    I was recommended Running Right Auto Care through my insurance company, Im so glad I was. I have never felt like I was in such good hands. The lady at the front desk, is really personable. Asking you all about the issues with your vehicle, to get the problem solved. I love it, if I have any more problems with my car I will most definitely be coming back. And they dont price gouge.     Came here after Phil’s service in Killeen Tried to charge me $400 for a diagnostic as soon as I walk through the door. Here at RUNNING RIGHT AUTO CARE and they fixed a bunch of different issues on my truck at a very affordable price. They have a customer for life.

    The dealer said I needed transmission and coolant flushes, and their estimate was just too much. I found Running Right with a Google Search, and thought to give them a try. I was not disappointed. I was very, very pleased with their professionalism and service. Their estimate was considerably lower, and the friendliness and helpfulness I received while there made it an easy decision to have them do the work. They notified me their multi point inspection showed the rear shocks were beginning to leak; I appreciated the heads up. I was very satisfied with the work they did on the car and am having them replace the rear shocks when the parts are available. I cant say enough about their politeness, genuine interest in my concerns, and their overall professionalism. They do superior work!

    Today I drove from North Dallas (400 miles-round trip) to have my car worked on at Running Right Auto Care and it was well worth the trip! Mr. Freeman and his staff have the most professional family owned shop in the Greater Killeen Area. It pretty difficult to find mechanic shops in the area that complete quality work for a reasonable price! The lobby is very nice with complimentary refreshments, and the atmosphere is really nice and laid back. My mechanic David was extremely knowledgeable about my specific repair and completed a quality check after the job was complete! I recommend Running Right as your complete auto care facility!Running Right Will Get You Right!

    Running Right Auto is AMAZING! Ive needed to get a few things fixed on our Chevy Sonic and brought it here. Their staff are honest about what you needed and what they can do for you.     I brought my car to Running Right Auto Care for several repairs. I was pleased with the level of communication, the photo evidence to back up the repairs needed, and their promptness. They sent me a report card, so to speak, via text of all the repairs needed along with photos showing the damage - I really liked that. For the type of repairs I needed I was very impressed with how quickly they finished the work and got my car back “Running Right”. Honest mechanic, women friendly, I would totally give them my business again!!! 10 out of 10 - recommend!

    Very Honest ShopHad been provided amazing customer service. I was there all day on 10/06 with my 2 littles in a double stroller. They didnt mind kids, even held the door open for me to come in and out. Went out of their way to get my rental claim started from my warranty company, unfortunately I did not know that it was reimbursement only. They originally told us Wednesday but the vehicle was ready the following Tuesday instead. Noticed they did more than what my original concern was. Will definitely come back in the future if I need any auto repairs done.

    Ive been taking all my cars here for about 6 years. They never miss a beat. Their customer services elite. Their prices are fair, but they also offer a 10% military discount. I just had my oil changed in 2011 Escalade. Full synthetic with filter included. $67... YOU CANT BEAT THAT!!!

    Expert expedient service. The staff knowledgeable about car problems and noises. I was an afternoon walk-in with brake and noise problems. The Running Right Care Cars center diagnosed and repair my faults within 3 hours. Additionally, I was updated on the status of my vehicle by text or cell. The staff informed me of problem delays in receiving parts for my Honda due to the Auto workers strike.

    I just picked up my Tacoma from here so it’s too soon to review the quality of work, but with a 2 year 24000 mile warranty, except for a used part we decided to use (which they said they might be able to work around if there is a problem), I’m not worried too much about it. What I can say is that the people here are supper nice and very helpful. The pricing was in line with other estimates or better, including Toyota, but with a better warranty. I chose them because other reviews spoke of their honesty and quality, and my experience so far confirms those reviews. I definitely recommend using them.

    Went in for inspection and needed work on my power steering a few months back. Did not notice until recently that someone in that shop fixed the jammed button on my drivers seat adjuster. That seat has been jammed since I bought the car 3yrs ago and it was so hard on my back. Thank you so much to whoever went out of their way to fix that for me!To add, everyone at Running Right was very professional, and they are efficient in returning a safe vehicle.

