    Without question the best automative maintenance and repair shop we have ever used. The kindness and professionalism from the time we walked in the door and met Justin to picking up our car and visiting with Mr. Webb himself was beyond outstanding. They were very thorough in their analysis of the repairs that needed to be done and very honest about what needed to be done vs what I felt needed to be done. They were very fair in their estimate and pricing which was welcomed. We have used previous repair shops that charged an arm and a leg for average work at best. They were very thorough in their work and had all of the repairs done in two days which we were not expecting. We will NEVER use another automotive repair shop again. Mr. Webb you and your team are truly the epitome of what a small business family looks like and we are thankful we found you. Thank you again for everything. We WILL be back

    We were referred to Webbs Automotive by a friend and we have been very pleased with our service with them. They feel like a small town automotive shop - they have a friendly staff and give you a honest recommendation of what you need. They dont try to up-sell you and they have a genuine conversation with what is going on with your vehicle. They take the time to discuss the reasoning behind their recommendations and findings and make sure you understand the plan for next steps. They are quick to get you in and out. It is hard to find a mechanic in a big town that you can trust to give you an honest opinion with reasonable prices and Webbs Automotive does that.

    I don’t even know where to begin. I have an older model Ford that has been having issues. I brought it in earlier this year for some bigger repairs and from the start it was exceptional. Justin talked me through everything! I told him I didn’t plan to keep the car much longer and never once did he suggest random/unnecessary repairs like other shops. He did what was needed to keep the car running safely for a little while longer and only offered suggestions for future repairs. Well, a few weeks ago the car finally gave out. He gave me every option under the sun and talked me through various options to help make the final decision a little easier. In the end I will be purchasing a new car but if it ever needs service I know where I’ll be. I will also recommend Webb’s to anyone and everyone. Thank you for the absolute best customer service and exceptional car care.

    I was too sickly to get my vehicle inspected before New Years. I set up an appointment and arrived on time. Cody took my car in, and the inspection was completed in a timely fashion. I would call it First Class Service. I left and headed to Krogers and renewed it. I felt so relieved knowing Im driving with the correct sticker, and I look forward to year #14 of doing more business with the best.

    We had an appointment for our college daughters car on a Monday at 8 am, Thanksgiving week and completely forgot, thinking we had a Wednesday appointment. We decided to bring her car early on Monday, dropping it off at 11 am so they had a little longer to check out the problem and maybe get it back to us on Wednesday before they closed and before she had to go back to school on Sunday. They said they would try to look at it in time. We said if they needed to keep it longer, past the holiday and we had to take her back to school, we would work that out ourselves since we were late bringing it to them. Not only did they look at it and determine the issue, they fixed it by close of business on Tuesday so we had time to pick her up and get her car before they closed on Wednesday for the holiday weekend. They are the so kind and so dedicated to their customers and we are customers forever. We love Webbs Automotive!

    Best car mechanic shop in Houston area. Multiple times I’ve gone to a local mechanic for regular oil changes due to me pre-paying for them (never again) and they’ve tried telling me I’ve had thousands of dollars worth of issues on my car. I take it to Webbs for an 2nd opinion and they’ve said my car is fine each time. They are very honest and the staff is super friendly. I won’t go anywhere else now for any car related things. It’s hard to trust car shops these days and it’s so nice to fully trust what they say and the work they do!

    I totally trust Webbs to care for my vehicle! I have used them for many years. Recently I took my vehicle there to check out a light that indicated that one of tires had an issue. They checked it out, and it was something they could not correct. They told me to take it to the place that I bought the tires. Webbs did not charge me for diagnosing the problem. I took it to my tire dealer and the sensors were bad. Thank you, Webbs, for getting me in the right direction to correct the issue!!

