When I came home and found that my AC system had stopped cooling after ten years, I knew it was going to be a headache and an expensive process. I could either bandaid my current system (out of warranty by three months) or do a full system replacement. Based on my situation I decided that a full system replacement would be the best option due to changing requirements for refrigerants that are forthcoming this year and the bandaid price wasn’t cheap. After spending three days of listening to contractor after contractor give me the song and dance of how great their company is and then pulling out an astronomical price at the end of the spiel followed by “we finance!”, I was fearing how much this was going to cost me. I was given Urgent Care’s information and decided to get at least one more bid. Mr. Ramos came in and didn’t try to upsell me all the bells and whistles with upgrades and inflated fees that most tried to do…he gave me an actual manageable accurate estimate. Mr. Ramos was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He answered questions knowledgeably and wasn’t afraid to say he didn’t know a specific answer to my random question BUT he always researched my concern diligently with his peers or the company’s technical support and found a solution to every question/concern that I had. I found Mr Ramos to be a super friendly and approachable guy that truly listened to my concerns. I also found his office manager Katie to be extremely helpful with scheduling and making sure that I had everything I needed. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail that was provided and I would definitely recommend their services.

Jose is very good at what he does and very dependable. He made sure he can fix it first before recommending for a total AC replacement because he recognizes the cost that it entails. Considering the urgency of the issue, Jose was able to find availability and fix the issue within a very short timeframe. My tenants are satisfied with the quality of his work. Besides, communications with Jose is always prompt and straightforward. Highly recommended.
