From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and stress-free.The two technicians, Neil and Mike, came out and they were both highly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly before beginning the work. They took the time to assess the issue, provided a detailed estimate, and made sure I understood the process. It was clear that they were experienced, and their professionalism put me at ease.The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Amazing experience with Milestone. I called for help a few weeks ago but since the call was late so appointments were all booked but they went out of their way to help getting my hot water heater back to work the same day through phone help. This alone gained my loyalty.The personnel were most professional and the yearly service contract is exceptionally beneficial! The technician (Jordan) went out of his way to ensure the job was completed properly. He worked in the cold on the coldest day of the year to fix my water heater.

Quite frankly this type of honesty and trust is exceptional and undervalued. Jonathan was consistently positive and exceptionally professional throughout. Our older home has many complexities, and Ive had the opportunity to use their services multiple times. I am grateful for their help and the quality of service they provide.

I am updating my 1-star review from 6 days ago (water heater stopped working Xmas morning). After my post, I was contacted by Milestone 3 separate times to ensure they do the right thing to rectify the matter. I was out of town over the holidays and I did respond back to them when I returned. Since the water heater was already fixed, there wasnt much else Milestone could do as far as repairing it. However, they have offered to refund the service fee that they charged. This gesture is very much appreciated.Again, I would like to reiterate, I originally gave Milestone 5-stars for their prompt customer service, especially on Xmas morning where no one was answering their phones. The tech they sent out, however, failed in my opinion. Based on the super customer service and their refund, I am willing to give them another chance in the future. Thank you.

Shawn Bullard and crew did an excellent job of replacing the old breaker box with detailed labeling, replacing the disconnect breaker box outside, installing new sockets up to code in wet areas, installing whole house surge protector and special surge protectors in couple of areas, adding new smoke alarms, etc. The City issued the green card today.The only reason I am giving 4 stars versus 5, is due to the $price of the services. Which was probably close to double what other companies would charge -and has nothing to do with the quality of work or communication which was great. We were able to set the first appointment right away. We could have possibly waited a day and solicited other quotes, but it was an emergency situation with half of the breakers suddenly non functional - ergo no heat and 20 degrees, no hot water and lots of flickering lights. They seem to be an efficient company with quality employees, just priced at the highest end.

Have used milestone before for my AC.. This is the first time using them for plumbing. They actually showed up early, did a complete video inspection of all my wastewater pipes, gave me his professional recommendation and a couple of different repair options. Francisco was great, very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole two hour inspection. Would highly recommend Milestone.

Devor came out to give us an estimate of our aging AC system. His analysis was honest without trying to sell me. He made what seemed like reasonable recommendations, but he wasnt pushy at all. I ended up going with a different company as I didnt need Milestones level of expertise, but Im definitely keeping their info for future needs.

Luis serviced my HVAC unit for my complimentary tune up and provided excellent service. He was descriptive and clear when describing the steps he took and what needs to be done. I’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC systems, but he explained it in a way I could understand and offered to speak to my father on the phone to explain it to him as well. He shared a detailed video of his findings for reference at the end of the service. Overall, I’m impressed with the level of service I received today, and I’m happy to be a member.

Tyler was very polite and knowledgeable. We discussed the work being done so expectations were clear upfront. He explained the operation of the flood lights being installed which was above and beyond. The cost for installation of a new electrical line through the attic and 2 flood lights was a bit high, $1,082, but I would still recommend Milestone to my friends and family.

Great service from Chad! We needed to replace a leaking spigot and had to pause for the city to replace the main shutoff valve in order to continue with the spigot repair. Advance two weeks, the city was able to install a new valve and Chad came back out and replaced the leaking spigot. Communication was critical, since rain/snow was forecasted the next two days. I was really impressed with his professionalism, timely response and flexibility with the repair.

Mario was amazing and milestone did a great job getting us worked in on short notice. We had an active leak in a wall and they were at our residence within an hour of my call! $400+ for a diagnostic to just cut a small hole in the wall is super steep, but they did great work and I am happy with the repair. $1,100 all in for a pipe fitting replacement.

