Alamar has literally been such a blessing for my mother and I. We needed to move into a house that would help fit her physical (elder) requirements and also provide the space we needed. Alamar staff helped us with qualification and made our move possible with the help of their entire team with great communication every step of the way.Kayla helped us every step of the way, and was unbelievably patient and helpful. Stephanie and Brianna were also willing to help and so supportive creating a truly elevated welcoming moving experience.Alamar is quiet, very clean and beautifully taken care of. Truly idyllic. 10/10 recommend!

Ive been living here for about a year now, and I still love this community and my home. The front office staff is always incredibly helpful, genuinely kind, and very supportive. Maintenance is responsive and knowledgeable, and we always see them around property, which is nice. It’s a great place to call home, and I don’t see myself moving anytime soon!

Brianna Mesa & the rest of the staff are honestly the best ! I had to change my move in date multiple times and they were always accommodating and never seemed upset coming from California where apartment companies will cancel your whole application if you need to make changes I was so grateful to encounter a leasing team that not only was different than I was used to but even over the phone I can tell it was genuine and no attitudes involved! These days you have to appreciate great staff and this staff is one of the best thus far!

We moved to Alamar in early October and have been loving it ever since! Staff is super friendly and attentive and made the entire move-in process seamless. Tucked away off Bulverde Rd, the community itself is very quiet and peaceful. The location is great as it has quick access to both 1604 and Stone Oak areas.

Living at Alamar has been such a great experience for us! We moved into the community in December, and they’ve been easy to work with on any billing questions we have had and they have hosted multiple community events such as food trucks, game nights, and Valentine’s Day treats.

The Alamar community is a very nice and comfortable community, actually the best rental community i have ever lived in.The houses are cute and cozy, the staff is always a pleasure to speak with, and the location is very convenient.I would recommend this community to anyone.

Visited a friend who lives at the ALAMAR this past week. He has the smallest two bedroom floor plan. He’s really happy there which is what matters the most. However, I found that it could use a few upgrades like the fridge is a standard size with no filtered water system. The dish washer and the washer dryer were standard too. Closets are a bit small especially in the master bedroom. It’s definitely not a luxury home but it will suffice his needs.The one thing that disappointed me the most was the pool. On a hot day we decided to go for a dip. The water was dirty and there mulch chips found everywhere, dead insects floating on top of the water. A nest of wasps flying around the pool as they landed on the water. Otherwise a very private area. It’s very secure, clean and quiet. It’s close to everything which is a big plus. The landscaping and the other homes in the community are beautiful. 🤩

I love my new home! Briana has helped us out sooo much throughout this entire process. She is so sweet & professional. She was also very understanding & accommodating to our personal issues as well. The whole team there is just as amazing! Very attentive, understanding & amazing communication. The community is just spectacular, very quiet, clean & beautiful. Not to mention everything is nearby! I also love how we sometimes see deer in the area. This is the perfect place to live!

I moved into the Alamar Ridge Community Jan 2024. All the magic happened 2 months prior when I met the team/staff on the ground. Ms Sabrina, Ms Stephanie has made me and my family feel like we made the absolute best decision to be apart of this community. When it came to every area of this process the personal touch and professionalism is sneaky good. They make it look easy and nailed the first impression. I already know I will renew when my current lease expires. I recently met Ms Brianna who, I guess was hired, since the initial paperwork was initiated, first impressions mean everything to me she nailed it as well. #2024 #AlamarRidge

Where do I start?! I suppose I can start with the staff. Sabrina, was absolutely phenomenal. She was taking on clients, answering phone calls, and hosting my wife, my realtor and I with such compassion. She was extremely informative, and helped us tour several different properties. She helped us land on our new home and I am forever grateful for her hospitality. Alamar, as a whole, is as close to heaven as it gets! Beautiful floor plans, affordable pricing, and impeccable views. I cant wait to move in!

Commendation first: Sabrina is wonderful! She was so patient and helpful when coming up with space solutions. We left a 2/2 apartment with AMAZING storage. Due to the fact, there are limited closet and cabinet storage in the kitchen and bedrooms, Sabrina gave great suggestions. The views are gorgeous here and I love how quiet it is, along with so much shopping nearby. Cons: We have been trying for days to get our mail. We were sent to 2 different PO’s just to be told that because it’s a new community we have to get keys made. We have a lot of mail waiting for upcoming vacations and jury duty notices that we need. I wasn’t expecting not to have grass upon move in date. We had empty Coca-Cola cans and Gatorade bottles in the dirt of our front yard. Mud all over the driveway and porch that was not and has yet to be cleaned off. Spectrum had to come out twice because we lost internet on the first day. Again, I like our new community however I will never move into a brand new community again. I want all the kinks out and things to be running. All in all, the houses are nice so just exercise patience.

Alamar is a very private, secluded, brand new rental home community- great location at great prices. The leasing professionals (Stephanie and Sabrina) are very friendly and create an at home feel. Great Vibes all around. I highly recommend this property if youre looking for a friendly, affordable, yet luxurious home to rent.

As a retired couple, we have throughly enjoyed our downsizing to live in San Antonio and Alamar. We have plenty of space in a brand new home overlooking a green belt hiking trail, plus no maintenance responsibilities. It has been the right move!
