I just would like to express my gratitude and thanks to Jorge. He was simply amazing. He was very punctual with the appointment when I tell you my appointment was at 8 o’clock. Jorge was knocking on the door at 7:59. When he came in, he introduced his self and got right to work. There was no question about his work ethic. He was kind and knowledgeable about everything that he was doing and not only did he, fix the issue, but he did a routine check. Told me some other services that was needed and took care of them right away. This was the best I’ve had all year. Way to go AC Pro 👌🏽There is no doubt in my mind. Just had to comment on how spectacular these guys are. I’ve been experiencing an issue with my 2nd floor AC unit (and thermostat) randomly cutting off. It’s an ecobee so I have no clue what to do with it since the screen is completely black. In addition to getting on the phone with ecobee technical assistance, I hired two different companies to come and fix the problem before finally calling HousePro.Ron from HousePro was quick, punctual, and incredibly professional. He wore shoe protectors throughout the house and even cleaned up the repair site 🧹. I’m impressed by how quickly he diagnosed the problem.Ron had me fixed up and cooling and even stayed to make sure nothing else went wrong. He communicated the problem in a way that I could easily understand but without mansplaining! I felt acknowledged and respected. I’m so glad I called HousePro, these guys are my go-to for any Air Conditioning related problems.Also, now I understand all the other positive reviews, I’m so ecstatic about their professionalism that I’m excited to share how good these guys are 👍🏼. Our A/C Unit quit working late yesterday (7/31). Rudolfo (Rudy) Rodriguez came out today in response to our Service Request. He was spot on time and worked so very hard in this Houston heat to get our Unit up and running again. Rudy is a gentleman, considerate, and professional. He is very knowledgeable and proficient in his craft. While he was working I was asking a lot of questions. Rudy answered my questions in great detail and gave me a lot of information about my A/C Unit and proper servicing. He gave me a lot of pointers to help keep my Unit in working condition to avoid unnecessary breakdowns and repairs. I am thankful for Rudy and highly recommend him for caring for your HVAC System. I’m very happy and pleased with his work. House Pro has a good man here.10/12/24 Roldofo came out for the scheduled heater unit inspection. He performed a very thorough inspection of not only the heater system, but the ductwork efficiency and the overall attic assessment. He then provided me with his findings, both in face to face consultation, and email report, which confirmed my suspicions of needed maintenance, pointing out how taking these measures would save us in overall electricity costs. I must add that he did not try to “sell” me any services, etc. He just made me aware of needed maintenance issues. I very much appreciate Rodolfo. He is a gentleman, trustworthy, and very professional.

We contacted our home warranty company and they contracted a different provider and I called back to specifically ask for House Pro based upon the level of service received few months prior regarding a different unit and issue. I was originally scheduled for a later time slot but received a call expressing tech can actually come earlier which was great considering the master bedroom and family areas were not cooling properly and quite warm and I have been using box fans to circulate air to keep cool. Mr. Gomez arrived quickly and immediately began to diagnose the issue inspecting inside the attic and the exterior units and was able to diagnose and repair the problem and did it with a smile on his face! He validated my prior observations and went into greater detail with explaining how and why the system was reacting in the manner it was. It’s been roughly 90 minutes since his departure and you can feel the difference in cooling as my house continues to cool to the set temp. I would definitely recommend House Pro to anyone seeking exceptional service in the Houston metro area.

Kevin Lopez is the best AC man That I know Kevin is the third AC man they came to check on my AC it was leaking. He took the time to clean everything real cool time to find out. It was still leaking the unit and the water was leaking out from the pan So now I have to wait until all the water has gone out with no air. I don’t blame. Kevin is the unit that’s off-line. Leo & Kevin came by after I had submitted a ticket through my house warranty plan. My heater was making a noise while it was on. Leo & Kevin investigated the issue and found out a wire was in the way and hitting part of the motor. They also stayed after to make sure the thermostat would turn the A/C back on which I appreciated! Very happy with their service.I would like to add that this is not my first call with HousePro. In the summer time my evaporator coil went out. Brendon L. did an awesome job evaluating everything, and explaining the problem to me. Ronald G. later came out with a contracted team to replace the coil. They all did a great job.My second call was to replace the thermostat. After the coil was replaced my old thermostat no longer worked. Paul S. handled that call. He went above and beyond to get it done before the weekend since there were some issues that caused other parts of the unit to fail. He made trips to the warehouse to get those parts and to finish the job. Could not be more thankful!I have not had a bad experience with them. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

I have purchased two home central heating/AC systems since 2005. I have found the service personnel to be very professional and supportive. They are also very responsive and punctual. I purchased an A/C system from them about a year ago and the evaporator coil began to leak. This was mid-July 2022 in 100 degree heat! They came out immediately. It looked like there was going to be a six week wait for a new coil due to supply chain issues. The owner of the company had already sent over a portable AC unit for us to use in the bedroom (a real lifesaver) but he also took the initiative to make some calls and was able to locate an evaporator coil that was within our warranty and installed it the next day. I HIGHLY recommend this company. The A/C technician was Saul Cruz and he was very personable, very professional and very efficient.

Leon and Ron were able to come and help guide us through some very hot days that led to cool ones. They came promptly to our house and were very thorough in their assessment. They explained options, ways to help us save, and avoid future headaches. It was so important to us that they got out here as fast as possible, as we have a newborn in our house and the heat index was at 105. Very grateful for their help and professionalism.

I have been getting my HVAC system serviced by HousePro since I moved into my house a couple years ago. They are always great about reminding me to have my system checked out in the fall and the spring to make sure everything is working before the coming season.Recently, they installed a new system for me because mine was quite old. It works great. Everyone was very helpful and responsive to my questions. Concerns that I had were addressed quickly and the explanations were very thorough and helped put my mind at ease. The new system works very well at keeping my house cool.I really appreciate how quick to respond everyone is and how seriously they take any of my questions or concerns.Update 8/30/2022:My AC has been having problems with short cycling lately. Ive had to call someone out a couple times in the past week now. Theyre always very responsive and helpful. Someone has always been able to come out the same day. Raj has spent hours diagnosing and fixing the problems with my system and has done a great job of explaining any issues. After his visit today, things seem to be running smoothly once more. Really appreciate it.
