    Very clean and private housing. Secure with all parking options (visitor or residential), and with key fob required for all entrances into the building. Prime location, with easy walking distance to great food, and quick driving to LHSON and downtown Dallas. Beware of homeless population - the police/security do their best to keep everyone moving, but they still pop up from time to time. Public transit train is right outside of Ambrose, but it isnt loud and didnt keep up from resting well. Would definitely recommend this housing!

    My experience with Ambrose has been great which is why I am renewing my lease. Caleb and his team are outstanding from the leasing agents to the maintenance guys. Management tries really hard to make sure the residents have a safe, positive and exciting experience from resident events to updating amenities and prompt maintenance. Absolutely no complaints all praise from this resident. Thanks Ambrose!

    I love how this apartment community offers a harmonious blend of comfort and convenience. With the amenities like a fitness center, pool, and communal spaces, there is always some place to destress and relax. The staff is always kind and helpful and maintenance is always fast and efficient.

    Recently moved to Ambrose , the experience has been great. Alondra has been so supportive, and helpful since I stepped foot into that leasing office. Overall a amazing staff, from leasing to the maintenance crew. The building itself is easy to navigate, with great amenities , spacious floor plans and its steps away from the heart of Deep Ellum . There is definitely a sense of community within this building.

    My experience at Ambrose has been pretty good . I’ve been here for almost two years and haven’t had any issues with my apartment. The management team is pretty cool and professional.I enjoyed the convenience that Ambrose offers being able to walk and grab food and have Sunday funday. The only thing I’d add to my Ambrose experience is more visitors parking and a faster elevator 😂

    Staying at The Ambrose has been good. I lived there 2 years, management does everything they can to make sure your experience is good. Caleb, the property manager is on top any issue you have; he’s big on making sure you’re satisfied! Definitely a great place to live!

    Ive lived here for a year and would like to brag on Caleb! He is such an amazing property manager and truly cares about the tenants. Any request I have he addresses it promptly. It really makes a difference when the staff is friendly and puts their residents first. The complex is conveniently located near great restaurants and bars in the area. It can be a little loud if you are facing the street, but thats to be expected in the area. Theres also plenty of parking for you and your guests, which is a plus. If youre looking for a place in the Deep Ellum area I would highly suggest moving here.

    Desmond , He is one of the best leasing consultants I’ve ever meet, First thing when we walked thru the door he greeted us and offer water , so we got a tour of all what the community offers and amazing pool and quite area and finish touring the 1 bedroom 1 bath and it’s amazing beautiful very clean and home welcoming community so if your need a place this is place and this gentleman Desmond is terrific and outstanding . I will definitely recommend this community to anyone. Nice Stainless Appliances and I’m excited. Thank you Desmond and Broadstone Ambrose community for the warm welcoming and amazing time .

    I wanted to write this review from day 1 but I didn’t want to review this property prematurely…I’ve now been here for 3 amazing months and I can sincerely say that this has been the greatest leasing experience I’ve ever had…from the beginning Alexandria was phenomenal during my move in process, she is very welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with, and not only just during the “MOVE-IN PROCESS” but she continues to be very helpful with any inquiries that I may have from time-to-time. Caleb does a great job when it comes to managing this community, he’s very helpful, extremely hands on and quick to respond and take action!The professionalism, the going over & beyond, and the top tier acts of kindness/service I’ve received from Caleb & Alexandria have been a contributing factor of my amazing experience living in this community. I can tell their both dedicated to what they do & truly care about their residents. Highly recommended.

    The staff at Ambrose are fantastic. They respond to maintenance so quickly, and the leasing and management team are so friendly as well. If you want to live close to the action, this is a great place. It does have that Deep Ellum noise, but you should know that moving into this area. I have a dog and walked the 10 minutes to Wilson Block dog park every day. I felt safe always and really loved my experience here. There are some items that Greystar needs to invest in (elevators, better keyfob and callboxes for visitors) but nothing that would be a dealbreaker. I work from home and the building is so quiet and peaceful during the day. A great place to live overall.

    Jonathan and the other staff members are amazing. They are accountable, accommodating and compassionate. They made sure my ac was fixed in a timely fashion. They were accommodating when i need to move my boxes up the elevator and my new neighbor sought out to make my entry difficult.I reconnected with my peace returning to BA.

    We toured the Ambrose apartments and had an excellent experience. Jack was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and thorough. He gave us a thorough tour of the property. He really knows the area and showed us proximity to many fun places in deep ellum from the balcony of a unit.

