    I toured the property about 2 weeks ago with Leslie, and she made it look so inviting! I didn’t lease due to me being transferred for work in another state, but if you’re considering in leasing here i definitely due recommend Leslie she will definitely make you feel at home and even make you feel like you both know each other for the longest, it is pet friendly so 10 stars for that +⭐️

    Great place to live in. Good community and maintenance is great, I’m super happy with the new staffing we really needed people like them last staffing was not helping us out at all, Mr.Jon has been super helpful with needs in our community and let’s not say about Ms.Veronica and Ms.ortiz I have had a great experience with them during my payments reminders and getting my work orders in, I can’t complain I’m very comfortable where I am at, keep up the great work guys. Thank you!!

    Living here has been a wonderful experience. The apartment is always clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to come home to. Maria goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. The overall atmosphere is calm and pleasant, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here.

    My experience at 1111 Apartments was excellent. I needed to move in quickly, and the front office staff were incredibly helpful in facilitating the process. They efficiently explained all the necessary steps and worked diligently to ensure I could move in on my desired date.     I’ve been living at 11elevn apartments for 4 years now and it has been a very good experience, I love all the extracurricular things they have to do such as the gym and park. It’s very pet friendly as well. Maria and all the ladies in the office create a warm welcoming feeling and are amazing at there job.

    Went to the office around 2 pm with an issue with our dishwasher it was receiving no power. Had someone from the maintenance team over before the end of day to check everything out and was there the next day in the morning to resolve the issue. While he was here he also noticed a leaky pipe and fixed that as well. What a wonderful team! Keep up the great work everyone!

    I am locating to this side of town and scheduled to take a tour. The staff was helpful and friendly. On the way to the apt home, the staff outside was very friendly as well and greeted me. The apt was perfect for what I was needing and in q great location for everything I need for my everyday life and/or activities. I look forward to moving in.

    Well I walked in was looking around in area that I really like .It’s close to everything I want to be close too..City Center, Memorial city Mall Memorial Hospital just a great little area not worried about anything bad happening very calm property the ladies in the office that were extremely helpful really nice. Everyone was very professional and went out of the way to help me out.The property seems extremely extremely clean is definitely a great place to start little family beginning in a safe surrounding or restart my life and a wonderful small community.

    I enjoyed living here! The location was amazing for the price, and my renovated unit was so cute. I was here for about three years, loved it but am moving due to work. The office staff is genuinely helpful and very pleasant to work with, and the maintenance crew is kind and quick. They have contests for paying rent early, which I won a couple of times! I’ve lived in a few apartments in my time, and this place was definitely my fave.

    Truly amazed by the renovations that were made in the complex. Everything is completely new, from cabinets to the outlets. The management is no exception exceptional staff. The complex manager was super welcoming and friendly was greeted with a smile and a warm hello. Ms. Yolanda was the leasing agent that helped me, she is the best and makes you feel at home and super friendly. You can tell she is there to offer you the best and not to sell/lease an apt. Super excited to be moving in and I will totally be recommending it to my friends. Thank you!!

    From the first moment I walked in to ask about availability, to the moment I signed up the forms to move in I have never been more happy to meet such an amazing staff!     I have lived here for a whole year now. I loved everything about this place, truly. I didnt have trouble with anything. The remodel is amazing, the staff is welcoming and understanding. Great maintenance man, on point.Truly good neighbors, and wonderful piece and quiet. These apartments are calm, and give you lots of privacy. Pet Friendly!!!     These apartments are really pretty I love the flowers and trees! I really enjoy the modern design and my huge patio is great for entertaining!Maintenance is very prompt attending to the work orders. The leasing consultant Talia was very helpful with my application and moving in!

    Yolanda was GREAT!! She went above and beyond to help me lease my very first apartment. She made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision on the apartment without any pressure. After I decided to get the apartment she kept me up to date on all the steps to take before my move in date and made sure my apartment was ready. Highly highly recommend you speaking to Yolanda if looking to leasing here.Apartments are renovated so they are really nice throughout. We had a small issue with the shower but upon speaking to manager in office he sent someone immediately to resolve the issue. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is due to parking. It is difficult to find free parking so you might have to either walk a little ways or pay for reserved parking.

    Ever since Relek Realty took over managing this property, it has turned into a completely different place; and thats great for the Residents! With arrival of Adriana and her support staff, every encounter with the leasing office has been nothing short of amazing! The renovated units look great and make life comfortable,. I am grateful that I chose to stay and live through the few, minor inconveniences of the renovation! I highly recommend this property. I think youll find, just as I have, that this is the best property in the area!

    Staff has made my expirience moving in such a a breeze. They are so attentive and helpful and I appreciate that a lot. I had trouble with my previous residency and needed a place fast and they were able to help me pick the perfect apartment, now I been living here over 3 years and new leasing staff that has been assign is very professional. Iris property manager cares and understands residents needs, Salvador maintenance is very respectful, property is clean and very nice location Right by memorial city mall.

Mind you, this is a huge multi-unit complex and surely involves so much to maintain and operate.     Happy and blessed day! I am delighted with this urbanism. Completely remodeled, the kitchen with all new stainless steel electrical appliances. There is no problem parking and it is a quiet, noise-free environment with very good maintenance. You can walk to supermarkets, banks and other stores. What is most surprising is the attention of Ms. Yolanda, kind, willing to provide solutions and find the best option for her clients, she makes one fall in love with urban planning.