    Took my car to Webb Automotive for the 1st time and had a great experience. My mom took her car and told me about it. Their customer service is amazing! They welcome you with a big smile as soon as you open the door. This is what gets me to like a place-customer service! The place is clean. The people that work there are so professional and polite. They explained to me the services they were going to do to my car (3 services) and the price. It is a family owned business and I know they will never take advantage of me by lying or selling me services or parts I do not need since I’m a girl. I really felt comfortable here. Their waiting area is also clean and has coffee and water for customers. One thing I really like is that you can make appointments and they block a time for the services you need-meaning they do not overlap customers! This way, you are not spending more time than what is needed. Finally, when you call to make an appointment, everyone that answers is super nice! Noel and Cory answered the phone. I will definitely go back to this place and will recommend it 100%! When I took my car, Cory, the girl with a cute pink long skirt, and a skinny / fit guy helped me. They were amazing! From now on, Webb’s Automotive it is!!!! I’m NEVER going back to the service department at Ford dealership.

    I experienced severe car trouble that it required immediate service. My mom insisted on Webb’s automotive. It was 5:00 Tuesday and we had to pick up a U-Haul trailer Thursday by noon. We arrived at 8am without an appointment, explained the situation and the reason for the immediacy. Justin was incredibly compassionate and agreed to do his best. He called as soon as they knew the issue and they were going to be able to fix it but the timing was going to be very difficult but, once again, they would do their best! Not only was it ready in time, but they were able to complete it for $700 less than their quote because of something I don’t know anything about because I was doing my happy dance!! Everyone I came across there was very professional and knowledgeable but more importantly they were warm, welcoming and respectful humans who truly care!!Thank you Webb’s family!!

    Webbs came recommended by several trustworthy friends and I now recommend them. They kept my car an additional day because some rusty bolts wouldnt come off. Instead of breaking them and having to order factory bolts, he let it soak overnight and bolts came loose. I appreciate this type of care and attention to small problems. They wont charge extra for uneeded work. Ive found my car spot.

    I know Ive already given these guys excellent reviews but wanted to share my latest encounter with Webbs. I thought I was smelling antifreeze at different times with my vehicle, so I decided to let Webbs take a look. After a thorough inspection they determined nothing was wrong and charged a minimal fee. Sharing this review for their honesty. This could have easily gone a different direction with needing a new radiator, etc. I cant say enough good things about Webbs! Second to none in auto repair and honesty!

After getting numerous ridiculous quotes from repair shops/dealership this place was recommended on our neighborhood site. Not only did Webb’s automotive fix my issue but they did it for a fraction of the cost that others quoted me. The staff was super friendly and the technician came out and chatted with me as well. Never taking my vehicles anywhere else but here from now on.

    I hope to never leave Cypress because Webb is without a doubt the best automotive shop I have ever encountered. The staff is friendly, genuine, and most importantly HONEST. An unnamed shop down the road from Webb tried to tell me the transmission in my car with less than 15k miles was bad. Webb not only took a look for me but gave me an all clear and didnt even charge me for their time. Theyre quick, professional, and run their business with integrity.

    From the towing to the follow up and communication, this was an A1 experience for my family, beginning to end. My daughters car was towed in on a Saturday, Monday morning Brad called and immediately provided us with wonderful customer service and expectations. He gave an estimated time frame of when he would call us back and shockingly...he followed up accordingly and on time! He was friendly and explained everything to us professionally and honestly. We appreciated this so much as this was for our daughters car in Prairie View while shes in college and we are originally from Dallas. Brad put our worries and concerns about a trustworthy and reliable auto mechanic and we know without a doubt we made the best choice for our auto care needs in coming to Webbs Auto. A friendly and welcoming voice always answers the phone when we called and I am not 100% of the ladys name who offered further assistance with us in making arrangements to pick up our daughters car, Noelle maybe ?? but everyone who we interacted with was a pleasure!     My vehicle needed a fair bit of work on the front suspension. We dropped it off Sunday night using the convenient key drop. They communicated well & often about the status of the repairs. Unfortunately, there was a little hiccup with one of the parts they ordered. This was going to delay everything another day. I had need of my vehicle the following morning for an appointment, so it was really going to cause some grief. I was super pleased when they called back to update me a couple hours later that they had what they needed & they were doing their best to get it done by the end of the day. It did take the majority of the afternoon, but they got it done! I was able to pick it up & I am very pleased with how it drives. The delay on the part was not their fault, but they did whatever it took to make their customer happy! Thank you, Justin!I had my battery leave me stranded the other day with no warning. I called Webb this morning to see if I could get it replaced. Not only was Justins answer yes, but today! I was warned that it might take a couple of hours because they would probably need to obtain it locally first. I was fine with that. Their waiting room is very comfortable & I brought a handicraft, to keep myself busy. After only an hour & a half, they were all done & I was on my way. The labor charge was more than reasonable AND they topped off the tire that was telling me it had low pressure, even though I forgot to ask them to do it!