    This is one of THE BEST Apartment complexes in Deep Ellum for what you pay for.I utilize the DART almost EVERYDAY. Buses and Train Station are literally RIGHT outside the apartment.Exall park is a 10 minute walk away. A great community park in East Dallas.Building is soundproof against the noise of Deep Ellum. Dont hear a thing.Great management too.And last but not least: You are literally next to the HEART of Deep Ellum. This building makes it easy to bring your friends to.What are you waiting for?

    I absolutely love living in the Broadstone Ambrose apartments. I have a ground floor, 2 story loft and its awesome. Each time someone new visits my apartment, they are just in awe and tell me how cool it is. I didnt know much about Dallas when I moved here in June, but since seeing a lot of areas and apartments, I would still choose mine. The pool area is so tranquil, and the gym is perfect and never crowded. The appliances are great (although I did have the added expense of having to rent a washer/dryer each month). Maintenance requests are always fulfilled in a timely fashion. I cant remember the guys name (maybe Mike? He is from NJ) but he is great and takes a lot of care in fixing the apartment when there are issues. Jessica and Keith (?) in the office are great. My one and only issue is that the gate is always broken. When I come home from work and its late, I have a hard time finding a spot. It is always really scary for me to be in the parking garage and have to walk around late because rift raft get in when the gate is broken. People use the parking garage as free parking as just across the street, they charge $10 for parking. Considering we have to pay for parking, its not fair for us to have to feel unsafe and to share with people that dont live here.

    Love this apartment in Deep Ellum. You know what you’re getting when you live in Deep Ellum, gotta take the good with the bad. It’s so close to so many restaurants and bars but it can get a little rowdy at times. Overall I feel very safe living here. The management goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. I have never had any issues getting maintenance whenever needed, which isn’t much. I really enjoy living here and would highly recommend to someone wanting to live in this area!

    Marisol and Tiffany are great. Tiffany set everything up for me over the phone and was extremely knowledgeable. She was very easy to reach via email and phone. She answered all my questions. When I showed up to sign my lease I was helped by Marisol. I was a little hesitant due to reviews that I had read online and wanted to see some other options. Marisol was more than willing to walk me through the complex over and over and through multiple units. She really helped show me what an awesome place Broadstone Ambrose is. I had an immediate maintenance request and to be honest I did not think it they would be around for at least a couple days because it was just something minor but no, less than two hours after the request was put in maintenance was there. With all that being said, Marisol and Tiffany need to be promoted because it was not for both of them I would have chosen a different place to live. 10/10 would recommend this place.

    I have lived here for a year and it’s been great! It’s walking distance to everything in deep ellum and has great floor plans. Ask for Tiffany! She has been a great help if I have needed anything. I just renewed for another year and would definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys city living.

    Tiff and the rest of the building staff has been awesome in my 8 months here. She has responded to every question and concern Ive had from the beginning. She introduced me to the building, the neighborhood and has made it a very easy and comfortable transition to Texas.. (from NY!) Highly recommend her services and Broadstone Ambrose.

    Christy is the assistant manager there and is so helpful and kind. She kept me informed and called me and my mom multiple times making sure we were both on the same page. The staff is friendly as well. Plus, the apartments are so cute. I love it there.

    Compared to the rest of Deep Ellum, Ambrose is a great option, the prices are reasonable compared to the rest of Deep Ellum, and its in a great location. The entrance to the parking garage kinda sucked if traffic on elm got bad on the weekends. The overall building is lower quality then other places near downtown, but there amenities are pretty good, the units have a good layout, and if you get the west side of the building the downtown view is awesome! The office staff is a revolving door of people so they lose track of things (maint requests, mail, etc.) I was patient with them and never had very many issues. The train was heard a little but its faint enough to get used to. Overall its a great place if you want a quality urban lifestyle on a budget.

    This has been the best apartment living I have had in Dallas. Frances has been awesome and more then accommodating in everything that i have needed over the last 2 years. Walking distance from hundreds of restaurants and bars and has a great pool atmosphere during the summer. You are going to spend significantly less then you would in uptown and have a higher quality of living.

