    They came out and repaired HVAC unit. technician was able to accomodate the very next day shcedule so really appreciate that. They are very responsive with great customer service. 4/5 stars partly because it took them 5 service calls-2/5 times i had to pay service fee. WOrk was done through warrenty so i guess its not their fault as theyare only authorized to duct-tape the issue and no do holistic fix-so partly that was frustrating with me having to call them over and over and having things approved from warrenty.overall recommed company. great customer service. 4/5 only because of me having to go back and forth for the repair

    I want to say this company went above and beyond to help us. We had been out of AC for almost 2wks in the summer Texas heat! Ladarius and team work quickly with our home warranty to get our claim worked out. When I had a bunch of questions Ladarius called me personally on a Saturday to get me the answers I needed in order for us to move forward! He was able to fit us in the next day after he received our equipment. We have finally working AC and couldn’t be happier with Only Way Air!

    My Home Warranty company had selected Only Way Air to service my claim...my A/C had gone out. OWA was out the next day after I had submitted my claim and Ronald spent a good hour and a half diagnosing my problem: I needed a total unit replacement and he submitted all the particulars to my warranty holder, which approved my claim and we arranged for OWA to proceed (this was a Friday). On Monday they were out and installed the new unit (took about 2 hours) and we were cooling again. After about 10 hours I noticed the temp was not getting down to my thermostat setting (74 vice 70). I contacted OWA the next day and told them the problem. Turned out the problem was a mismatch between the new unit (Lennox) and the attic heat exchanger control (which was Trane). OWA came out that same afternoon, spent an hour and a half tweaking the flows to match compatibility. All is super now...was a pleasure working with Only Way Air. Was very responsive to solve my problem.

I had an estimate in hand within 3 hours and a full replacement in 5 days. Frequent updates via text and check-ins from the owner himself. I couldnt recommend One Way Air more highly!

    I sure lucked out when Only Way Air picked up the job from my Home Warranty company. I had a leak in my evaporator coil and no Freon left in the system. LaDarius had my parts and the job completed in less than a week. He even had the technicians do the job on a holiday. Communication was perfect.     Ronald, tech, was an absolute Godsend!! We have two units in our two story home and both went out. Our first floor unit went out 1 year ago. He used his expertise and now we are up and running for both units. They were affordable since we were told both systems had to be replaced. He was able to fix both unit without replacing either one.     Highly recommend the company. We had a faulty circuit board that was intermittently failing. Their owner came in to diagnose the problem and not only replaced the faulty board but found problem with the controller and replaced that aswell.     We recently had Only Way Air Heating & AC come by for a winter checkup of our home heating system. They arrived on-time and their repair technician was very professional. He explained all the work to be performed ahead of time and he made sure he wasnt tracking any dirt into our home. He also took the time to explain how newer thermostats could work better with our heat pump even though he wasnt selling those items! We have used several of those big name services you see on TV; I will never go back to them now.We have found the perfect combination of knowledgeable and friendly repair people in Only Way! I was without air for 3 nights waiting on somebody else that misdiagnosed the issue but this gentleman came and had my air working in less than 45 minutes. Don’t wait.     This company is amazing, I needed to have my ac compressor replaced and I had heard of them from a friend who referred me. I called and had Ladarius come over for an estimate. I was impressed from the beginning by the fact that he showed up at the time we had agreed to, unlike most repair companies. Thoroughly explained my options, I opted to have the compressor replaced and they had me taken care of in no time 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

    I have to revise my last review. The owner and I have worked things out.He came out and took care of the part that needed replacing and he also made sure everything else was in good working order. He went over and above to help me with my home warranty company, who were dragging their feet authorizing the work. I do recommend this companyThey came out in the summer and they said they put a hard start on my AC unit this winter when I couldn’t get heat they came out said I needed Freon when I had another company check this it didn’t need Freon but in the summer they had bypassed the defrost control board reversing valve wired straight to the conductor causing the system to be in cooling only. When I talk to the owner he said that’s not what the technician put down in the summer that they Donely put down that they did a hard start would not work with me at all very rude on the phone
