    I recently moved here in November. Living at 3700M has been nothing short of an exceptional experience. From the moment I moved in, the management and staff have been incredibly professional, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure us residents feel at home. Working with Kerrie, she made the leasing process smooth and transparent, and any maintenance requests were handled promptly with the highest level of care as I recently had a light go out in my closet.The amenities here are truly top-notch! Something that drew me here were the community events and bar on the seventh floor. The fitness center is well-equipped, the pool and lounge areas are always clean and inviting, and the community spaces are thoughtfully designed for both work and relaxation. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with high-quality appliances and stunning finishes. The attention to detail in every aspect of the property makes living here a true luxury.Another standout feature is the unbeatable location.     I moved to 3700M last August and it has been absolutely wonderful. Since I walked into the building looking for a new apartment in the West Village/Uptown area, the management and every leasing professional were helpful in every way. I would love to specifically endlessly thank Alix Lanzafame who made me feel so welcome and helped me find the perfect place. I needed to move in within days due to me returning back to school and she went above and beyond to make sure I could get my keys within 48 hours. She made everything so easy and got me excited to move into the building! She and the rest of the staff are always available online and down in the leasing area of the building. I am spoiled here with the amazing leasing professionals as well as every staff member from the lobby to the employees who helped to fix my shower head so quick!I also wanted to highlight the amazing amenities that again spoil every member of the building beyond believe. From the lobby to the gym to the pool/club amenities on the 7th floor, everything is beautifully maintained and high quality. This building and everyone that makes it so special make it wonderful to live here!

    Hands down 10/5 stars....I have consistently experienced the best residential services of my life at 3700M. The staff are always friendly, helpful and timelyā€¦.and I mean everyone. I am asked every time I see someone how things are going to ensure that I have an optimal living environment. The community here is like no other. The weekly resident events have made it so that my circle of friends are those that live at 3700M. The recent renovations are beautiful. And the management is like none other Ive experienced. I was supposed to move into the neighboring property and it was in no condition to move into when I arrived. I came over to 3700M after hours and the leasing staff kindly agreed to stay late and help me figure something out. Everyone worked through the evening to ensure that I was setup for move in the next day. Kerri, Alix and Emilee are the best (but also Taylor, Mike, Tevin, EJ....to name a few)! I no doubt intend to continue renting from 3700M. I couldnā€™t be happier!

    Living at 3700M has been an incredible experience! The management here is truly outstandingā€”Kerrie, the building manager, is beyond accommodating and always goes the extra mile to ensure residents feel at home. She is simply the best! The amenities are second to none, with a stunning pool, a fully equipped gym, and even pickleball courts for some fun and fitness. The cocktail bar is a great touch, offering a stylish spot to unwind and socialize.The entire building is always spotless, with common areas kept in pristine condition. Maintenance is also fantasticā€”any time Iā€™ve needed something fixed, theyā€™ve been incredibly quick and efficient. The parking garage is another major perk, offering plenty of space for every type of vehicle, from compact cars to SUVs and trucks, making parking super convenient.On top of all that, the location couldnā€™t be more perfect. Everything I need is just steps away, and I always feel safe living here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for luxury, convenience, and top-tier management!

    I absolutely loved living at 3700M!! It was the first place I lived when I moved to Dallas and safety was a big priority for me. I always felt so safe here and the 24 hour concierge was a huge plus. They just finished a ton of renovations and all the amenities are amazing. Any time I had an issue maintenance was very responsive and helpful. I will always recommend 3700M to anyone who asks, itā€™s the best!!

    3700M is the true example of a place that you want to live. We found ourselves at this property late one afternoon after discovering that the neighboring property we rented was in poor and unacceptable move in condition. We were panicked trying to determine what to do with movers and furniture deliveries the next day. We then saw 3700M. Our leasing agent, Alex, and PM, Carrie, are the best. Despite that fact it was 6PM, these ladies worked through the evening to get our application approved and a unit ready for move in by 8am the next day! The process was seamless. The entire management team was accommodating, informative and KIND! The best experience with apartment management we have ever had! The recent renovations to the building seem to be of high quality. The common areas are beautiful and inviting. There also seems to be robust activity calendar with solid activities meant to create a real community feel. I just moved in but I already love it!

