    This is my first experience, dealing with a Real estate agent like many I was very scared at first but throughout my experience Alexandra was magical when we first connected through call she assured me a “heavenly move” it has been just that! I’ve learned so much and her response time and professionalism are literarily perfection. She has the spirit and kindness of angel. If you are looking for a home make sure, you go to her first YOU WILL NOT REGRET YOUR DECISION!!!! This woman is an angel an earth and anything she touches turns to gold thank you so much again.     Things couldnt have been easier!!!!!! I went in at 12:30 to meet with John Willingham and ended up signing the most perfect lease by 2:00. I found a one bed room in the perfect location, with bus routes, washer and dryers, and not to mention- I didnt have to do any work other than apply. Thank you John!! I am thrilled that he placed me in a safe neighbor hood and that my one bed room looks immensely nice for such a great price.

    I had the pleasure of working with Cheyenne. Even with the school year being days away and we needed immediate move in. I called him inquiring about an ad on Zillow that didnt end up being what I needed. I was sort of surprised when he offered to look up other options, and give them a call. He sent me links to the complexs and It gave me some relief to focus on other tasks for the new job. When the first complex didnt work out due to the new jobs start date being inconsistant, he offered to continue looking for other options. So in literally like a matter of minutes he found me a cheaper rent in a good quality complex with the >!1st Month Rent Paid For!< by the complex. After finding my apartment and signing a lease, the apartment we found cancelled on me, and Cody immediately tried finding me several other apartments. He even figured out why my initial once cancelled. In the end I found an apartment at a lower cost than expected and with a lease that was exactly as long as I needed it.     Moving is crazy and stressful. We worked with Chris to find us an apartment after my husband accepted a job offer in San Marcos. Our availability was limited since we were out-of- state, however, Chris was able to keep the communication open and keeping me informed of all the processes along the way with emails , texts and voice messages. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and a trustworthy person. His knowledge of the area was great, and since we were new to the area, we relied on him tremendously to guide us. He presented us with listings and he was able to find the perfect apartment for us in a short period of time as he knew exactly what we wanted in terms of budget and location.Chris is very responsive and on top of everything, I couldn’t believe how quickly we were able to find our apartment with all Chris’s help.     Finding an apartment was quick and easy with Austin Bryan. He quite obviously did a lot of research and made a lot of phone calls before my appointment, and this made the process of narrowing my options informative and efficient. I was coming from far out of town and he was particularly sensitive to being a good steward of my time.     So its been a while since James with Apartment Pros helped me. It wasnt until I just recommended them to a personal friend of mine that I realized I forgot to recommend them to any and everyone in the Round Rock/ San Marcos area!!I made the mistake of showing up without an actual appointment time set up with James. However, he was more than gracious to take me on. In fact, he dived right into my search and before the end of the day, I was signed with an amazing apartment and an unbelievable price! Now that I have lived in my new place for a few weeks, I can say for sure that he did the best job ever, not only by finding me a place on the same day visit, but by somehow managing to get me one that was on special to boot!! He was a hard worker- asking around any places that I deemed okay and asking the apartments themselves questions that I would never have even thought to ask.     I messaged Jeremy who works with apartment pros to try and get help finding an apartment for myself for the fall of 2021 and not only did he respond right away but helped work with my busy schedule as a student and someone who works! Once we finally met in person he gave me such great options based off my price range and other needs. He even set up tours with the apartments and asked the questions that I might not of known to ask or been to shy to ask. He gave me his honest opinion about both options based off of what I told him I was looking for and I even found my new apartment for next year!     Agent Santiago was of great help when I was looking at apartments for the first time after living in dorms for a couple of years.     As I walked into the cool calming presence of suite 103, curious and a little flustered, I saw a nice woman approach me. She asks, “looking for an apartment?” Yes I say, and stated my appointment was with Cody, promptly she lead me over to his desk, where he greeted me, and When he did graciously greet me, a firm handshake is the sum conclusion. He got me comfortable and settled me down into the chair asked me if I needed any water as I listened to Lady Gaga in the background. They really had good taste in music.     So I am transferring to Texas State in the fall and needed to find a place to live. I knew San Marcos had student living apartments, but the options feel endless. I did not know where to start so I went to Apartment Pros, which is located right next to the campus. I met with Cody Lewis and he was beyond helpful. After talking to him about apartment prices and what would meet my price range, he showed me some apartments. He is very honest and will help you find exactly what your looking for.     I’m moving to San Marcos this summer for a new job. My agent, Austin Bryan, did an amazing job in helping me find my perfect apartment. He had made 20-25 phone calls before I arrived in town to make sure that all the potentially good matches will have units available during my time frame.     My roommates and I were kicked out of a future apartment complex. We had been accepted and planning things out for a month until they called and basically stated that we didnt have a spot. I was complaining to a friend of mine who referred me to Apartment Pros where I started talking with Chris. Despite having to leave for a week long trip the next day, he found 2 apartments within our parameters whithing hours of talking to him. He was so helpful, especially considering the crappy situation we were put it, and we have now signed with a complex he recommended for us!     As a Property Manager here in San Marcos the experience that I have had with Apartment Pros has been nothing other than professional. The agents at this office are trained to be respectful, courteous, and helpful for each of their clients needs/wants.
