Right before we were expecting roughly 30 people to come to our house on a warm Sunday afternoon, our AC went out. We gave Pratts AC and Heating a call and there was zero hesitation to come out on a weekend and get our unit fixed right before everyone came over. He was professional, thorough, quick to respond, and well priced. We will absolutely be calling him again for all of our AC and Heating needs! -

Garrett with Pratts came out to service our AC and he was great. I specifically asked for a later appointment on a Friday due to my schedule that day and they were able to accommodate. Garrett changed out our filter in the article, added a float switch and some other things outside to help with the AC/Heat running better. I asked a lot of questions, he never once hesitated to answer them knowledgeably and respectfully. Would definitely recommend this company in the future. -

After calling a few other companies to help the AC in my kitchen at my restaurant, I was referred to Pratts and I couldnt be happier. David was able to come out the same day and get our unit working in the kitchen again. Ive called him since then for a couple of other issues weve had and hes been able to quickly react and get us working again. His pricing has been as competitive if not better than the other companies I originally contacted, but what really set him apart is his concern and customer service. He didnt just get the units up and left, but instead he follows up and checks in with us. He has stopped by a few times to check the thermostat himself and make sure everything feels great. Hes been fantastic to do business with and the service has been above and beyond! We will only be using his services for both my home and my restaurant. -

Wonderful company with great service and fair prices! My AC went out and it was 97* in my home. My home warranty tried to make me wait 2 days for service in the unbearable heat. I called Pratts AC and they came out the same day and had my AC repaired in no time! David, Gracie and Mike were all very kind, understanding and easy to work with.
