    So glad I get to call 22hundred my new home. Kacee made the process of applying and moving in so smooth. I love the gate community. My apartment is nice and spacious and the balcony is a plus. I love all the updated appliances. The valet trash is a plus. Nice amenities which include the pool, gym, and a gym area

    Ive been here for almost 2 months now, and I really enjoy staying here. The maintenance team here is top notch. Gates and parking is secure and well lit. Plus the leasing office with Shania and Miranda is excellent. The apartment itself is luxury with plenty of cabinet and storage space for a one bedroom.

    Came to the 22hundred and met with Shania. She helped me through the process and I got emails and helpful reminders to get everything done. This was a big help since I was doing all of this in the middle of my work week. Best move in process I went through.Update: just moved out of the apartments because of necessity. Sad to go, the whole staff was very nice, communicative, and helpful. The property is well kept and clean. Wish I could have said bye to everyone.Thank you everyone!     I am a new resident and I have been working with Maranda during the move in process. She has been extremely patient and very informative whenever I have questions. Sje always take my calls and if she missed a call, she would always call me back the same day. She even trusted me to walk my unit by myself when she injured her ankle and couldn’t come up the stairs! She is amazing and I look forward to leasing here.

    This would be my second year staying in these apartments!! And i absolutely love my apartments! They are very quiet! You couldn’t tell that kids stay here. Everyone is very respectful! I’ve came In contact with maintenance twice since I’ve been here and it’s been for minor things like changing my a/c filters . The front office is always hosting parties for us around the holidays. I love how they do the safety inspections on the apartments for us ! The front staff is very understanding as long as you communicate with them. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

    I’m going on my 3rd year at 2200 and it’s has been a great decision moving here. Apartment complex is top of the line ! The complex is always clean, quiet, and have always felt safe within the complex. Staff is very friendly and helpful . They have great amenities . Everyone in the complex is very nice . Shania is your point of contact she is amazing and very professional.

    Been living at 22Hundred since they first opened and I can say I have had 0 issues. Shania is amazing and attentive to any issues or concerns I have.     When we came in initially to tour the property, we were brushed off by the Assistant Property Manager. She abruptly told us that she only tours those who make appointments. She then proceeded to ignore us as if that was going to stop us from still gathering information. I asked for the next available appointment, and she stated that it would have to be for the next day, so I scheduled for 11:30 the next day. This experience almost made me cancel and not tour this property. I have years of professional experience with property management so, being treated in this fashion was disheartening.The next day, we arrived and we were immediately pleasantly recieved by Maranda, the leasing consultant. She initially did not see us on the schedule but graciously started gathering our information and taking us on our tour. She was fantastic and made our experience on the property tour wonderful. She paid attention to the details we need and help guide us to the perfect home for us. We toured 16 properties in the Houston area and none compared to 22Hundred and our experience with Maranda. She is honestly the crown jewel of this company. Because of her, we have decided to make 22Hundred our home when we relocate in September despite how we were initially treated by the management team.

    Great good experience with the whole processing moving into the apartments. The front office has been a big help. The apartment very nice. It is also close to airport that I can fly to work every other week. Definitely love the apartments.

    I went to go visit one of the properties today that was recently built in a community that I absolutely love. When I walked in the facility, the place was absolutely amazing, and the assistance I received was impeccable. The rental agent that assisted me was Fernando. he was knowledgeable and so supportive. He showed me a two bedroom residence that was to die for, unlike most of my experience. I I knew that I love the place from the moment I walked in, but the service really took it over the edge. I would encourage anyone out there that is looking for wonderful home to visit Fernando right away.

    My lady and I have lived here for 2 years and are very happy here at 22hundred. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good! Hats off to Shania & Fernado who always make us feel heard. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean. My neighbors aren’t loud much at all and all the residents who I have met, are very much nice. The amenities are immaculate, I love it here.

    The community at 22Hundred has been a great environment in which to live. The apartments are spacious and clean and I have always felt safe within the complex. Management is very responsive, when needed, and the grounds are really well kept. I initially worked with Samone to secure my lease. She is one of the most professional and personable people I have had the pleasure of working with. As is Fernando. I highly recommend this property. Super easy access to Beltway 8 as well as IAH.

    The apartments are absolutely beautiful. Everyone has been so nice from the first time I stopped by to tour the model. After viewing different communities I decided to go with this one. As soon as I submitted the application online I received a call from Amelia Collins who goes by Simone to finish the process and she has been wonderful. She was very polite, answered all of my questions, and was very helpful which made the process easy and smooth. I cant wait to move in and make it my home.

    Been living at 22Hundred since they first opened back in 2020 and I’ve been loving it ever since. Fernando and Samone are amazing and always communicate in a timely manner. Maintenance responds quickly and are constantly keeping the community clean each morning. The complex is quiet and neighbors are nice. I moved from one building to another once my lease was up and both Fernando and Samone made the process smooth, quick and easy for me. I love it here tremendously.