    I just want to say they are truly a blessing! I am very satisfied with the service they provided. The inspection report they provided is awesome, it shows you videos and pictures of the issues with the car. I do not live in the area and was looking for honest person to look at my car.     Running Right took care of my work truck and another car I own. Their prices have to be the best in town. They were fast and offer a guarantee on all their work. After I got my truck back, I dropped off my daughters car and they did a tune up on it that same day.     Been coming here for 7+ years since Ive moved here. They will not try to give you a run-around or recommendations for unnecessary fixes. Prices are fair to great and they certainly have my loyalty. I hope I never have to move because finding a shop like this is harder to do these days. Its also hard to find a place where the employees seem to always be smiling and positive. Great energy when walking through the door. It makes the world of difference.

    I stopped by their shop from out of town at about 2:30 on a Saturday. I had a problem with my trailer that no one else wanted to help with or was closed at the time. Without hesitation the owner came out and helped me get the bearings repaired even after it was time for them to close. The prices were more than fair and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend the shop to anyone. It was truly a blessing to meet them and to have them work on my trailer.

    Mr. Kenneth and the crew are awesome. They care about your safety by thoroughly checking your vehicle, but dont try to sell you something you dont need. They have the cleanest shop and the attention to detail is also apparent in their customer service.     I shared this with EJ and other shop personnel in person and would not miss an opportunity to say this publicly. I received amazing service at Running Right Auto Care. As a result of negligence by a local WalMart, I needed a whole new engine after receiving a faulty oil change. EJ and the rest of the staff treated me with sincere care during the entire process. I was initially concerned because my husband was deployed on the other side of the world and don’t know much about auto mechanics. Everyone at this shop was so helpful and knowledgeable. I never once felt that I was being taken advantage of. My car was sitting there for a few weeks before they could begin the work, but EJ waived any additional fees. Not to mention the entire job was completed in less than a week from the time the new parts arrived. I am a permanent customer after this experience. I am so grateful for the entire staff.     This is such a good business with the most helpful and caring people! Nikki, I think is the manager, and she is Extremely helpful. They keep you updated, and if there are options for repair, you are informed before the work is started. I was quoted $1,400.00 to have work on rack and pinion. When I arrived, Nikki said that the mechanic discovered a rusty bolt. They replaced the bolt and honored the warranty for replacing struts. My cost today- $0!

    I called around because I was in a rush and the original place I was going told me they would be able to service my car and when I got there had a 3 hour wait. When I called running right they told me to come right over and they would take care of me and understood I needed to be out in less than 2 hours.     My headlight was out on my car and I came in and they fixed it right away. I am a regular customer that is why I keep coming back and this time, they installed it for free. Excellent service and I even had a snack for the brief moment I was there. I think that I was in and out 10-15 min. They are definitely a 5 star company. I also visited Running Right today, 6/5/18. They even give reminders of the next recommended service for your vehicle. They finished my service in record time, as I was in a time crunch. I was able to get lunch to King George, (my nephew) update my files, and show homes this afternoon (as I am a licensed Realtor) Customer service is impeccable. I have never had it so good with my car care and auto mechanic. I will definitely refer out to friends and business partners.

    Called Running Right to inquire about my BMW check engine light and my cooling fan was not turning on. I was told up front that they are not always able to repair European Cars since they have a lot of specific tools and specs that are required to get the job done (some repairs require you to take the car to the dealer or European Shop). Although they were not able to work on my car, the level of customer service was outstanding! There is usually a charge for the diagnostic test, but they waived the fee since they could not repair the car! They are the most trustworthy and honest auto repair shop I have ever experienced!

    Taking both my vehicles to Running Right Auto Care was not just about maintenance and inspected it was about an experience. They educated me about what needed to be done to my vehicles to keep them running well. The thing that impressed me the most is how quick they were. They are super professional and have a very clean establishment. You really do get the dealership treatment, but a much higher level in quality repair and maintenance. RRAC is a great place to get inspections, they really go way beyond what you need to know above and beyond just the basics. Their prices are great!

