    Literally can’t wait for my child to move in here. The property manager, Erica is amazing. She made us feel at home and as a parent, she made me feel like my child will be taken care of as if I was with her every day. Erica walked us through the process and showed us the model apartment. These apartments are super clean and modern. She let us look at the apartment to compare the differences and there basically were none. Only difference was that there was no carpet in the model and carpet was in the bedroom of the rental. This is true lux living at an affordable price. Thank you Erica for being amazing.

    Ive been living here since they opened and my experience has been great. The location is ideal if you work in the medical center as it is tucked away off the main road which helps keep it quiet. Other members of the community are respectful and friendly. The managers, Urban and Erica, have always been welcoming, friendly, and handle any issues, if they arise, promptly. Ive lived in a few apartment complexes over the years and they have been by far the best.

    This is the BEST place to rent in this area! Luxury apartments full washer and dryers! Covered parking and if youre a medical professional or a professional this place is for you!Urban, John, and Erica are the best folks Ive ever worked with when renting apartments! Ive had a few issues and maintenance fixed it the next day!Very quiet at night with no thru traffic because were on a cul-de-sac. Safe for kids to play and ride bikes.Check out the photos to get an idea of the buildings! Overall 10 stars out of 5!Sgt Boudreau

    Erica was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help us and we really enjoyed our visit with her. She is definitely good at what she does. We HIGHLY recommend her as a to go to person at this property. My husband and I have been Airbnb Superhosts for 5 years so we inquired about a possible lease with the property. After much thought and personal calculations, we choose to pass on the opportunity.

    I love living here and highly recommend! The apartment complex is clean and brand-new with appliances. Erica and Urban from the leasing office are truly an amazing team--- theyre super friendly, accommodating, and you can tell they care for their tenants. The maintenance crew is also friendly and get things sorted accordingly.

    I have enjoyed living here for a few months now! Love my apartment—it’s spacious with a big kitchen and walk in closet, and the appliances all work great. I have a view of the dog run from my window! Fitness center has also been super convenient. Urban and Erica were both so helpful with the move in process and are always available when I have questions to sit with me/call and explain. Highly recommend living here!

    Highly Recommend Spurs Lane!I recently moved to Spurs Lane and Im thrilled with my choice. The location is fantastic - close to my workplace for a convenient commute. The move-in process itself was smooth and efficient thanks to Erica and Urbans professionalism. They made everything easy and ensured a quick transition. I also had a maintenance request that John promptly addressed the same day. Overall, I would highly recommend Spurs Lane to anyone seeking a professional, seamless move-in experience in a great location.

    Moved in on Thursday, March 28th. Urban & Erica provided an excellent overall move-in experience. They explained each step to us and answered any questions we had. They are very knowledgeable and helpful! They were extremely patient and took the time to help us feel at ease during this stressful time! This was the most pleasant move in experience ever!
