I’m going to start by saying Kelsey is incredible! When I was in search of an apartment, a friend of mine recommended Apartment Hunters and I’m so glad she did! Even when I would get home from work later in the evening and had a question she was so prompt and helpful! She set up tours for me and followed up often! I worked with Kelsey over the course of 2 years essentially. The year I thought we were ready to move we changed our minds. Kelsey event then, always checked in with us when she said. She was patient when I was late getting things to her, & had no problem chiming in and giving her expertise to ensure the best options were presented. This time around we were for sure ready to move, and Kelsey was so prompt. We had already had an idea of where we wanted to go but she did such a great job searching places we would’ve never thought. We quickly scheduled tours the next day (Which they can also help you with!) and found a NEW place Kelsey had set in front of us. New construction, still not complete, were the first occupants. It’s central but isolated and is everything we want for our new furry addition to our family this year. I couldn’t rave about Kelsey enough. She went above and beyond and I recommend her to all my family and friends. Kelsey will be who we use the next time we feel it’s time to move. 10/10

I found Apartment hunters on Tik Tok and omg im happy I filled out the information sheet! The quality of service that I received from Dayana from Apartment Hunters was above and beyond. Her communication was on point. She respected my time, budget, and needs. As well as finding me a place with a unknown/restricted timeline. All of the list she provided were custom to my needs. My place reflects all the things I asked for plus more. I did relocate so the location in which I’m staying in is a very nice and safe area. And the thing that blows my mind is that I never layed eyes on her! We corresponded via text/email for two months. She always responded in a timely manner. She was easy to communicate with and express any concerns I had. To provide great service to a total stranger shows me that she truly has a love for what she does.

I just graduated and accepted a job in a new city where I hadn’t had the faintest idea of how to move. My friend sent me the apartment hunters instagram page where I signed up to work with a locator for FREE. Kelsey texted me a couple of days later, and after some initial conversation, she sent me a giant list of places I would be interested in and kept updating them as the prices change everyday. After a couple of weeks, I was able to make the trip down to the city to tour. She set up several tours for me and made the process seamless. I really felt like I was in the best possible situation. One of the apartments she showed me was my absolute dream, and I didn’t even bother touring the others. She checks the prices everyday and found a unit that was extremely underpriced and had everything I wanted including an insane view of downtown. I checked the electrical contract rate I signed up for and it was 30% cheaper than the apartment complex’s recommended provider. I truly believe no one else would have done a better job, and all she asked me to do was put her name down as the reference for finding the apartment.
