    Only Mobile Mechanics could get to come out short notice on a Sunday. Replaced my Water pump on my 07 Saab Aero 9-3 V6 Turbo in less time than what was Red Flagged for the job. Great Pricing! Was quoted twice as much from another mobile mechanic. Did the job in the Motel 6 parking lot. Was not driving the car another inch. No need to pay the tow truck company. Awesome job! Car is running Superb like a Saab does. Howard did a sensational job. Went and got me more coolant after the job was done and the radiator was not topped off. Attention to detail.

    The drivers side window on my wife chrysler town and country fell down into the door and wood not roll back up called a couple of shops close to were I live they both said it would take a few days to look at it ,I did not have a few days. I called Howard at texas star mobile mechanic explaining what had happened, Howard told me he would finish up the job he was on and pick up the needed parts to repair my vehicle and be on his way . When Howard arrived he had the needed parts in hand and started working on my vehicle it took him about an hour to fix my problem it was also very Hot like 105 Howard done a great job In a very timely manner will definitely be using him again.

    Been going through Texas Star Mobile for sometime. He is honest, reliable and very reasonable on prices. Has saved our vehicles more than once; doesnt play games or give you the run around and comes out to where you are; has even given recommendations on best types of used cars to look at and simple ways to tell if a car engine would be good before buying. Its also very nice to conversate with a mechanic who has the old school ability to look at engines while understanding when to hook your car up to a computer diagnostic appropriately instead of all the time for everything.

    I had a very great experience with Howard. He was so professional in diagnosing the issue on my car. Just from the initial conversation on yhe phone he was able to tell me the problem, still I wasnt satisfied and requested to first do a diagnosis before going forward. After the diagnosis. It turned out to tbe the same problem. So I agreed that he replace the part on the vehicle. I will recommend him to anyone.

    Our family is so grateful for Harolds way of doing business. We bought a car that had massive issues within 24 hours of purchasing from a dealer in Dallas. Our son broke down and within a short window of time , he deployed and immediately got to work to help us. He kept us informed and shared his knowledge the whole way through the repairs. Because we took Harolds advice, we were able to actually submit a claim with the manufacturer that took care of the remaining issues.     Listen this man Howard knows what he is doing... He is always busy fixing other peoples car, but he treats your car as if it was the only one on his schedule.     I would give them 10 Stars if I could. It was my first time having a mobile mechanic come to fix my car at my home. the mechanic Howard was very professional and thorough he sent me pictures of the results from start to finish. Explain to me that I had a warranty on parts and labor my car started having an issue and when I text Howard he came the very next day to check it out. He stayed a bit being very thorough making sure everything was good. There was no problem with the work he did it was something different. then he called me a couple of days later to make sure everything was still good .you really dont fine people or companies like that anymore. I mentioned Texas star mechanics and Howard to my church group if they need any thing done on their vehicles and I will continually refer this company.

    The best mobile mechanic or mechanic period that I have encountered he’s the real deal and super chill and cool and I love that he was working with his son and showing him the ropes of his business and I love it when us black people strive and want to teach our kids new things and the success of it to better their future and set them up so they can learn a thing or two from it and use it in life. His son was already set up being a football guy and taking his architectural path he carried himself really well for being so young in highschool I thought he was a grown man looking and talking to him he seemed like a dandy young man they were great and would recommend their service to anyone in the dfw area looking for fast mechanic repairs and tryna support their grind all the up to a potential multi million dollar business.     Was treated awesome. My starter went out and he came to me an hour after I called. Gave me a fair diagnostics and didn’t try to feed me any nonsense. He went deep on diagnostics and as I expected it was the starter. He quoted me a very fair price and it gets better. He went and got the part right then came back and fixed it. It didn’t matter that it took him till 1 am.He knew I had to leave on business the next day and made sure I had my car.Howard was a life saver and was extremely fair.     Let me tell you this is the best mechanic service I have ever encountered! Howard the technician is knowledgeable and effective and I would only use his car services from here on out! You don’t even have to leave your home as he is mobile and will come to you! Even on his off day he came and did my brakes for me and it didn’t take him hours as if you were to go to a car dealership etc. My brakes were ran down and had the loudest noise before Howard’s work… now they are new and the brakes feels amazing!     Texas Star Mobile Mechanic went above and beyond! I was stuck without transportation and was in need of immediate help. Texas Star answered that call and made the transaction so simple. One of there techs Howard came to the house on the same day within a few hours of scheduling the visit. I was able to talk to Howard on the phone, unlike the other mobile mechanics that want you to go through their website. He gave me a very straightforward description of how they would proceed and followed the description to a T. Howard even stayed over his usual hours to finish the job and ensure my satisfaction.     I had a great experience with Howard and would definitely recommend him to anyone. I had never used a mobile mechanic before but it was great. He changed my fuel pump after showing me the diagnosis on the computer and after I had been to a garage 3x for my car dying when I stopped. He sent me pictures of everything he was doing, test drove it and then I test drove it as well when he was done. Keeping is his co tact info for the future, will definitely use again!

