I’ve had the pleasure of having Ms.Tammy as my property manager for a while now, and I can honestly say that the turnaround since she took over has been remarkable! The property has undergone a complete 360 in terms of management, maintenance, and communication. Any concerns or issues I’ve had were addressed quickly and professionally, and I’ve noticed an overall improvement in the building’s condition and atmosphere.I’ve read some older reviews, but I truly believe they stem from situations where tenants never reached out directly to Ms.Tammy to resolve their concerns. She’s always been approachable and responsive to any needs I’ve had. I’m genuinely excited to have her as my property manager, and I feel confident that the property is in good hands under her leadership. If youre considering moving here or dealing with any property management issues, I highly recommend speaking directly with her – she’s made a world of difference!

Hello, I am leaving this review to say that Bethany was very helpful and sweet when attending us She answered every question that we had as far as questions about the neighborhood, and the schools 🏫 near by. When we came across a difficult time in filling out the application, she was very patient while guiding us at the same time. I really love these apartments, the ceilings are high, the air smells fresh in the apartments and no loud 🔊📢 neighbors either. Thank you Ms. Bethany 😀💯

Ive been a resident at Westerly Apartments since they were first built and I have to say that things have really turned around for the better since Tammy became the manager she is the true definition of a great manager she has great communication skills, friendly and most of all caring she truly has been a blessing to the Westerly. Over the last few years the property was starting to show signs of neglect, and it felt like the staff werent as attentive to residents needs as one should do. However, ever since Tammy took over, there has been incredible improvements across the property. The maintenance team is responsive and efficient, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property has definitely improved.If youre looking for a well-managed community where you feel valued as a resident, I highly recommend checking it out under the new management team!

This is HOME for me. Very well organized front office. Map, for food deliveries are of ease, the gym is state of the art!! It slays!! (Two snaps)The mailbox is of easy access and is accessible only by us, the residents. And the courtyards are well kept & one of the court yards are accessible for dogs the other 2 are not, so that’s awesome so the dogs could meet up, as well as neighbors. The maintenance not to mention, are on schedule & point!!

Ms. Tammy the new property manager for this complex, she came in and did a whole 180 to this luxury apartment complex. The staff before was not the best. Me being a delivery driver and coming in and she’s making my job easier I greatly appreciate it. New manager whole new vibe and very welcoming and peaceful when you come in. I love this place. All of the amenities are amazing, but most of all, the 5 star customer service I received from Priscilia gave me was the best. She was very knowledgeable of the community and surrounding shopping centers. We toured with a friend that applied there, and if I was looking at this time, I would have leased. I cant wait for my lease to end and move here.

Been here for 2 years and the people writing bad reviews are the ones getting kicked out for smoking weed and trashing the place. The westerly is one of the nicest apartments in the area and the residents like me are trying to keep it that way. Follow the rules and you won’t get kicked out. Otherwise go move elsewhere 🤷🏻‍♂️ the management staff has always been quick to resolve issues and maintenance is top notch! 5 stars!

I have lived here for some time now and I am impressed with this property. I have lived in a view apartment complexes and I’ve never seen this exceptional service before. Westerly apartment is very clean and organized. It is very obvious that the team cares for the complex as well as the tenants. Anytime I have a concern they handle it right of way, they take my concerns and questions into their own hands. I never had an issue that ever took till the next day to complete. I feel safe here at this complex and I feel comfortable parking my car anywhere. The apartment complex has exceeded my expectations and I thank the management and the team for making this a luxurious and safe living environment.

I have living here for 2 years plus and since Jas came to the property only dealt with her as she offers great customer service, my maintenance issues are addressed and I decided to renew back for another 16 months . Property is beautiful no doubt and she is the only one I see at the office at all time working and opening alone but always address my issues with smile and residents loves her as a great property manager .I want to thanks her for all she do here .Keep doing good work as this is what this great looking ,beautiful maintained property needs I do for sure recommend this property who are looking for home as you wont be disappointed!

I love my apartment and Im very very happy with my move in process. I relocated from out of state and needed housing right away due to circumstances out of my control. I applied on a Friday and moved in on Tuesday. The manager Jasbir worked through her days off/holiday weekend to ensure everything went smoothly. When I arrived in Houston, I went directly to the leasing office from the highway and she and the other staff were very friendly and all my expectations were met! Im definitely satisfied with my my housing choice!