    The building has been great since I moved in. The staff are insanely accommodating and have been a pleasure to work with. The building is in process of adding a LOT of great additional amenities to the existing long list of great ones.The area is fantastic, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping.Also a HUGE benefit is this is a concrete constructed building - Iā€™ve been playing music relatively loud, concerned I might bother the neighbors, only to go to the hall and itā€™s dead silent. I never hear my neighbors nor sound apart from the highway from time to time.The people who live in the building are pleasant as well which is a huge benefit.All in all highly recommend living here, itā€™s a great spot to call home.

    Recently applied to live at 3700M. Could not be more impressed with the leasing team/Greystar team. I incorrectly showed up on the wrong day, but that was no problem for the community director Kerrie - who deserves recognition for going above and beyond. I almost did not show for my appointment because I was planning to live at a complex in Knox, but was so impressed by Kerrie and her team that I decided to move forward with 3700M - also the specials they were offering moved the needle.

    I recently moved into my apartment at 3700M, and living here has been a truly phenomenal experience. One of the things I appreciate most is how approachable and caring the staff are. Theyā€™re always quick to respond to any issues and go out of their way to get to know each resident personally. A perfect example is that Iā€™ve never had to tell a staff member my name more than once, they remember it right away, which makes me feel right at home. This kind of service really adds a special touch to everyday life.The staff at 3700M truly make this place exceptional. From leasing agents Alix and Emilee, who provide exceptional service, to the manager Kerrie and assistant manager Daned, who are always willing to help with any issues that arise, the team is simply outstanding. While all the concierge staff are fantastic, EJ stands out since hes always been so helpful to me since living here. Heā€™s always helpful with deliveries, and he makes sure my dog gets a treat every time we come in from a walk. Itā€™s these small, thoughtful gestures that make living here feel so welcoming.The property itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds and modern finishes throughout.     One word that directly comes to mind when I think of this property and this team is EXCEPTIONAL!! Its been a joy to live here now after Greystar took over this property as they continue to navigate and deliver the stunning renovation transformation that we are seeing. Amanda, Junior and the new Community manager, Kerrie are always willing and able to help, listen, and truly care about the residents that live here. The area is walkable to great restaurants and parks and provides a great urban lifestyle!If youre looking for a great place to call home, 3700M is where its at. They wont disappoint!

    Nice building, but management isnā€™t all that great. Sometimes they have an attitude when you ask for help with things, such as noise complaints. Also there are people who smoke in their apartments, and that smell will enter your apartment if theyā€™re close. Hope you like weed smell.With that said, the true highlight is the front desk receptionist, Florence. She is so kind, welcoming, and personable. Sheā€™s taken the time to get to know all the residents and frequent guests. Iā€™ve seen several times where residents will stay in the lobby just to talk with her. Sheā€™s the face of the building and looks out for everyoneā€™s well being when people who are not residents or registered guests try to enter. I hope sheā€™s hired as a full time staff member.

    Beautiful building complex. Love the pool area as well as the shared common spaces very elegant. They also have a bar now where the pool and gym are and plenty of space to hang. They also have daily activities for tenants which seem cool.

    This place is absolutely amazing! Junior has been an amazing manager from day one! Daned, Amanda, EJ, Florence, the maintenance staff, and everyone Iā€™m missing has been terrific! On top of that, theyā€™re opening up a new lounge, bar and work area that Iā€™m excited about. If youā€™re thinking about it, pull the trig and make that move here!

    I am so excited to move in! I have worked with Amanda since my first tour, and she has been amazing! You can tell this management team truly has a mission to make things right with their current and future residents after the last property management company. Amanda has done so much in terms of helping me pick the perfect space and helping me envision my XL couch in the space lol. She also took the time to show me multiple apartments to make sure I was confident in my choice before signing. The management team there has also been very helpful with adjusting my move in date, as I had some personal things that came up impacting my original move in date I signed for. More helpful and accommodating than any apartment I have worked with in the past! Overall this team is amazing and this is truly a changed property who values their residents.

    I have lived here for 6+ years and can say that the current management team has been the best by far. I was about to change buildings but Daned really changed my mind and I am so glad that I stayed. Special shoutout to the front desk team as well, especially EJ, who makes my dog feel like a king everyday! haha

Even though we wonā€™t be moving towards the Dallas area till mid next year. Amanda definitely sealed the deal towards what property we will be going with.

