Having no ac since early this morning and our leasing company not being able to find an ac tech we where able to find carlos he came out and found that the wires to the ac unit was shorting out he repaired the damaged harness and tested the electrical connections to confirm that there wasnt additional electrical damage. He also went over and beyond and washed the ac coils to the compressor as well. If you need a honest ac tech chose this company.

Can’t say enough great things about Carlos and MCT! Had an issue with our AC tonight and called him based on the google reviews and I’m glad I did! We have a five month old with a heart condition and were worried since our AC went out suddenly! I called Carlos he came out and was at our home within 20 minutes….diagnosed the issue within ten minutes and had us up and running within 30 minutes of arriving! Everything was straightforward and honest and one of the best experiences with an AC company I’ve ever had. On top of everything he was honest and extremely reasonable! Carlos is a lifesaver! My AC wasnt working properly for 2 months. I contacted him on a Thurs, he came out the same day to inspect, and discovered I needed a replacement of the coil and casing. He came out the next day, Fri, replaced everything and had it working that night. My kids and I had been struggling in this hot and humid temp for 2 months. He fixed it in 1 day! Carlos and his staff are honest, work hard and very professional. I highly recommend!!

I just have to say that Carlos is awesome. He knows how to keep your ac running. He is fast, to the point, and very, very honest. He will tell you straight out what is wrong. He will not try to charge you unnecessary work or parts. He is a genuine person with a big heart. He is here to help people in need and also wants to create a lasting relationship with his customers. Great experience! As a female, I feel that I constantly have to be worried about if I’m going to be overcharged when something breaks down in my house. Very friendly and extremely professional. I was misquoted and almost got taken advantage of by another company, contacted him and not only did he inform me that everything they said was to take advantage of me, but also told me exactly what was going on and performed the job. He could’ve totally just done what I asked, considering it would’ve made him more money, but he was honest, and honesty goes a long way when it comes to business.
