We have used MillionAire Heating and Plumbing for the past couple of years. First, we had to have a new a/c system installed in a house we had recently purchased and then we have continued to use them for bi-annual maintenance. They are terrific! They text and call before arriving (punctually!) and the technicians photo is included in the text for security. Everyone whos come to our house has been exemplary - polite, respectful of our home, and very knowledgeable. Randy Rozier was the last person who came to service our heating system and he was great. Next we had an issue with our garbage disposal. Brandon said when he arrived that he was 90% sure he could fix it, even though I had a new one ready to install. Sure enough, he fixed it relatively quickly and saved us money. He also was a very nice guy. I highly recommend!

TLDR: Honest and no pressure sales.Called them out to take a look at why I had no heat in one part of the house and to get an estimate on a system replacement.Got my zero pressure quote - where the salesman actually advised I wait to replace the whole system as it was still working efficiently given its age and condition.As for the no heat issue - was about to spend $2K for having some duct work redone, when the tech found the ducting was no the issue but the vents were blocking the air flow.In short - what was expected to be $2K of work ended up being nothing more than the original service fee.This type of honesty is hard to find in this line of work and is very appreciated.

He’s absolutely incredible, and is a true expert and professional in his field. I believe he helped start the company as well. And you wouldn’t be able to tell because he’s so humble. Million Air Heating, Air, and Plumbing technician Mr. Smith was at our Cleaners to discuss the project we had in our boilers room to replace our Back flow assembly.I was very impressed by his knowledge and experience and we discussed the job and I had his complete quote with all the details and his explanation about the job .Bastion may experience very knowledgeable and experienced technician.Since we are still getting more quotes for our job, once we finalize our process of quotes collection then we will decide to move forward with them or not but so far qualification wise they are the best we are I analyzing there price quite.

Also, Holly, the lady on the phone when I called to make the appointment was so helpful and friendly on the phone. They all did an excellent job and their services are very affordable, which is greatly appreciated.We will definitely be calling them if we need any more plumbing to be done.

I had a funny sound coming from my heating/ac unit. Of course, though it did it twice in a row for me and even smelled hot, it did fine with the technician Daniel, who was wonderful. But that didn’t phase him. He opened up the unit and was I surprised to see black mold beginning to grow inside. This unit is 3 years old, and the previous one was packed with the mold. But I had been assured the new one wouldn’t get it. Thanks to Daniel I could chose what I wanted to do about several great options that he gave me. I really felt like I was in charge, and that is fairly rare for a 74 yr old woman with obvious health problems. I would definitely give Daniel 5 stars!!!

I had a leaking garbage disposal that needed to be replaced. Millionaire heating cooling and plumbing had extremely fast turnaround with setting an appt, communicating, and Jerry Smith went above and beyond by making a special trip to get the correct power cord. He also has great taste in tv shows. This is the 2nd time I’ve used these guys and they were fast, trustworthy, and have high quality products that will last longer and provide much more efficiency than most brands.

I wanted to start this review of MillionAire H,A&P by saying...I very seldom leave reviews. But my experience with MillionAire warranted such a review.My experience started with an AC unit that stopped cooling & with drainage of water on my wood floor. I contacted MillionAire that afternoon and they sent a very professional technician (Daniel Moreno) to evaluate the problem. A complete evaluation was done and the numerous issues discovered were discussed in detail. Daniel proposed the various options available for our 14 yr. old system and then decided it advisable to inform management of the situation. Within 30 minutes the Owner (Brandon Cronkhite) arrived and he explained, in detail, the plus/minus of each option. We decided to make the investment in an American Standard Heat-Pump system in just a couple of days and Brandon expedited the installation within a couple of days. Once again, the professionalism and expertise of the technicians (Anthony & Damian) & Field Supervisor (Randy Rozier) was evident immediately. The system installation was completed within 5 to 6 hours (both inside & outside) plus, Randy completed an inspection of the installation and we were operational that day. In addition, we decided to have all of our ductwork inspected & cleaned/sanitized and to add approx. 18 of blown insulation. This work was completed by Millionaire the next day by a highly trained crew on a mission of paying attention to detail, no cutting corners. The entire project was 1st Rate! I realize that this review is a little wordy, but I felt justified.MillionAire Heating, Air & Plumbing is a very Professional, Highly Trained and Customer Service First organization that deserves your consideration. I felt very comfortable with him being in my home when I was not there. He replaced all my pipes and everything is working perfectly. Jerry advised us that our water bill would be very high because of the pipe breaking and encouraged us to take the paperwork to the water company,maybe we can get our bill discounted. Long overdue post. Brandon and his team have been great to me and my family for several years now.My AC blower motor went out on a Sunday. Brandon came out and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately not something that could be fixed that day.Michael and Luis came out the next day, arriving about 1030a, and were working until they got it done until 830/9pm. They got it all working, cleaned the place up behind themselves, and overall did a fantastic job.This is a great company. You won’t be upset.