    I originally moved to this building in June of 2022, and it went downhill FAST. However, a new management company was brought in about 2 weeks ago and have already made incredible improvements to the property. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable, and SO friendly. Its a lovely contrast compared to what we dealt with before. I just re-signed my lease because Im beyond excited to see the improvements they will bring to the property (and its so obvious theyre incredibly excited too)! As Im writing this, the lobby is being renovated as are select units and amenity areas. With the previous management, its almost like they gate-kept things from tenants about the property. It was awful lol. But now, Im given honest updates on construction and reno plans and timelines. The renovated units are simply stunningggggg. With this awesome new crew, Im ready for them to help turn this building into the best it can be and bring it back to life.---UPDATE: ~10 months with the new management (Dec 23):Wow, what a difference a good management company makes. This Greystar team truly came in and rescued this building. A quick breakdown of pros & cons:Pros:-Leasing team (Junior, Amanda, Daned) are very helpful & responsive. They are also very informative about things happening in the building.-Great concierge team (shoutout EJ!!)-SUPER responsive maintenance team-New gym-Large pool with downtown views & lots of sun-Large parking garage-I feel safe in the building (as a woman who lives solo)-Awesome location, with lots of good stores in our building-So many floor plans to choose from, all with large windows. The renovated units are gorgeous, but even the traditional ones are great, too (Iā€™ve lived in both)-The renovated units are actually so stunning.-Lots of much-needed updates happening to the building to make it truly luxury-Easy-to-navigate resident portal app-Community events at least once/month-No bugs (AMEN)!! If you do see even one, maintenance is SO quick to respond-Did I mention I love our maintenance team?Cons:-Because of lots of renovations, there are lots of noises throughout the day (at least in the main tower)-new gym now sits above apartments (rather than the parking deck), and yes, you can 100% hear people dropping weights, even 3 floors down. If you move here, be sure to choose a plan thatā€™s not 311, 411, 511 or 611 if that bothers you. Like it literally rattles my glasses.-There are 3 elevators in the main tower, and the service one is usually used for move-in/out, limiting 90% of the building to two elevators that can take ages during busier times-wish there were more pool chairs :(---UPDATE June 24:We have new, amazing pool furniture and some of the nicest amenity spaces Ive seen. So glad I stuck around to see them finished! The building owners were very responsive to tenants complaints about the gym noise level, so they added incredibly insulated flooring (AMEN). I enjoy the community of the building, everyone is very respectful. LOTS of resident events and perks now, which is awesome. I do think the apartments are still overpriced.

    Iā€™ve been a resident here since 2019. Weā€™ve had 3 property managers in my time here. Brookfield was amazing and managed the building until February 2022. Rangewater properties bought the building and completely ruined the experience for me. Worst rental experience Iā€™ve ever had. But Greystar took over as the property manager and saved the day. Since taking over in 2023, Greystar has been working diligently to wrap up construction in the building and upgrade the property. Theyā€™ve been great about communicating about updates to the building and hosting resident appreciation events. The staff is responsive and has been super helpful. Iā€™m overall very satisfied and just renewed my lease for another year. I absolutely love living here!

    We got to tour here with Junior who was so amazing and informative about everything. I was really hesitant with the reviews I saw on here and he was very honest and up front about everything which eased me a lot! The place was so clean and the staff was wonderful ( I got to meet Tony as well who was also just a joy to talk to!) ! Junior was able to show me the differences between the renovated and unrenovated units I was interested in and very knowledgeable with all the questions I was asking. Everyone needs to visit this place, Greystar has really been working to turn things around and I cant be more excited for how everything turns out at this place :)

    About 3 months ago I was ready to put in my 60 day notice, this building had been very poorly managed, there was a big lack of transparency, and overall the building was a big mess. Then Greystar came in and asked us to give them a chance for a couple of months. I am so glad we did, Tony and Daned really listened to all our concerns and have been amazing. They have completely turned this building around in a very short period of time, from the simple things like actually having the building really clean to the extra things like hiring private security. This is again an amazing place to live thanks to the changes Greystar has made.