    Webbs Automotive comes through again. I think it is important to share my experience again... I have three newer drivers in my family that I have bought three used vehicles.... with the prices of used cars today what once was a great starter car can quickly become very expensive starter car.... that said when things happen as they always do with used cars I have been more inclined to fix them than just replace them. Brad from Webbs and the whole team there have been honest and straight forward with me in these times. They could probably get more money from me on needed repairs but they give me options and they understand how to build long term trust and long term relationships.     Took a few years to find a auto shop we could trust. Many neighbors in Fairfield subdivision highly recommended Webb Automotive. Finally a shop that I fully trust & can send my wife to when I’m not available to do so. Other shops we tried had a guru at the front desk that is incentivized to add services not needed. When we first moved here 8 years ago, I sent my wife to another shop for a simple oil change. The guru talked her into a $400 brake line purge which absolutely wasn’t needed. The vehicle was less than a year old and only had 16,000 miles on it. I did get a refund and an apology from the owner for the “misunderstanding”.Webb is the BEST!!!

    I have used Webbs for years. I was there customer before they built this new shop in Cypress...which I love, much more convenient for my family. Their crew has definitely grown over the years. I was used to dealing with Roy Webb directly but he is slowing down a bit. :) It is a family affair and I love working with local business. Webbs is always honest and professional. They can be a bit backed up at times but it is worth the wait. My vehicles are always done right the first time. Currently he works on all my stuff, Mustang, F150, Lincoln MKZ and Ford Explorer. I called in thinking I needed new brakes for my lifted Jeep, and potentially pretty quick!     This shop is the best in Cypress. They under promised but way over delivered. Hubby broke a part while changing oil in our driveway. With help from Brad, he gave us a tow truck recommendation that they work with and we got it towed .2 miles down the street to the shop. We were expecting to be down a car for at least a week, when 4 hours later, Brad calls to say its all fixed. Very fair in pricing and 100% best customer service.     Ive been taking my vehicles to Webbs Automotive for maintenance and repairs for over 25 years, starting at his former service center on Mayard Road. Over the years Webbs has performed excellent work and advice for a very fair price. They are very honest and do not replace parts unless its necessary or a scheduled replacement (like a timing belt). There have been times when I thought some modification or upgrade should be done, but Roy would tell me it wasnt necessary which saved me some money. One of my vehicles, a Ford Explorer, which was serviced by Webbs Automotive, had nearly 250,000 miles on it before I finally sold it. I highly recommend Webbs Automotive!!