I called and I told the receptionist (…don’t remember her name) that it wasn’t an emergency but she got me in as fast as possible. The options were expensive and confusing. I decided to change my 37 year old system with MillionAire. Luis and Michael came out and did a thorough and wonderful job! Millionaire Heating and Air Conditioning.. and now Plumbing gave us fantastic service last year when our air conditioner condenser line leaked through the downstairs ceiling. Randy did a fantastic job of rerouting the condenser line and venting system at an affordable price. He was easy to work with and extremely professional! This year Randy repaired electrical wires in our indoor heat/air intake system that were completely destroyed. He certainly is capable of fixing all aspects of heating and air systems. Wonderful job and again it was affordable compared to an earlier quote that I had received. washer shutoff this year as well as a broken faucet. Jerry, who is a master plumber, offered a quick solution to the shut off valves and saved us hundreds of dollars by not having to cut into the drywall . The faucet was installed perfectly. He was personable and offers years of experience in plumbing. This is a fantastic company to work with!!!

Ive recently had two systems replaced prematurely (because the previous homeowner used a less reputable installer). What we got was continued cold water and an estimate over $4000 to replace our 6 yr old heater with a new unit with code through the roof venting. If you want an honest reliable heating, air and plumbing company, look no further than Millionaire.

I called MillionAire Heating, along with a few other local companies. I liked the customer service and the service fee best w/MillionAire, so I scheduled a tech to come out. My AC was working but my stat was having a hard time keeping up. Turns out, I have basically no insulation in our attic. The tech that came out did a very thorough inspection inside and out. Once we determined what it was, we discussed the benefits of getting insulation and he provide a quote. Bonus: they support our military and offered a generous military discount. So far, we have been pleased with this company and have decided to go with them for insulation install and also a year long contract for maintenance on our unit.

Millionaire and Brandon Cronkite in particular came highly recommended by a neighbor when our 20 year old AC unit was on its last legs. We obtained 4 quotes and although Millionaire wasnt the lowest cost quote, we opted to go with them because of Brandons thorough inspection of our current system and suggestion to modify duct work and registers to improve cooling in our master bedroom and bathroom.2 weeks before our scheduled installation date, our old compressor bit the dust, right before our first heat wave of the year. Brandon came out and installed a cooling tower to help us get by and moved our installation date up one week to keep us as comfortable as possible (at no additional cost).We went with a Daikin FIT system and after almost 3 weeks with it now, we are extremely pleased with our selection of Daikin and Millionaire. Brandon paid us a follow-up visit at our request because the master bedroom and bathroom were actually too cold with the modifications they performed. He made some adjustments and now our cooling is perfectly balanced throughout our home.Based on some early analysis using Reliants online energy use statistics, it also appears that our electric bills should be reduced somewhere in the 40% range.With no reservations at all, I highly recommend Millionaire, Brandon and Daikin!

Outstanding service - Highly recommended!When our AC went out, the big AC company that installed it (just a few years ago) came out and even though parts were covered, they quoted us a hefty price just for labor and coolant. After the part went on back order for a week, we called MillionAire to see what they could do.Randy came out, found the part that was actually leaking (which was NOT the part back ordered) in no time at all. Randy coordinated with the manufacturer to get a whole new unit because the leaking part could not be repaired or replaced separately. Then Michael came out and replaced the compressor very quickly. Not only did they fix the problem within 24 hours, they also saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. I have a new AC company now!