    I have lived here for one year, I have loved my experience here in Deep Ellum. I live along the dart rail. Now understand it can be a bit loud at night. This is a huge party town. If you are looking for quiet I would suggest an apartment toward the Broadstone courtyard. I have worked at The Deep Ellum Hostel since it has opened. The staff here at The Broadstone Ambrose has been so helpful with every single issue I have had. Maintenence in particular has worked spectacularly with each and every issue I have had. I give props to them! I also am grateful for the front staff! I have recently met Christy and she was so helpful and friendly. I particularly have been impressed with Jonathon and Tiffany, anything I need they always follow through! Eric the manager has been on point with any and everything I have needed assistance on. Any maintance issue has always been addressed even though there is only two men handling the entire five story building. I would also add its very clean and tidy. Just remember it is a bit of a loud town. If you cant handle an eclectic, fun natured, music inspired, artistic town then maybe the quiet suburbs is a better option for your apartment experience. Again I have been nothing but inspired since I have lived here. More props to the incredible team at Broadstone Ambrose!!! Thanks again for a fabulous living experience in a challenging environment.

    Everything is great within our apartment. The building could use some more love other then painting. The elevators are extremely slow and hot, could use some air flow. Also the pool is really gross. The water is so warm and does not get clean enough that there is algae growing.

    I am loving my time here so far. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that I feel like the management is sometimes lacking. They neglected to tell the residents that the fire alarms would be tested ALL DAY until after it already started. During a COVID time, when everyone is working from home the solution I was given was to go to a coffee shop for the day. If I would have had prior knowledge I could have prepared for this. They are not great about being in the office or picking up the phone. However, the location and layouts here are great!

    I had about 3 days to find a place. I walked into the first apartment with Jonathon (Broadstone staff) and my realtor and was blown away. They offered me reasonable rent, but I didnt act for a few days. When I came back, Jonathon and staff honored my quote and got me setup. Big bang for buck, nice people living here and I find it very safe (although Im from Chicago). A block away from Deep Ellum and all the fun.***Most importantly, their staff has helped me out immensely with my tenuous schedule- they got me moved in about a week before planned, they took care of every little problem I might have had, and they have answered all my questions in a timely fashion.Ive only stayed here for a couple weeks, but so far so good.

    First off Desmond is the REAL DEAL he’s awesome! i absolutely chose to lease here because of him .     The people here are amazing, we had to transplant from Austin with in a week, they made the move so smooth, the pool is nice, and love the secure feeling I get when I am home, Yes in the hot summer months the garbage smell is horrible in the garage, but never reaches the apartment, and the staff does all they can do to make you feel at home. Jennifer and Eric are amazing!Being right across from my Husbands work is beyond a bonus!

    Magnificent Place!Location is the best part about this. You cant beat it. Heck, even the Case building is a bit further from the action compared to where the Ambrose is!The building is pretty soundproof and quiet from all the noise. Amenties are pretty good too, and staff is awesome.If you want to be close to the action/the best nightlife in DFW for an affordable price (some apartments in frisco are more expensive then here..) Then the Ambrose is for you!!!

    I lived here for multiple years. Some of the other reviewers I felt were a little harsh, but I havent been there for over 2 years now.Dog poop in doors - happened but not frequently and almost always in the stairwells.Elevator broken - happened but not often. Power to the whole neighborhood went out a bunch, but that is downtown. Elevator is outside tho and does get flies etc in it. Never understood why there wasnt a frieght elevator.Noise proofing - I had a really big model so maybe mine was different. I hardly ever heard anything from our neighbors and they never complained about hearing us. We threw parties on the odd weekend or holiday, but always alerted our neighbors. Often we were told they thought the place next to theirs was empty.Noise pollution from outside - this place is downtown in Deep Ellum... next to a train station. Not sure where this is, hang out there at night before moving here.Lived here for 4 years, thinking about moving back.

    I can say that Ambrose apartments is the best place I have ever lived. Good neighbors, comfortable facilities, meets the basics, gym, swimming pool, the way you receive your packages is excellent. Every time you get a code to be able to get it out of the locker on your own and I have never had a problem with Amazon...100% security I live on the first floor with a view of a living area and I see that in the early morning security comes by more than twice and checks that everything is in order. They make me feel safe.The parking lots are 100% secure, the residents parking only opens with your key. In almost a year that I have been here, I have never seen a theft or broken glass and known that there has been a theft.The administration has excellent attention, they care about your concerns immediately, they speak English and Spanish. They always try to find someone who understands me in Spanish and the maintenance people always give a good greeting…My contract expires in November and I have never been so undecided about wanting to renew or move and all because of the good service.five stars 👍