Jasbir (office manager) and the rest of the staff made moving here from out of state one of the smoothest transitions. They made sure to check in along the way to help insure everything was set in place before move in, making it easy. The move-in process was equally smooth and I could tell they cared about me as a tenant. After move in, they still are very helpful, friendly, and personable which is a plus. Aside from the great staff, the property is gorgeous, quiet, and well kept. If youre considering moving here, DO IT!

I can’t express my happiness for the westerly apartments. I love how modern and clean the apartment complex is. The apartment complex has electronic locks on every door and it gives me a peace of mind with my safety. I love the apps and services the apartment provides when it comes to house keeping, maintenance, etc. The westerly redefines luxury living, and I plan to resign my lease here because of everything stated above as well as the exceptional management and staff. I have not had any issue since I have been here, and any concern I have had has been addressed immediately. Thank you Westerly.

I leased back in February with Emilio and it was a great experience! I got my approval within 24 hours and was able to see the unit a few days before move in. I was a little worried about the reviews addressing parking but I’ve been able to find parking feet of my apartment the whole month I’ve been here. Parking is enforced and that’s appreciated. Interaction with Jasbir, property manager, was very pleasant. She was welcoming and genuine! 5 stars would definitely recommend.

I’ve been at this property for a year and I truely do love it. The layouts are super nice and amenities and updated. The mangers in the office are super nice and will definitely take care of their residents. Jasbir is especially the best. She’s so understanding with any situation. As an attorney requesting to lease a unit, the leasing manager discriminated and forced my Corporate lease to be processed as a residential lease. Management told me that the reason for denying my application was because I currently have another lease and after providing certified documents proving my income and company ownership they accused me or falsifying documents because my of my income. Rachel, Roxanne and Mercy (Property Manager) and Regional Manager Nicole A. The management company is very unprofessional and racist are clearly in violation of the FHA and the ADA. After their bd faith acts now they do not want to return my admin fees that I paid to them.

Your new apartment is like living at a resort - Little SisterThis was my sisters response today after she came over to hang out and get a work out in, in the gym and if I am being transparent, I share the same feeling. Ever since I have moved into the Westerly I have had a phenomenal experience.Upon signing my lease I first met with Erica, then spoke with Emelio, and finally got everything situated with Jasi. Throughout this whole process the team did not miss a beat. Although, I was tough to deal with upfront, everyone who worked with me knew exactly where the last left off which speaks to the organization of the office.Fast forward to when we moved in, our first day, Jasi welcomed us with open arms. She knew who were even without us introducing ourselves then her and Emelio hastily moved us into our place with utmost hospitality. Both my lady and I immediately felt right at home. We did however, have to put in a work order for our ice maker but that was tended to the day of. Also, the communication is immaculate. Almost too good if you ask me. Everyday I am getting another email and text about things going on at the property. Adara really values keeping you in the loop about things you should know pertaining to your home.I am reading some of these reviews and raising my eye brows because a lot of the complaints that people have are self-inflicted. For instance, if a dog uses the restroom, it is the owners responsibility to clean up after it. Adara does a good job of circling back and cleaning up after the residents but we are all grown and should be able to clean our own mess.The quality of this community is top tier and the service I have experienced follows suit. Thank you for the great experience so far Adara! And special shout out to Jasi, Emelio, and Erica! It really has felt like a cruise ship!

It’s nearing the end of my lease and I have to say, it’s been one of my favorite place to live in my 7 years bopping around Houston. The ladies in the office are so sweet and very understanding when certain situations arise. The pool is beautiful, and the property is clean and kept up with. My only con is the parking.. :( there’s two sides and even that isn’t enough at times - sure I could pay for a covered spot, but it’s on the opposite side of the complex (which feels like a forever walk with your hands full of bags lol). Anywho, yes love living here & recommend to all.

There is something awesome going on at The Westerly. Our team of well managed and professional women make leasing and living here simple and comfortable. Fernandos maintenance crew is quick to respond and always happy to help. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet. The apartment is spacious and fits the needs of two empty nesters and new Texans. Everything is new and energy efficient. Best maintenance team ever, never had a maintenance request that weren’t fulfilled in the same day. Maintenance staff is also super nice and professional. The only downside is its high price.

Clean and beautiful property.Amazing floor plans and I LOVE my unit.Leasing office response is very good ,Jassi and Emilio very softspoken,dedicated Car parking whatever time I came home and no parking issues since I m living.Definately recommend if you are looking for apartment home.