    Howard did a great job. My truck had been broken into and the would-be thief had destroyed my ignition and essentially disabled my vehicle but Howard was able to get it fixed along with some other problems I had before the break in. He fixed my AC (thank God), and replaced my fuse box which restored power to my OBD II port and even made my lights brighter. My truck is operating better than ever thanks to Howard. He s a hard worker and a busy man so make sure you maintain communication with him, but hes very knowledgeable and very versatile. I will definitely be using his services in the future and recommending him to friends and family. Thanks Howard for getting us back on the road in better shape than before.

    I have only good things to say about this business. I needed my vehicle fixed ASAP and I had the battery and the alternator replaced right where it got stranded. I saved on towing fees by calling a mechanic to come to me. I called late in the afternoon so the mechanic got started that night and finished the next morning. If I chosen to have it towed to a shop, who knows how long they wouldve taken JUST for the diagnostics much less repairing. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and was very professional.     I landed at DFW this morning an my alternator just happen to give out on my car. I was feeling out of luck After having several people give me a jump start jus for my car to keep dying. I finally made it to an autozone to get a new alternator realizing I had no clue how to put the thing in. I was trying to make it back to Oklahoma and had no one to call here in Texas.I ended up calling Howard at Texas star mobile an he answered so fast compared to other places I called that literally didn’t answer at all. He came out to autozone soon after me calling for help an got my alternator switched out for me in no time. It was a really rough morning but Howard was so nice, helpful and understanding of my situation. I was surprised at how quickly everything was done and the price was good considering he had to come to me. Showed up an got the job done under the time I was estimated.     Here we were on the side of the road at midnight with something smoking in the rear brake area. We are full time RVers and can pull over to sleep if we are in a safe place, but we did not feel safe. We are 2 women and 2 teenagers traveling. Howard Young was such a blessing to us! He helped us figure out that we could limp along safely to a better area and what to watch for. We got to a Cracker Barrel and finally got a few hours of sleep. The next morning Howard texted us first checking on us! We ended up limping further because we were only 40 miles from our destination. It was smoking pretty badly and we decided to go ahead and call him out then instead of when reached our destination. He was there within the hour. He was professional, very nice, and helped us figure out another issue we were having. He had us on our way within about an hour. Later we had some funny lights show up on the dash and texted him. He instructed us what to do and said he’d check in with us on Monday. And you know what? I know he will. We will absolutely recommend Howard to everyone we know in this area and will call him first in the future.

    This man’s customer service and positivity was like no other. We gave him the wrong motor size to fix an alternator but he said he would keep the price the same even though it would be more work✅.     Howard came out to fix a brake issue with my daughter’s car. The sensors thought the brake was on and, this was causing the lights to stay on. Had we waited until morning her battery would have been dead. We called and he came out even though it was going to be 10:30 at night before he could even start working. He was out there working until almost 11:30. He did a great job, explained everything he did, and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg.     Great mechanic. Came over quickly to diagnose the issue: battery / starter motor. He replaced the starter and showed me the battery wasnt good. I took my battery to AutoZone for a replacement and they tried to convince me it was still good but I got a replacement following the mechanics advice. With the replacement battery, my Explorer started right up. Ill definitely be using Texas Star again.

    The mobile mechanic that came to help with a problem( that I thought was the starter from listening to other mechanics) when he came he was on time and got to work with the vehicle he did a diagnose and found out it’s not even my starter that is messed up.