    I took my 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche to Running Right Auto Care to have the ABS, Tracking Control, and Cruise Control repaired.     I had been taking my vehicles (Honda Odyssey and Accord) to the folks across the street at Precision Tune, then discovered that they had gone out of business. GASP!!! NOW WHAT??? A quick look at local shops led me to Running Right, and their reviews from previous customers looked good. REALLY good. So I bit the bullet and brought in the van for control arms that were shot. I think that it was only a matter of time before my right wheel collapsed. They lifted it, diagnosed it, took me in and showed me how bad they were, and gave me a reasonable quote. Had to leave it overnight, but I was happily given a courtesy ride home from owner Bobby in his beautiful F150 pickup. From the outside their shop doesnt look brand new or fancy, but they keep the waiting area spotless and provide complementary drinks (water, juice, even Nestles Quick!) pastries (Spunkmeyer muffins!) and coffee. The technicians and managers are all courteous and friendly. My van was repaired before 10am the next day, and we drove off the parking lot with a 2 year warranty. 2 years! Youre lucky to get 90 days at other shops. The van drives like it was brand new again. I HIGHLY recommend Running Right Auto Care for all of your auto repair needs.

    I called and they were able to immediately tend to my car. Their main concern is making sure they coordinate with you about leaving your car (if unsafe to drive as mine was) and they also offer shuttle services. They sent me pictures with details of everything wrong with my car which included what was urgent and what could wait. Nikki the receptionist is extremely professional and also informative. I especially love the details I received about my car so I will be coming back for work in the future. Thank you RRAC!

    My experience with Mr. Ken and his staff has been the BEST experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop! I took my car to them after spending thousands of dollars at Mayo Auto Works in Killeen. When I took my car back to Mayo for them to re look at a problem they had previously fixed I was told they had NO RECORDS of repairs or services and I would have to pay for diagnostics and repair again!! I was beyond upset! I took it up to Running Right by referral from my boss, Eric from Window Genie, and was greeted by Mrs. Nikki who is so professional, polite, funny and very knowledgeable of repairs and services. She noted all my concerns and then had Mr. Ken the owner do a test drive with me so I couldlet him hear the sounds I was hearing and was my cause of concern. They asked when I needed my vehicle back and had me taken back to work with their COMPLIMENTARY shuttle service. I was beyond happy to find out they had a shuttle service. Most places dont unless youre at a car dealership getting service. They made my repairs and oil change as requested and as I was on the phone with Mrs. Nikki for her to let me know service was done, the shuttle service was at my door ready to take me to the shop!!!     Great service. Shuttle and complimentary snacks on top on fair prices. I had a f*restone quote to fix my AC for $2,600. I took my car to Running Right for a second opinion and they fixed for $98 out of the door in about 2 hours. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

    This is the best auto place I’ve been to for simple things at least. I haven’t had anything major done, just an oil change and safety check. The front desk man was very nice and everyone was friendly. My boys were with me and they had amazing snacks, not just popcorn but pastries and juice, soda and coffee. It didn’t take long even though I saw lots of cars being worked on. We’ll be back!

    Purchased a first car for my daughter. A/C wasnt working properly. RRAC was mentioned to me by an OReillys employee. Dropped off the next morning. By midday I had a full digital report of what was wrong and what was highly recommended and what could wait. Now, they replaced my oil pan gasket, transmission flushed, power steering flushed and A/C repaired. The price was fair and done all on the same day. On side note, please remember after recieving your report, please give the front desk receptionist time to go over the report. This way when they call you, a proper conversation can happen in a timely manner.

    I would have done a 5 star. They did a great job on fixing the leak. I would have figured they would have drained and service oil pan and transmission fluid, of which neither was done. New oil cooler lines, new rear engine seal, same oil same filter. I dont even know if the PCV was clogged like I suggested get checked. I had to do all these things, after I got the vehicle back.
