    My fiance has been a resident here for 6 years and over the past couple of years he has become ill. So I have had communication with the office with Letty and with Delia. They have been super helpful as far as looking out for him until I can get to him. Very kind and courteous every time I go into the office to speak with them about his situation they have always treated me with respect. Just recently he has passed away and they helped me get an apartment here. Very helpful I couldnt ask for more generous people at this time of need. Letty and Dahlia have been so wonderful. So caring and concerned about my well-being. There are not enough words in the world that I could say about those two young ladies in that office. Im just so grateful to have some wonderful people in the management positions they hold. Thanks again ladies for being so kind.01/26/2024Just wanted to say I went into the office to address a concern that I had to find out that Letty Cantu was no longer with the company. This is very sad to me due to the fact that Letty and Dahlia have always been so kind and caring the residents here. My fiance had lived here for 6 years and never had he had a manager that was able to keep up with everything making the property back looking great. Walking the ground at least twice a day to make sure that everything was okay. As I see her while I check my mail. Always very courteous and kind. I dont understand what happened with her but this is the type of management we need. Please if theres any way we can get her back into the office that would be great. This property has changed so much since she has been here over the last 2 or 3 years. Always having community things going on that they never had before. Its something that we all look forward to attending holiday parties holiday get-togethers bingos all that was never happening until she came so I asked if theres any possible way that you could get her back into the office.

    I am so grateful for Leticia Cantu, the manager at the Village’s at Ben White. My father has lived in this complex for 2 years and she has always gone above and beyond to take care of him and check to make sure he has what he needs. I am positive that she is one of the few reasons he can still live on his own and she has constantly helped find him additional resources to enhance his wellbeing. She is the absolute best!

    I have lived here since August, 2022. There have been other managers and different office staff. I would like to thank Letty, manager, and Delia, office, for the wonderful atmosphere they have provided us as residents. They maintain the grounds and are prompt with maintenance and other requests. They are consistent, respectful, and fair with me if any issue arises. They recognize my disabilities and are very kind and accommodating to my needs whenever possible. It is quiet, clean, and peaceful. I love being here and will continue my residency as long as God allows me.Adelita NietoApt. 1115

    Ppl there where friendly and even helped a person there with their dogs bc I e of them was pulling the other one about in a manner not safe for the little one so I stopped him to explain what I had saw going on and what I was trying to prevent from happening and he had no clue what had happened and he thanked me co tinuousky bc if I hadnt said anything and brought it to hos attention then something really bad could e happened to his senior dog who is a little chiwawa and the other I rs a young little girl healer Collie mix so shes pretty hyper dog breed and the luttle guy in the attached leash was old and frail and coukdnt handle the you ger i e pulling aboyt his neck like she was unknowi gly hyrting the senior dog if course so imgkald I was there when i was bc im sure that littke old dog is thankfully i was fir sure ..loved this place it was fabulously kept up the grounds where appropriate for the age group they serve and I got a good vibe from the establishment so far

    I would like to take this opportunity to thank Lettie Cantu and her staff, Libni Ramos, for my experience living here at V@BW. I have lived here a year, with Letties staff being the second management Ive encountered. They have been most courteous and taken the time to listen to my concerns. Situations have not always been done as fast as I would like, but then she has Management to deal with that doesnt happen quickly as well as outside vendors. The Maintenance staff is most courteous and has always addressed my issues in a timely manner, and have always completed very well. I have been most pleased with the work Jorge and Gigi have completed. Thank you Lettie1/28/2025Well I went to the office and found out Lettie was no longer there. I must say I was surprised and disappointed. Lettie has always been respectful, courteous and helpful. Then was told she is no longer with the Company. Considering what she has to work with getting issues taken care of, I feel that she was able to work with those issues the best she could. Certainly not all residents will agree. I hope she is able to return when whatever issue is taking place will be resolved.

    I have lived here for 3 years. I hear all sorts of complaints about it. Believe me I have lived in places that are far worse. Try the Albert Pike Hotel before you complain about it here. These complainers just look for things to complain about. If you keep away from them and mind your own business then your apartment can be your own piece of Heaven. If you dont have peace in yourself then you dont have peace at all. At first I thought the new manager was a bit strict but she has over 200 crazy Austonians to deal with, so I commend her. The place is a lot cleaner and we are getting better tenants. Hey, this is Austin! Deal with it!I have been here for 5 years now and it is getting better. Our manager works hard to make it so.

    Our new management team is doing an awesome job cleaning up our property and making The Villages a nice place to live again. Ive lived here going on 7 yrs and now I dont feel like I need to move.Our manager Leticia Cantu and her team, GiGi, Libni and Jorge gave all us mothers a beautiful Mothers Day dinner and I really appreciate you all.

    I have lived here for just a bit over 3 years. I moved here from the Chicagoland area. I have seen 3 management teams since Ive been here. This last team with Ms. Lety runs a tight ship. I really dont have any major complaint at all. On the contrary, I very much recommend moving here. Ms. Lety has been supportive and understanding of any issue that I have had, from lost keys to copy of lease etc. I recommend The Villages at Ben White!

    I have lived at The Villages for a Year now and I have renewed for another year. I have to say the Staff and Neighbors are wonderful here. I have lived in other complex before and I am the happiest here. I love that the neighbors are so friendly and the management team is always figuring out how to keep us entertained with activities. I would 100% recommend this place to my family and friends.

    Jordan is awesome! Very friendly staff! Great amenities! Nice apartments! Plenty of parking! Car ports - brand new construction, good pricing and a great location! Close to airport and down town! Highly recommended! If you call to check it out be sure and ask for Jordan because she is an amazing leasing agent!
