I’m not looking to move until next summer but I came to tour this place after my friend who lives there recommended it. I absolutely loved the property! The one-bedrooms are so spacious and the pool was also really big which is a huge plus for me. I’m really looking forward to coming back and applying closer to my move date. For anybody looking to tour, make sure you ask for Ivy! She was really helpful and personable. I refuse to live anywhere that doesn’t have a good staff lol

I’m moving in February, toured the place and it was gorgeous,clean, and everyone at the office was so welcoming, I was iffy off the other reviews but they definitely turned it around everything was so clean even the apartment I toured, emails are responded quickly and adding property manager into the email if it’s something she has to do, I overall recommend this complex it’s quiet and amazing, thank you 95Twenty for an amazing complex and office staff, I can’t wait to move in.

I randomly came across this place at the last minute during my apartment search two years ago and applied four days before moving in without ever touring it in person. I was pleasantly surprised with the apartment when I arrived and enjoyed my experience altogether. The leasing and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and the complex/neighborhood is safe, quiet, and clean. No complaints whatsoever — thanks for being a great place to live.

I wanted to get on here and just say how happy I am with the assistance of the assisting Manager Alondra. I have been looking for a place for a while. I have visited many properties in the area and so far this one has caught my eye. Not only for the amazing beautiful layout of these apartments but also by the great atmosphere of the Management. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a smile. Even though the office was busy I was helped in a timely matter and Assistant was not trying to get me out without all my questions answered. I had so many questions and worries. Thankfully all were answered! I will recommend to ask for Alondra and definitely the company needs to give her a promotion.

Lived here for a year and will be renewing my lease. The office staff is great and maintenance is phenomenal with turn around time. Alondra in the office is awesome, she has worked there since I moved in. There was Jordan who was also good but he no longer works there, then Alyson is new - she’s been very helpful as well. Haven’t had to interact for with management for anything so I can’t comment on that, but in passing the manager was very kind. I did have issues with a couple scorpions in the apartment however, pest control was incredibly responsive/professional and maintenance replaced the door seal quickly when requested. Haven’t had issues since then.Pool/outdoor area is clean. The gym gets the job done. It would be nice to see a couple bikes replaced with something else; I’ve only seen 1 person use one. It’d be nice for the yards to get sodded or some type of love. It was mentioned that would happen when I moved in, never happened though. Not the end of the world since everything else is fine otherwise.

Nice place, lovely apartments, nice leasing agents. I didnt rent cuz the apartment above the only unit I was interested in had a loud bass while touring so I passed, as Id just moved from a noisy complex. Id give them a look down the line but there are other nice places around, too.

Staff super friendly and will work with you more than Ive experienced elsewhere, inside of our apt feels close to brand new. When I put in a maintenance request they were there in like 20 min lmao. 10/10 complex

I’ve lived at 95Twenty for a few years now. I’ve loved my time here & I’m sad that I have to move out of town & leave. The office staff is always friendly. Michelle is the absolute best! She’s understanding & exceptionally helpful. India is a sweetheart. Maintenance requests were handled quickly. Hardly any issues, aside from a few scorpions (common in this area of Texas). The gym is nice & available 24 hrs. The CARES team do a lot to make residents feel welcome. Never had any real problems & will miss it here. ❤️

My apartment living experience at 95Twenty has been everything I could have asked for (and then some) from apartment living.John and the maintenance staff are always prompt and professional with any request. Even when he’s clocked out for the day, and something happens (like my A/C going out in this Texas heat) John rushed right over with a smile on his face and found a Freon leak. The part he needed to fix the A/C had to be ordered and was going to take nearly two weeks to arrive. This isn’t something you want to hear in the middle of summer… but John personally came by my apartment and recharged my A/C every single day until the new part arrived.Michelle is by far the best apartment property manager I’ve ever worked with. She’s always willing to go above and beyond to make sure she keeps every resident happy. Anytime I come to her with something that needs to be addressed, she actually listens to understand what’s wrong. She never blows off residents like I’ve experienced at other apartment communities. She keeps everything “by the book”, and makes sure realistic expectations are set, and personally follows up with you with any updates, and keeps working until you’re completely satisfied.In the front, Bre, Patricia, and Marissa always make me laugh regardless of how long of a day I’ve had. They’re extremely welcoming and I feel like I can talk to them about anything (they even help me laugh about bad days at work). They’re always willing to help any way they can, and they do it with a smile on their face, that’s what makes this place feel like home!

My name is Michelle, I have been a resident at 95Twenty going on 3yrs . I dont know where to start without getting emotional. The day that I walked into the office the staff was so very warm and welcoming. They made me feel like family. The atmosphere had the smell of home. When we toured the property I was excited about the cleanliness, organization and overall beauty. I felt like I was at a resort (no exaggeration).The staff is on top of every maintenance issue I may have with a speedy response and on point service. It would be remiss of me not say that I absolutely love it here. My children love it as well and trust me, they are hard to please when it comes to living. Kid friendly environment might I add. 95Twenty goes above and beyond their call of duty to make sure all things are descent and in order. If anyone is looking for a place to call home, THIS IS IT!!! Welcome Home.