Randy came to do our heating tune up. From the beginning he was friendly and respectful. He told us all that he was going to do before he started. I had children asking some of what he was doing, and he patiently explained to them what he was testing and why. I appreciated his customer service and honesty. After speaking with my dad, Kris came out to our home, and did a great job. I repeat, Kris did a great Job! The one thing that bothers me the most, is that after speaking with my dad; It reminded me that Americans are being victimized when we shouldn’t be. My dad fought in three wars in the US Army, and loves his country. But he constantly talks about how American people are being ripped off compared to people in other countries. The reason that I am going on this rant, is because these areas of expertise are constantly getting away with ripping people off. My dad was charged almost $400 dollars to change a capacitor, when it really should have cost a lot less. Im giving 5 stars, because I know Kris did what he was supposed to do. The fact remains that US citizens are being done wrong, and people are still sleeping sound at night. My dad is now interested in using some of his education money to go to school for HVAC. For anyone with question, my dad allows me to write reviews for him; after speaking to him. We do this because, he does not like wasting his time saying things that people already know. He has started one business, and I guess will start another one after school is done. Don’t just say “just pay it”, because the fact still remains that the US citizens are being done this way. We met with Brandon to discuss replacement of our 13 year old heating and A/C system 3 years ago. I am now 70 years old and must say that in all of my years having met with countless service company personnel and in many cases the owners, never have I had a better experience from start to now years of follow up system services. Brandon is one of the nicest and sincere persons I have ever met. He and his team are dedicated to precision installation and service. Brandon recommended Daikin system which has turned out to be the quietest and most affordable A/C system. We can hardly hear it run outside or even inside from the airflow vents. On top of that, our home is now the most comfortable by far than it has ever been.You would be hard-pressed to find a better company to satisfy your system needs.

We called around noon and she got us in for a same day service! She even called back to update us that our technician might be running about 30 minutes late (and she called 2 hours ahead of time). Thank you maam! Our technician did NOT end up being late, he was actually only 30 minutes into the 2 hour possible arrival window.Our technician Brandon was also great. Very knowledgeable, to the point, and was in and out in less than an hour with our heat back up and running. Price point was fair and when talking membership options, we didnt feel pressured. We have been using Millionaire for over 2 years now. They have done everything in their power to keep our A/C healthy and working through these extreme summers that we have with an older house and older systems. A week ago we had evaporator coil fail (not that we knew that, we only knew that we weren’t cooling) on our second unit and they were out the next day to see what the problem was. The Technician was out to evaluate it and was able to show us with a video exactly what he was looking at with the inside unit. He looked back at their records and it showed that the evaporator coil was replaced two years earlier. The coil was under warranty, so the call out that day plus the repair with the replaced evaporator coil with no out of pocket to us.We also had our tune-up scheduled for the week after so we used that to make sure that everything was still working the way it should. There are a few things that are outside of tolerances, and the technician who came out made it very easy to understand what would need to be done, even to a layman.We will continue to use the team at Millionaire because they never try to sell you anything you don’t need and make it very easy to understand courses of action when something needs to be done.

This company deserves every 5-star review it has. Our first experience with them was when we called to get quotes for a new unit last year believing ours was about to go out. Randy came out and inspected everything and provided the quotes but also found why our unit was not working well. We had them fix it; they were prompt and efficient in what we needed. Into this year we had one of our two units not working and we called them back out again. We were ready to replace both units with one for energy efficiency and to ensure one or both wouldn’t go out in the summer since they were so old. Randy came out again and did some testing to determine what size unit we needed and gave us options on how to make the unit work best for our house. The knowledge we got from Randy and Brandon was fantastic which made us feel we were making the right decision. Through the process of removing the old units and installing the new one, we were kept informed about what was going on and any issues or concerns that came up. The team of guys doing the actual install were very professional and pleasant.We did get quotes from other companies and Millionaire was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. But, we know we wouldn’t have gotten that level of service or workmanship with those other companies.