    This Greystar property is outstanding! The grounds are well kept and clean, the level of customer service with the leasing staff is amazing. Houstons finest leasing specialist, Samone Veazie-Collins, helped us beyond imagination. Samone even went to the extent of calculating our commute to work from the property. I would definitely say its well worth the drive. She even recommended the perfect floor plan for our needs!     The property- and, especially their leasing agent Simone highly impressed me! Simone is one of the most hospitable and thoughtful leasing agents I have ever come across.     I’ve been living in 22 Hundreds for over two years. It’s been the best experience I’ve ever had with any apartments I’ve lived in. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good!Hats off to Fernando who is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He’s very attentive to every tenant’s needs and makes sure everything is in order in our community. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Our property manager Janine cares a lot for everyone’s needs in our community. Every summer we have an amazing pool party with lots of food!Every penny spent in these apartments is worth it. We have a resort style beautiful pool and gym is always neat. Location is perfect especially if you work at the airport or Downtown Houston. We’re in between 3 main highways that makes commute so much easier! If you’re looking for a safe place to stay in Houston I highly recommend 22 Hundred. I’ve never had any issues and is very quiet. We believe in being clean courteous neighbors and hope all neighbors share the same sentiment...♥️K. BARAHONA ♥️

    I was referred to this complex by a friend. I drove by and visited and it was really nice, but I wanted to look at other apartments before I made a commitment. Every time I would visit other apartments, it was always missing something. Either I didnt like the color of the granite, the tub was too low, and or it didnt have personality. I even considered moving back to an apartment I used to live in, that has a garage, but was informed that a young lady was recently robbed and assaulted at gun point. After weighing my pros and cons, I finally decided on 22Hundred. I am happy with my choice. Fernando and Simone are really accommodating and most of all professional. I am excited about my move and cant wait.

She also broke everything down for my son to get a better understanding since this will be his first time on his own.     Let me tell you this was the BEST experience I have EVER had leasing an apartment! When we walked in we sat down because the agent was with another client. She waved and told us to have a seat. Beautiful leasing office by the way. As she was finishing up with the other clients Samone greeted us and asked how could she help? We were looking for a 2br 2b and was told none would be available now. Which was ok for us because we’re looking for something later. She sat us down and went over what would be available on what dates. We found something perfect for our time frame and proceeded over to apply. Within minutes we were approved and given a move in date. Samone is top tier and deserves all her flowers for being so professional and just on top of everything. She’s very knowledgeable and a good spirited person. I can see why she was busy with phone calls and e-mails which didn’t bother us at all. She’s really good at what she does. I would recommend this property for anyone who is looking to move. We are so excited to be moving in and being a resident. Samone you keep up the good hard work and thank you so much for helping us be apart of 22hundred.

    Normally, I am not one for writing reviews but having moved at least 4 times over the past two years, I found it extremely beneficial when you are able to receive accurate reviews especially when it comes to apartment living. Often times, you are tied into leases for at least a year so having information to make an informed decision in my opinion is paramount.I wanted to take this time to review 22Hundred. First, Ill begin with the hospitality I received from leasing professional, Samone. There are not enough adjectives to describe her thoroughness and professionalism. All the way from start to finish. I was actually in Hawaii when I first inquired about this apartment community and was sold immediately because of Samones honest assessment of what living at 22Hundred would be, including a virtual tour.The apartment themselves are nice and well built in my opinion. I had virtually no major issues outside of a microwave malfunction but placing a maintenance work order was seamless and was fixed within a day. Now Im not sure if its just the neighbors or build quality but inside your apartment is quiet. There was really no noise complaints or things you may assume or just inherently expect.For those concerned about the safety or crime, I would say it is fairly safe. The apartment does keep you updated if there are any safety incidents that occur but generally nothing to be worried about. You do have cars that piggyback when you entering the gate but thats just the reality not going to be able to mitigate it that much if at all.My only complaint is the road noise from the adjacent highway. You have the beltway right by the apartments and while the normal traffic isnt audible, its the trucks, cars and motorcycles with the loud exhausts that was unpleasant. Now, to Samone credit she did ask if I would like a different unit before signing the lease because of this but I did not realize the significance until I actually moved-in. Not sure how much is in Greystars (rental company that owns 22Hundred) control with maybe building a highway noise barrier but that would attract and retain more tenants in my opinion.I did want to briefly recognize Fernando, whom, whenever Samone was not available, stepped in and was a great help.Overall, my short experience in Texas and at 22Hundred was wonderful.Definitely recommend this apartment community.

    I am a first time renter, and my experience with the application process was smooth and easy. My boyfriend and I visited twice before applying because we wanted to tour other places. But none of the places compared to 22Hundred. When we decided to settle on this complex, Samone helped us, and within a few minutes, we were approved! Everyone in this complex seems friendly, and they all seem to enjoy living there. The units are set up beautifully, and the overall community seems quiet and respectful. The outside of the complex is clean and absolutely gorgeous. It definitely has a hip inner city vibe without actually being in the city, and super close to 45, 59, and the beltway for easy access to wherever you may want to go. I am so excited to move in in August!Also, huge shoutout to Samone who answered all of our questions, and provided us with a phenomenal experience.