I moved a few months ago. I love the apartment and complex. The staff is absolutely great. The entire process of getting the apartment was easy and smooth thanks to Josiah and India. I have to give a shoutout to Josiah because hes helped me out on a number of times and I really appreciate it. The community is really nice and friendly. The amenities are great and the landscaping is always neat and trimmed. I went through 6 different apartment complexes when I was searching when I finally decided on 95Twenty. I am so glad I chose 95Twenty Apartments. Community events are held several times a month by Gabe and Jessica who are absolutely awesome are so welcoming. Thanks everyone for all the help!

The amenities on this property are the best. The gym has amazing machines. The pool is a great hangout spot for the summer. Overall, great property! Wouldnt want to live on any other community... Makes sense as my wife and I have been living here for over 3 years!

So far I’ve loved living at 95Twenty! Bre and Patricia are always fun and energetic when I stop by the front, and they always keep me updated with all the community activities going on.I love the pool and so far all the residents I’ve meet are very friendly and inclusive. After moving all weekend I decided to cool off/ relax by the pool, and a group of people were out their grilling and even gave us some of the fajitas they were grilling so we wouldn’t have to worry about cooking after moving all day (which is awesome since we hadn’t had a chance to go grocery shopping yet).I had couple small maintenance requests I place shortly after moving in, and they finished ALL of them that same day, I was blown away! My last apartment took days (or even weeks) to do anything.Parking was a problem right at first, but ever since Michelle made it so people can’t have tons of guests parking in resident spots overnight I haven’t had a problem find a spot close to home.Long story short, 95Twenty knows what they’re doing. This was by far the best decision I’ve made when it comes to renting.

My husband and I lived here for a year. We have lived in several apartments before this and this is BY FAR the best out there. The employees are kind, the grounds are well kept, and the apartments are beautiful! My husband and I are in Virginia now but talk about how much we miss our old apartment. I have been here for 7 months and have had the best experience! The resident events are amazing! The management sure knows how to show residents they are appreciated. The pool area is great and the trail at the back of the complex is super cool. The staff is incredible and kind. Thank you guys for making our time here so comfortable and great! I really enjoy living here at 95twenty. We signed our lease sight unseen and have been blown away with the upkeep of the landscape, the customer service and amenities for the 9 months we have been here. The move in process was seemless. Our apt was ready and spotless when we arrived and they gave us everything we needed to make our move go smooth. This apt is first class and we hope to plan to stay here until we buy a house.

My family and I live in this condominium by 3 years, really we are very happy here, the pool area is nice, there have ice machine and three TVs, the pool is always completly clean, the maintenence team is very professional and the appartmerts are beautifull .Also there have a good gym.Sometimes is difficult to find uncover parking but there have another parking options.The next month we will move out because we are getting our new house.We just want say, thank you so much...!!!

Ive been living at 95Twenty for a few years now, since day one the staff was always very personable and charismatic. Michelle is great and genuinely enjoys going above and beyond to help any resident. If you have a problem, she really cares about how you feel and wants to help anyway she can. If youre looking for a great community, an office staff that will great you with a smile every time you walk in the door, and a great place to call home, then 95Twenty is the apartment community for you!

I want to say this is my second go around with this apartment community since moving to Austin, as the staff has shown great consistency to all my needs, especially Asst. Manager Michelle Futrell who goes above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy resident needs on this property like no other living community I have ever lived. The rest of the staff of Patricia, and Victoria, Melanie provide the best safe haven possible for a resident and I recommend this apartment home with 5 star Rating for customer service.

The floor plans are perfect for our family. The office staff are very nice and helpful. My only semi complaint is the timing of the maintenance crew. We usually wait a week from the time we put in the request to they come. Overall I would recommend to live here.

Things to keep in mind should you choose to move here.Parking is a mess, there is no getting around this. There simply are not enough parking spots for each unit. For example, my apartment building has 24 units but only has approx 12-15 free parking spots. There are plenty of paid parking spots though. This typically means that if you arrive home any time after 6 PM then you will be parking at least two to three buildings away.My rent has now increased by 15% per month in two years. There was a 5% raise in rent after 1 year when it came time to renew my lease. That has now become a 10% increase for the second renewal. Im just not sure I am getting value for my money at this point in time.

Beautiful property with new management who have been incredibly helpful with the issues that have come with the transition. I was nervous because there were definitely some hiccups with rent but they have been communicative and extremely accommodating. They haven’t charged late fees this month due to the online rental payment system being down. New staff seems very friendly too.

Starting from the move-in process everything was as smooth as it could be and its my favorite apartment in TX Ive lived in thus far.Because of that it was bittersweet in one sense to realize with a job relocation offer an out of state move was in order and out of a beautiful home. Tarryn was extremely understanding and accomodating during out move out process and I thank her and everyone at 9520.I hope 2017 proves to be a beautiful year for all of us and heres a warm thank you and cheers to 9520 fam.
