My HVAC started pouring water down onto my roof and everywhere I was calling said the closest appointment they had was in 2-3 days. I called Rush maintenance and they said they could be there within an hour, showed up in 30 minutes, and fixed the leak in less than 20 minutes. Great service, fast response times, and very affordable prices.

First off, I called three other establishments and couldnt get anybody to pick up a phone, and this was during listed business hours. Rush Maintenance was the only one to answer the phone, hence they got my business.Quality service, very professional. Worked quickly, fully explained the mechanisms of the heater, why it was malfunctioning, and they were reasonably priced. These folks will be my go-to for future heating and cooling needs.

They were prompt and professional my water pump went out because the wiring was messed up at my house that I’ve lived in for 11 years. I had a thermostat with the wrong gauge wiring and improper wiring too. Rush replaced the wiring and installed the thermostat downstairs because it used to be upstairs which was also a hassle. I am very satisfied they did everything they said at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

I live out of town but care for my elderly aunt in El Paso. Her air conditioner needed service in the middle of summer. Kelly went to check it out right away and said it could not be serviced. He replaced the old rusted unit with a new one. The job was done in no time. My aunt is now comfortable in her cool home. Thank you Kelly for doing a great job. The price was affordable also. Im so thankful I found Rush Maintenance!

Rush Maintenance Heating & Cooling have continued to do great work on my residential evaporative cooler ever since I moved to El Paso TX and had them do the evaporative cooling installation! If I ever need any emergency swamp cooler repairs or preventative maintenance, they respond quickly to my service needs. They are great local air conditioning and heating contractors you can rely on.
