I was fortunate enough to have Mark come to my home. He responded to our families emergency heater repair call. The original appointment was set for next week with Sears. I just brought my 85 year old mother from spending the last three weeks in the intensive care unit with pneumonia. Just the thought that we would not have heating was very scary due to this delicate situation. Mark received the call and told me he could come by. He came in less than two hours. He explained thoroughly what was causing the heating not to work. It was the fan plug. He had it working in no time. He expressed and showed his genuine concern towards our situation. I cannot thank him and the company enough for the quick response. I highly recommend them. Thank you Mark for saving our day!

We are working with a home warranty company. So. Tex Indoor Air Comfort was the second company sent out by them. Mark explained what was going on and took several photos to make sure he had all the info needed for the warranty company. He recommended replacement of the air handler. He explained what would be covered by the HWC and what would be need to be covered by us. He then provided the info to the HWC and they were back installing the new air handler within a couple of days. We appreciate all the up front communication and the professionalism of the installers.

I have a home warranty service and the initial company they referred me too when my entire heat/AC unit failed never showed up as promised. They ten referred me to So. Tex Indoor Air Comfort. Marc and his associates completed the installation of the entire unit in a professional and timely manner. Had an issue the day after installation and a technician was sent out the same evening and the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I am a disabled vet and they even offer vet discounts. Great company.

He promptly headed to the home we are currently in the process of buying and performed an inspection as to why it was not heating. He not only found the problem but also noted other opportunities for seller to fix before sale is completed. Marcos was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
