I went into Sandies office one day in February 2018, to see if she could help me find an apartment. I sat down with her & gave her my wish list & budget. She gave me an email with about 5 apartments to start. The second apartment I went to I fell in love! I accepted the apartment in 2 days after some thought on if I wanted to live there or not. It is now May 4th, Ive been in my spacious new apartment for about 2 weeks the amenities are so awesome here its like living on a resort! I hope my leasing office is as fabulous as they seem to be. Sandie was helpful & stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Now I am awaiting my cash back incentive from her company, for putting her as a reference on my Apt. application.

Sandra is so awesome! Thanks to her I’m living in an apartment that I truly enjoy. She got right on the search and gave me several options. She was very helpful and courteous. I totally recommend!

Apt. Finders is best decision you will make. The staff is amazing and cares about your needs rather than trying to sign you to the first apartment in your price range. I contacted Mark Allen @ Apt. Finders and after a few questions about my needs (Location/Price Range/Desired Amenities) he sent me a detailed list of Apts in under an hour. I then told Mark which locations were of interest, he contacted them for me and I was off to do walk-throughs. From those locations I liked, Mark thought of other locations that fit the new criteria and we narrowed it down until I found the perfect place. Without Mark and the staff at Apt. Finders, I would have spent a week searching for places and still wouldnt have found a place I liked. I know from experience, you can read that story below if you wish.Review Above ^^^-- I moved to Dallas 4 months ago and rushed to find an apartment online before I arrived. I spent a week searching online at different locations (which all felt like ADs or scams). Overwhelmed by all the options and short time I had, I gave up the search and signed the first 3 month lease I could find. Too bad I didnt realize the poor quality of the residence, how overpriced it was for the location, and worst of all how far it was from my work (make sure you do a Google direction search at the same time you would be driving to work). After all the issues Ive had in the past 3 months, I will never search by myself again.
