I am really impressed with this company. Each time I’ve used them, they really seem to be experienced in heating and air. I feel like I can trust them to remedy my problem timely, and their fees have been reasonable. I have had contact with the owner, his sons and his receptionist, and I’d give each one a 4 star for being kind and helpful. These people were recommended to us about a year ago by the prior owner of our house.

Contacted Pomykal after our AC stopped cooling in the morning. Was expecting a long wait but was pleasently surprised when I had an appoontment for later in the afternoon. Recieved a text with a timeframe for arrival and it was spot on. Billy arrived and went right to work. Diagnosed our problem quickly. Gave us options (we didnt have many, unwanted visitor destroyed some wiring). Billy worked tirelessly to mitigate the issue and was done faster than I thought. Very reasonable price and execptional work. He also made some notes on possible future issues but did not pressure us and gave professional opinoins which I respect. I am so thankful for the prompt, professional, and informative work that Pomykal Heating & Cooling did. Our AC stopped blowing cold air yesterday evening. I called and left a voicemail and received a call back from Mrs. Pomykal within minutes. She was able to schedule my appt for the next morning between 8-9. I received a text message at 7:40am with his picture letting me know he was en route (loved this idea with the picture). Billy arrived a couple minutes before 8am (talk about punctual). He wore booties on his shoes inside the house too. He explained everything that he found and even showed me how to flush the line. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and all the work was done within the hour. I will definitely call them for any future heating and cooling needs. Thank you much for being so organized, professional, and prompt so we didn’t have to endure the 105° temperature this afternoon! Highly recommend!

I definitely recommend this company. My experience with them was excellent. Great communication and pricing. My AC went out on a weekend and Bill explained everything to me and I understood my parts weren’t available. He came back with temp parts until he can get the other parts. He never left us hanging and was very polite. The parts came in about a week later and he quickly fixed it. If he can save you money he will do the best he can to do that for you. Again I definitely recommend this company and I don’t plan on taking my business anywhere else. They were a life saver in this crazy TEXAS heat.

I called yesterday with concerns, immediately spoke with a very nice lady from the company who had me set up the next day with an appointment! I have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience with this company!About a couple weeks ago we had a bit of an emergency with our AC unit and it just so happened to be on a Sunday.We called Pomykal Heating & Cooling and they were able to give us an estimate and an appointment to come by that day.When they got here they were very professional and took care of our issue quickly. They said the work wasnt as much as the original estimate we were given over the phone, and they ended up charging us less. Which says alot to me, since they could have stuck with the original price. The fact that they were honest about the charges, their work was amazing, and the AC in our home is now working better than it ever did before says alot.This is our go to company from now on.

I cant say enough nice things about this company. Last year they cleaned our ducts and added some vents to various rooms for more airflow. It made a huge difference in our air quality. I called Pomykl to diagnose my problem after my AC had gone out twice, but each time I was able to power cycle and getting it going again. The first time the technician was very professional and checked a variety of thing (along with adding more coolant), but wasnt exactly sure what caused the system to be tripped. Instead of encouraging me to pay for an expensive new control board (a possible cause), he suggested I wait and call them out if it went out again. When it happened again a week later, they were out within 2 hours of my call, fixed the issue easily, and didnt charge me for the extra visit. Im very impressed with everyone Ive dealt with so far and will definitely recommend them.

Love this family owned business! Always honest and fair. We use them for all our HVAC needs and recently had them replace our crossover duct underneath our home. Before we called PomyKal, we had used other companies that could never figure out why we didnt get airflow in all of our rooms. Since they have repaired the duct our electric bill has decreased significantly, and we have wonderful airflow throughout the entire home. On Thanksgiving of 2019, our heater decided it no longer wanted to work (thankfully we were going over to familys house that day). On Black Friday, I called, hoping that I could get someone to come out that day. He arrived at the house extremely quickly that same morning, and was able to fix our heater that day. The problem was explained to us, and we were offered a couple of additional fixes, but we felt no pressure whatsoever, and were advised that we didnt have to complete the additional repairs that day. I fully appreciated his promptness, kindness and transparency in the work he provided for us. You cant beat the prices either!!
