We had THT out for a home warranty repair. We had two previous contractors. This was the first time we were totally satisfied. You could not ask for better customer service and quality repairs. Naib was able to quickly diagnose the problem, remedy the issue, and provide guidance for future upkeep to prevent the problem from happening again. Not only could you could tell that Naib is experienced, but him and his wife also had good customer service skills. Likewise, they were on time and worked quickly. I am very pleased with their work. I have a birthday party on Sunday evening and suddenly my AC stops working in 105F temperature. I texted multiple technicians including Mr Naib. The only one to call me back was Mr Naib. He understood my situation and came in 2 hours as he mentioned, though he wasnt working that day.He has cleaned my AC unit, replaced the burned out power cables, educated me about the maintenance of the Units.Mr Naib is very good at what he does and explained me the air flow issues that I was having at my house and the corrective steps I need to be taking to resolve the issue.I cannot thank him enough for resolving my issue on a very hot summer afternoon and my birthday party went fine.

We’ve been using THT for years. Naib and his wife are really great to work with. They’re professional, honest, fair priced, and do what they say they’re going to do. He’s also very patient explaining AC issues with me and sometimes has to tell me more than once. They especially have been very responsive when I fail to call for annual maintenance and our AC goes out during the heat of summer. At least this year, I called and got on the maintenance schedule right away. We really appreciate them and will continue to do so.

I woke up at 6:30 AM to a home that was 80 degrees, on a Saturday morning forecasting 97 degree temperatures, plus all weekend. Annoyed as most people are that wake up to a hot house, I did my own due diligence, checking breakers, thermostats and individual units to see if anything may have tripped. (That is the extent of what I can self diagnose and repair. Admittedly not much.) A little before 7 AM, I made a phone call to THT Air Solutions, which was answered immediately, and was told they would be out around 8 AM - same day. What? You answer the phone at 7 AM and show up within an hour in the middle of a Texas summer? Not only did they arrive promptly, he identified the issue within 10 min and showed me what the problem was and how he diagnosed it. Pulled the parts from his van, taught me everything I needed to know to better preserve my units then took the time to clean them as well. Once the unit was up and running, he showed me how he identified the issue, and why the part needed to be replaced. As he realized the age of the unit, which was less than 2 years old, he pulled the warranty information for me and is dealing with the parts on his own. I only paid the labor charges. (I did not ask him to do this.... I was willing to pay for it, since I did not want to wait the weekend out in a hot house to deal with a warranty company.)I work in the commercial real estate field and can tell you with one hundred percent certainty this group is not only extremely friendly, well versed in the field, but most importantly cost effective and trustworthy. If you are in need of service, I highly recommend this group!

I called my home warranty company for a/c issue. Paid $60 to the a/c company that home warranty company sent out. I was told that I needed a new condensate pump and line flush. Home warranty of course denied my claim. I called the a/c company back for quote to do needed repair and was quoted $498 which is totally outrageous. By the way they never offered to check my old pump to see if it could be repaired. I called THT A/C, Naib came out the next day. He cleaned the pump and flushed the line. I was charged hundreds of dollars less than the other company quoted and now my system is running like new. We need more people like Naib in this would. Honest, reliable and fair. Thank you Naib, you are now on speed dial on my phone!

This family owned company is AMAZING to say the very least! We had an HVAC system, older than dirt, go out on us right after buying our home, THT Mechanical came out that Saturday shortly after calling them and talked us through the issues and their concerns with of our hvac. They were extremely honest, fair, and so very helpful!!! We bought our new HVAC from them and thank goodness we decided to listen to them and replace because when they pulled out our old one it had cracks throughout, so scary!They installed the new hvac in one day, came out a few days later to ensure it was still working properly and gave us some really great parts and labor warranties! We absolutely LOVED working with them, they made us feel like we were in the best hands and getting very reasonable and fair prices. If you need anything done to your system or looking for a new one, THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU SHOULD CHOOSE! They are the best and we couldn’t be happier with their customer service and work!!!!

I spoke with Nieb on the phone regarding the Global Plasma Solutions Air Purification system. He was well versed in it and had installed many of them before. We also discussed some other items regarding our Air Conditioning system and ways he might be able to recommend it perform better. He was very professional and didn’t try to upsell me.He came out and performed a free inspection of our A/C system and confirmed he would be able to install the Air Purification unit along with recommending an emergency shut off switch be installed in case the A/C drain backed up and a Furnace gas line minor modification to bring it into compliance with the current city code.Additionally, he advised that due to the current placement in the attic of our almost 30 year old A/C unit he didn’t want to “take our money” by trying to make some minor changes to the ducting that may or may not help but rather suggested we continue to use the existing system but plan to replace the entire unit and ducts in a few years once it failed. I appreciated that. He could have just tried to “make a few bucks” by telling us he could implement some minor changes but he treats his customers like they are family and friends and that is a breath of fresh air from where I stand.Nieb came back a few days later and he and his assistant did all the work as promised in a timely manner. He showed me all they did and explained the twice per year process of how to check whether the Air Purification unit needed to be cleaned.We wanted to get the GPS 2400 Air Purification unit installed primarily to reduce dust, allergens, mold, and bacteria in our home. We are already noticing a difference!Thank you Nieb. We will recommend THT Air Solutions to our friends and family whenever possible!

After 17 years of Texas wear and tear, my upstairs unit finally failed in the middle of July 2018. Not knowing much about the complexities of the HVAC systems, I began calling and requesting bids from the big box stores as well as independent and corporate contractors. After accepting and interviewing six different companies, I realized that the job of replacing my two systems was way more complex and expensive that I had imagined. Not only did the original builder install the wrong sized units for my home, they also failed to add the appropriate number of venting and return lines as well. On top of it all, one of the the units was not oriented per manufactures specifications which resulted in pressure and humidity problems throughout the upstairs rooms.THT Air Solutions - Naib Birdi, was the last contractor I met. Unlike the previous five, he actually spent time digging into the details and helping me to understand the differenced between the units, tonnage and flow rates and built out a detailed plan on how best to not only solve the existing problems but to ensure they did not return in the future. His patience and trusting demeanor was something missing from the others we met. After two separate meetings, and a complete review of his designs, we decided to let THT replace both systems. Our rebuild time took two 2 1/2 days due the complexities of reorienting the exchangers in the attic but, in the end, everything went to plan.Fast forward to today. Naib just finished with his maintenance checkup, performing the routine system clean and testing. And, after a years worth payment history, Naibs initial cost savings estimates were comfortably conservative, to say the least. As opposed to the 35% initially calculated, we are now averaging 45% across the last 12 months with a 48% improvement during the August peak. Not only are we seeing these savings in real dollars, the average cooling temperature went from 78 to 72 deg. while the average heating temperature went from 68 to 70 deg. And, at times, my son would crank the upstairs temps down to 67 deg. when he was in his peak gaming modes! (I didnt think it was even possible cool to that temperature due to the extreme summer heat we experience in North Texas.)In the final analysis, THT Air Solutions delivered on their promise. While the other contractors were bidding 14 to 16 SEER systems, THT delivered the Trane 21 SEER, variable systems - all while beating the competitive pricing by at least 25%. (This is considering the lower SEER systems prices quotes as well). THT delivered a significantly better product at a significantly lower cost. Honesty and integrity - as hard as it is to come by most days, I would certainly trust THT and Naib Birdi to do what is right, when is is needed and at a fair price.Thank you Naib.
