    After many failed attempts at moving the last two years, I finally decided to look into help from an apartment locator. I worked with 4 people from different companies this time around, and Sydney at Apartment Agents was by far the best! I’m a very particular person when it comes to where I live, and Sydney was very understanding and worked tirelessly to help find my dream apartment. She sent me a list of available units with all the specs, and even set up tours for me to attend. She also followed up after the tour so I could give her feedback. After just 2 weeks of searching I signed a lease for an apartment that had pretty much all of my wants & needs for an amazing price! I’d probably be signing another terrible lease at my current apartment if it wasn’t for Sydney! Everything was at no cost to me; I even got a rebate! I would recommend Apartment Agents (specifically Sydney Jepson) to everyone I know looking for a new place!

    I am working with Cindy, and I cant say enough to express how amazing she has made the apartment / home finding process for me!I loathe the long, tedious, and annoying process of looking, rather blindly, for an apartment home that fits my specific needs as Im not familiar with the market, management companies, reputations of apartment staff, amenities, etc.Any apartment s management company can make their property look great online. After painstaking time to make contact and actually lay eyes on the properties and units, the failure rate of communities that are below my standards or simply disappoint is at 100% when I search on my own accords, even with all the technology they are trying to utilize!!I called Cindy and she listened to me and got to work immediately. She provided me a list along with notes to guide me in what to expect at each. She included links, names, and numbers, made my tour appt for me, and made my experience productive and fruitful!!I applied at the first place she sent me to because it was exactly what I was looking for!!!Working with a human is priceless and got me back doing what Im good at, which is living my life and focusing on meeting my goals.I highly recommend her.     No money? No problem! These services are paid for in kick-backs from the apartment complexes themselves, if you choose to go with that apartment. A friend of mine recommended this service to me when I said I was moving into town, and this made it incredibly easy to find a quality apartment and move in without any hassle.I would recommend SIX stars if I could!Thank you Ms. Cindy!

    I’m moving cross country to Texas. I was getting so distraught and nervous because I didn’t know what location I should move to and I couldn’t find an apartment that fit all my needs.I found Alex and his company on google and after :30 from contacting him, he found me the perfect location and place. I move in on July 30th and I’m so excited. Before you exhaust yourself with endless searches, I recommend 100% you contact Alex first!

    Shannon was great in helping my colleagues and I find accommodation in Dallas. We told her what we were looking for, size, location, amenities, and she very quickly sent us a list of places within our budget and helped set up viewings.     I had the pleasure of having Kristina helping me with my apartment search. She has been wonderful. She would always respond to my emails within a few minutes and went above and beyond to accommodate my criteria. She would even follow up on properties that matched exactly what I wanted but did not have any availability just to make sure that we did not miss an opportunity. Finding a decent apartment that doesnt cost $2,000 for a tiny studio in Dallas area is close to impossible and the search can be very frustrating but having someone like Kristina on your side is a tremendous help and it increases your chances of success.

    I just recently went through Apartment Agents to help me find an apartment and I’m so happy I did it. I worked with Shannon Dyson and she was on it. I emailed her what price range, style and location I wanted. She emailed me back within mins with everything I asked for and included the promos the apartments offered.     Finding the right place to live is tough and Sara Dalen makes it easy. When I first moved to Dallas about two years ago from Arkansas, Sara helped me find a perfect home.     Apartment agents was such an easy and fast process. Salem was the agent who messaged me back. She was an angel!! I let her know what I was looking for and where and she quickly sent me a handful of apartments and even made me appointments to tour. After touring a few apartments all I had to do was write down Salams name on my application where it asks if you had an agent. That easy! About a month after moving in I got my check mailed to me from apartment hunters that was promised. Pretty amazing that I got paid to be helped. I couldn’t recommend using their services enough.

The apartment I chose ended up backing out on their promise to honor the locator fee, and Tania worked with them until she was able to get it resolved. She really knows the local area and can help you, like she helped me, to find a place which will work perfectly for you and within budget.     My experience with Apartment Agents was exceptional. I tried two other locators when looking for my apartment and the response times were so slow and disappointing. Jeff Anderson in particular was great to work with and responded to me within an hour most times (but definitely within 24 hours), even on weekends when I was going throughout my search. He went out of his way to find answers for all my questions I had about each location even if it meant he had to get back to me and call the leasing offices himself which was great because I am busy at work during the day. The rebate process does take a little bit of time since they cannot initiate it until they receive their portion of your first months rent.I highly recommend Jeff if you are looking for an apartment anywhere in Dallas.     Cindy Flickinger was fabulous! Not only did we find an amazing apartment, but we received a free 3 hour move along with it. People may think there is a catch to the offer, but honestly there are just a few fees for the movers travel and thats it. As long as the move is 3 hours exact youre paying wayyy less than a typically moving company.Overall very satisfied with the experience!

    I was moving from California to the Dallas area and I had to find an apartment in an area I knew nothing about. We contacted Apartment agents (Jeff) and he gave us a list of properties to look at. We looked at it and sorted based on our preferences. In my case it was age of apartment complex and distance to my work. We sent this back to him and he called every single one of the apartments on our list and found out what they had to offer at the time. I then asked for more input and he gave us a breakdown of what to look for a new apartment. I ended up visiting about 10 apartments in one day and the very last one I thought was perfect.
