third location! I now live in Lakewood Apartments in Pflugerville with such great amenities!     After 9 months living in a hotel we were referred to James and decided to give him a chance. After a couple of minutes he had some options for us.     Would recommend, very helpful and knowledgeable on the places they show you. Worked with Gaby and chit chatted with another woman there, and would tell anyone to go see them. They showed us apartments online, but 1 morning I asked if they did homes, and she showed me a 4 plex, and it was perfect, moved in 3 days later.