Gary with Milestone arrived at the scheduled time, introduced himself and got right to work. He was well dressed and very personable. He was glad to let me watch him troubleshoot the AC issue. He found a partially broken wire, which isnt an easy task. But he wasnt satisfied that the problem was completely repaired. He said it seemed too easy. And he was right. After moving a bundle of wires, the AC quit again. He dug right in, and found another questionable connection. Problem solved.I highly recommend Gary. I had Milestone come out yesterday to do my annual heater tune-up. I sincerely appreciated that Milestone sent me a text with the technicians name and photo in advance. When he arrived, James McCreary was already recognizable to me. This definitely gave a good sense of security. James was extremely friendly and professional. He listened to my questions and answered everything thoroughly. There was no attempt to pressure me into unnecessary work or upgrades. He set about his work and completed everything in very good time -- but not too quickly that I would have to wonder if things were done correctly. I now have a much better feeling that we will continue to get good use out of our system -- despite the cold weather we are currently experiencing. We appreciate all of the service we get from our Milestone membership and would gladly have James McCreary back again!

Wayne was absolutely wonderful both personally and professionally. I had a weird smell and he checked everything to make absolutely sure I didn’t have a fire hazard. He went above and beyond to tell me also where my smoke detectors were slightly misplaced, where I needed to have escape ladders and where I needed extinguishers. Having someone help me keep my family safe is priceless. Bonus points I got to see pictures of his cat and he reminded us it was free slurpee day at 7-11! We love Wayne and will ask for him by name if we can next time!

I just received excellent service from the whole Milestone team. My AC recently stopped working, and I wasnt sure if it was best to repair or replace. I wasnt getting what I needed from my home warranty company, so I reached out for help with the decision making. Raven and Scott provided me with very detailed information to help me understand the gaps in my current AC unit and the best steps to move forward. By the end of the appointment, I was convinced working with the Milestone team would be a great long term decision. They were able to put me on the schedule the next day to get a whole new unit. Jimmy and his team of installers were very professional, and I can already tell the difference in the quality of product and service I was provided. Hopefully I wont have to have them back out anytime soon, but Im confident if I do theyd provide the same great service again.

I have a service contract that entitled me to a complimentary drain cleaning. I purchased a new house (for me; it was built in 1995) over the summer. For various reasons, both big and small, I have called upon Milestones electricians, plumbers and HVac specialists to work on upgrading and repairing my household needs 5 times this year. I considered them all an investment in the future and each visit has made me feel more safe, secure and relaxed in my home. My Milestone experience has been excellent - from dealing with with phone/office appointment setters to the professionals that have come to my home to do the work. Each representative has done a great job. Theyve answered all of my questions and let me know what I needed for each job. For example, because I have an electric car, I had questions on charging it at home with a normal 110-volt wall socket in my garage, (which they replaced and upgraded) and inquired as to what would be necessary to upgrade to a 220 volt socket to charge at higher rates of speed. (Im sticking with 110-volt - however, if I chose to upgrade, I now know the costs and all of the details involved with the job of going to the higher in-home charging speeds).These are the things that Milestone has done for my house this year: inspect and improve my HVac system, sealing all of my cooling/heating ducts; replace the old, rusted and worn out in-ground water valve and pipes, supercharge my water heater (Ive got fast hot water for my shower and sinks - a massive improvement as before I had to wait a long time for my water to heat up), replace an old leaky outdoor water faucet, and this morning Milestone installed a whole-house surge protecter to protect my house, Hvac units, car batteries, TVs, computers, sound bars, refrigerator, and all my other electronics from the electrical storms and power issues that are soon to come. Ive enjoyed spending the repair time with each Milestone plumber, electron and Hvac specialist (Im required to be here when they work) - they are friendly and really know their stuff! They have really educated me on what I need and go right to work and FIX IT IN A FLASH! My experience with Milestone has been 2 Thumbs up, 5-Star or however else one could rate them. I highly recommend Milestone. I experience the improvements of their work right away and I know the work is good and it will last giving me piece of mind for years to come.

Milestone delivered. After having a short behind the dryer, we called milestone and they scheduled us for the next morning. Kyler came out and was super knowledgeable about diagnosing and fixing the issue. He also did a free inspection of our main control panel and smoke detectors.Will definitely call back if we need anything else.