The short answer is… yes!!!Here’s my story…My family and I had been in our house for a little over a year now. Heater was suddenly acting up (running but not blowing hot air) and at a bad time when North Texas was in the single digits cold weather!Reached out to the neighborhood HVAC guy but no response in a timely manner (we get it, with cold weather, probably busy).Had previous recommendations saved from my old neighborhood and reached out to Kris Nash. He got back to me in a timely manner and said to reach out to their office to schedule a service call.The person that took my call was very friendly! Was able to get me in their schedule with Kris the same day! She was very sincere and apologized because the expected time of arrival of the HVAC tech was between 5PM-7PM. I said, no worries at all!!! I’m very thankful that they can even get me on the schedule!The HVAC Tech (Kris) was very transparent and great with communication! He kept me updated with his arrival time.Upon arrival, he was very professional and had great customer service! After he did his diagnostics, he sat down with my wife and I to discuss the plan to get the heater up and running. He explained everything in great detail what was wrong with the unit and the best plan of action. He made it very easy with pricing options and also made recommendations to ensure this issue won’t happen again. I can tell you one thing…when it comes to HVAC, it typically is not cheap! He was also able to explain the warranty process in great detail what is typically covered and what was not. Unfortunately, the part that was broken did not meet warranty requirements.He was looking for ways to give me a legit discount and to make this fix easier on my wallet. He was able to give me a discount since I’m a first responder, he sold me a good maintenance plan (way cheaper than what I was paying from a major HVAC company) which also gives discount on service repairs. After the discounts were factored in, I know that the price he gave me was very fair compared to other HVAC companies!!!I also gave him the last tune-up quote recommendations that was performed by another HVAC company, and he followed up with them to make sure if it was even needed.He was able to get our heater up and running by installing a new part. We also opted in a surge protector to protect the unit. After, he was able to give me a quote on after following up with the tune up quote recommendations. He was not pushy at all and gave me the quote via email. Guess what… he was able to beat the other competitor quote by almost half!!! He told me that they were a small company, and their overhead was less which they are able to provide better pricing compared to the bigger companies.In conclusion, great service from Kris Nash!!! Highly recommended if you can request him! I’ve been a first responder for 15 years and that evening, Kris Nash was our first responder saving us by getting our HVAC running properly and giving us a discount to make it easier on the wallet! This has proven valuable as our hybrid HVAC system of new and old components has suffered multiple failures on old components (some more than 20 years old), new components (replaced under warranty), or freak accidents (electrical surges during a storm that fried components).==CONSISTENT==All technicians have been professional, friendly, and easy to talk to in normal terms (just ask for the plain English version). He literally stayed all day into the early evening working and testing until my system was pumping out cold and consistent air! Our 2.5 year old Carrier A/C heater stopped producing heat - it was pushing cold air. I called and spoke to the installer and they said the earliest they could visit was four days away - not ideal with an arctic cold snap arriving in one day. I looked up reviews on DFWs local AC + heat specialist and was impressed with Millionaire heating & A/C reviews. I gave Millionaire a call and they were able to send a specialist named Kris within two hours to our house. Kris was quickly able to identify three major issues with the furnace: first, we had a 3.5 ton Carrier that had intake vents for a 2 ton unit; second, the CO pollutants in the exhaust pipe was 450 ppm well over the federal safety limit; third, the gas pressure was set to the maximum 3.98 wc. Kris was able to get the unit to heat for the night - the cause was the heat exchange was too hot so the safety shut-off was triggered to stop the heater. The next morning, Kris returned to fix all three issues: he installed an additional 12 intake duct to bring the total intake CFM to 1400 (the CFM needed for a 3.5 ton unit); replaced the exhaust flue caps to allow easier exhaust; reduced the gas pressure to 2.65 wc; retested all the heaters functions and was able to get the CO exhaust down to 100 PPM. We were very happy to have found a great A/C Heater specialist and look forward to our semi-annual maintenance. And we are not happy with the original installer.

Due to a lightning strike or power surge from recent spring storms our HVAC was not functioning properly. Millionaire diagnosed that the thermostat, outside fan motor and circuit board were not working. Although our unit was still under warranty, our HVAC company refused/denied our claim. Brandon Cronkhite did not feel this was appropriate so he sold us the replacement parts at his cost saving us a very large sum. Randy Rozier was very professional and arrived on time to replace the parts. In addition, he installed two surge protectors so hopefully this will not happen again.If you want great service with knowledgeable professionals, then MillionAire is who you should hire. Added an another air return and replaced one of the air grates that was too small. Distribution box had been improperly installed by builder.