    Update (7/14/2024): These folks continue to go above and beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately, this review update is really late because it pertains to damage my wife suffered to her Toyota Sienna from a storm in late May 2024. As you may recall, that storm dumped a lot of rain on Cypress quite quickly, resulting in some localized flooding. My wife was driving home on the 290 feeder road just south of the outlet mall, and due to the low visibility and the vehicle in front of her, she didnt see a deep puddle on the road until it was too late to avoid it. Fortunately, she maintained control of her Sienna when she hit this deep puddle at fairly high speed, but the impact did result in damage to the vehicles undercarriage panels, resulting in both of the center-center ones being ripped from their fasteners under the doors, but not in the center - this resulted in them dragging on the road and making obnoxious noise. Even with my jack and stands I couldnt get to the middle fasteners very easily, so I quickly gave up on removing them. Im a PhD engineer who spent countless hours with my dad as a kid fixing/building everything you can imagine, including many vehicles, so I happen to know a thing or two about this, and I described the situation to my wife and told her what actually happened.She went to Webb, told Justin (based on her description of the man) about striking a puddle at high speed, and to my astonishment, he told her exactly what I told her - these panels are largely aesthetic, and while they do reduce drag a little bit, not having them has a very small impact on vehicle mileage. Justin said he had one man idle, so my wife gave him her keys, the Sienna was put up on a proper lift, and within 5 minutes the fasteners/panels had been removed. My wife said thanks, how much do I owe you, and Justin said no charge. WOW. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU HEARD THAT FROM AN AUTOMOTIVE SHOP?Folks, I simply cannot praise Webb Auto highly enough. Were privileged to have a shop nearby that does honest, high quality work for a fair price. Give them your business - you wont regret it.Update (3/28/2024): My wife went to Webb Auto last week for her annual state vehicle inspection. While there, she mentioned to them (presumably to Justin, based upon her description of the man she spoke to), that one of the brakes on her Toyota Sienna makes a sound when she backs up, and asked if they could check it out. They did, and told her that it still looks good, but the disc has some rust on it. They told my wife that the brake pad and its rotor can still go a for long time before they need to be replaced, but if Webb were to replace them now the cost would be $500+, and because it wasnt damaging the braking system in any way that he didnt recommend it. Wow. When I say I love these folks at Webb, I mean it. When was the last time you heard of a woman going to an auto shop, expressing a concern, and the auto shop not taking advantage of her? Seriously. Webb Autos honesty and integrity is unparalled in their industry. Id give them 10-stars if I could. Thank you, Webb Auto!I love Webb Automotive because they do good work for a fair price and they never try to cheat you, which is appalling rare these days, in many businesses, but particularly in auto shops. I even spoke recently with a mechanic who has worked for a number of local auto shops, and he said of all of them, Webb was by far the most scrupulous. I was very impressed with their service, transparency, and their communication. Two days ago my car’s check engine and trac off signs turned on.     I have used Webbs for years because they do a good job, and are one of the few auto shops Ive found that do not try to take advantage of you, or upsell you a service you do not need. Their prices are reasonable, and their customer service is excellent in my experience.Just be aware that they do tend to get booked up, and to schedule online a few days ahead of time if possible. They also do not work weekends (I dont blame them), so you may have to juggle your schedule a little more. For me, its absolutely worth it.

As a woman, Ive gone in for an oil change and been told my car needed thousands dollars of work done (which simply wasnt true).     Weve been dealing with Webbs pretty much our entire 21 plus years living in Cypress. We started off looking around and tried other shops, but all we got was poor work and dishonesty, which are two big ones. When we finally did deal with Webbs, we never looked back. Two main things I want to say is they are trustworthy and competent. It may take a while for them to get to you, but this is what to expect when a shop is busy and they do good work. One other thing we really like about these guys is they are family. NO corporate mentality, which I personally hate. When they call with an estimate, all I say is fix it and when is it going to be ready.

    Once again Webbs took care of our issue timely and honestly. It is important to be able to trust those you take your car to and that they are not trying to oversell you on unnecessary items. Webbs shoots you straight. Last time I took my truck in I was sure it needed new brake pads which they could have easily sold me a brake job, but no they checked it out and said everything was fine. If you are looking for a good repair shop I would recommend you give them a try. Five stars every time we go in.

    Fast, friendly service! I went to Webbs for my vehicle state inspection. Despite there being many cars in the parking lot and some customers waiting inside, my inspection was completed immediately. I was in and out in about 20 minutes! Read the reviews and sounded to be a honest company. I was greeted at the door and the owner said he would do an inspection and call me with an estimate which he did. I felt satisfied with the price and they completed the work on time as quoted. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I left feeling that I found a trustworthy company.     Went in for an oil change and brake check rear brakes needed to be replaced (which I was aware of). They talked me out of doing the front in order to get more wear on them. They also found a pinion leak and replaced the seal without any time addedThis place is efficient, cost efficient and I have never had return work.     We have used Rancourt for over 20 years and we so sad to see them get sold out. Not knowing where to go we took our car to the dealership for a repair. While there, they informed us that we also need something else repaired and quoted us $1,200. I have seen good reviews for Webb and all have said that they run an honest business. So, we decided to get a quote from them to have the repair work done since the dealership told us that the repair was necessary. I am so glad that we went to Webb!! He gave me the quote as requested which was around $800 (a lot less then Nissan) but the amazing thing was that he told me that we did not need to have the repairs done and that everything looked fine!Not only did they save us $800 but they gained our business! We will be bringing all four of our cars there in the future!!
