    I recently toured this apartment complex and was thoroughly impressed. The facilities are top-notch, with a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool area, and plenty of green spaces for relaxation. The management team Britney and Kristina were incredibly friendly and answered all my questions, making the application process smooth and stress-free. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. Plus, the location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. I cant wait to move in and highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live!

    Amazing Staff. They were very welcoming, showed us around, and were very hospitable from first meet. My spouse and I ran into a few issues while applying and they all took turns to help solve the issue. We are looking forward to moving into our new home.

    Ive been living at 55fifty apartments for about a year now.Theres not much complaining to do, the units are nice, new, good condition. Neighbors are friendly and management is always attentive to you. Maintenance could be a bit quicker to resolve issues. (not a lot of issues actually arose)One thing to keep your eye out is theft. Ive had my vehicle broken into twice and even stolen/driven off in once. (Luckily I found it)Dont keep valuables in your vehicles and always remember to lock your doors

    The team at the leasing office was very helpful especially Kristina, she went above and beyond to answer my questions and to make sure I have all the required documents to get approved. The apartments look great and renovated. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new place!

    Been here a little over 3 months now and all is well. Brittany and Koryn were amazing when I first came and did the tour and continue to be helpful with my needs. They got me in within great timing with a special move in offer given at the time. The gated community is nicely kept and has nice amenities. Nice and quiet environment. If your looking for a place I would recommend.

    Living here at 55 Fifty Northwest Crossing since May 2034 has been pleasant. I really like my Apartment Home. When you walk into the Front Office the staffs is always pleasant and willing to answer any questions you may have. This what makes 55 Fifty a great place to live and come home to. Good Customer Service makes a difference in your community. Also a Big Shout Out to the Maintenance Team! Way To go and Keep Up The Good Work! You are greeted with kindness and they are always willing to go the extra mile. So thanks for being kind abd keep up the good work. 😃

    Already off to the best start. Customer service and empathy say a lot about the place you will call home and Ms Britney demonstrated that on the phone while I needed answers to help me make a move from another city! Hands down she’s amazing! I can’t wait to call 55Fifty home 🏡 🙏🏽❤️

    I moved in on July 5th and it’s been nothing but amazing! From the time I came to pick up my key to coming to the office for coffee and muffins! Christine is also super amazing and always friendly anytime I come into the office and helps me with whatever I need as well as the other ladies and Mariha is also super sweet and makes sure to answer my emails with any concerns I may have. If you’re thinking about moving here i highly recommend you don’t think twice and come cause you won’t regret it!

    Came in on Aug. 27th to do an apartment tour. My Tour guide was with Kristina. So was very friendly and helpful. I love when the leasing agent is more helpful and involved and more informed and make the tour more fun and enjoyable because apartment hunting can be very stressful. But Kristina came to the rescue and they staff is very fun and very friendly and welcoming.

    In a nutshell the property is nice, quiet, and safe. I have lived here for 3 months now, and while the transition wasn’t as smooth, I must say that improvements have been made in these short three months here. Definitely love to see the growth in a property that’s not more than 3 years old. Definitely recommended for those looking for affordable housing!

    I have lived here for over a year and I have had no issues. I dont fault the complex for internet issues, personally, I have never had a major issue, a minor inconvenience at most. I requested maintenance for two small issues, which were resolved within a day. I believe the new management group will be a good one, they worked with me when my situation changed and it turned out I would not be renewing my lease. Pricing is very comparable to other complexes in the area. I would recommend it.

    Recently went looking for new apartments. I decide if I like the place based on my first interaction with the staff and they were great. Melanie greeted me right when I walked in and talked to me about current prices and availability. I told her my situation and she was very caring and helped me every step of the way.
