    Both MCS technicians, Omar and Raul, did an amazing job taking care of our AC issues. They were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. They immediately knew what the problem was, they obtained the necessary equipment to fix the issue, and were done before I knew it! I’ve been an MCS customer for many years. Their level of service is exactly why I will continue to rely on MCS for all HVAC service needs. As for pricing, they have proven time and time again to be very competitive. It goes without saying, I would absolutely recommend this business!

    This company has been putting in new A/c units at my apartments in fort worth. They have done a great job.Luis , is one of the workers and was very nice about telling me about the new a.c units. Please use them when you need a/c work done.

    Today of all days...It was 103 degrees outside. When I returned home from being in the emergency room for 11 hours. To my disappointment, my home was so hot, the thermostat read 83 degrees. After adjusting the stat, the temperature wasnt cooling. I call Mechanical Comfort Air Systems. Luckily they had a technician that was near by and was dispatched to my home right away. Christian, the Technician was so polite, professional and diagnosed my unit quickly. The compactor was out so he replaced it. The compressor was a little low on refrigerant so he charged it and it began to cool immediately. I can honestly say, if I have any issues with my unit in the future, I will call Mechanical Comfort Air Systems because they are honest with their diagnoses, far with the price and just set my mind at ease and brought back comfort in my home. Thank you again for making me and my family your priority.

    Great service and honest about finding the right solutions. Monica in the office is always happy and responsive. Omar is an outstanding technician and honest.I had five other companies from Frisco & McKinney that all tried to charge a Frisco tax and hoodwink me. (Charging people more just because they live in Frisco. - I remember when Frisco only had 3,000 people.) Omar and MCS didnt try to up-sell me and he diagnosed the problem accurately, unlike the the other companies.I truly wish them incredible success and recommend them without hesitation.

    Our A/c system stopped working around 4am in the morning, Mr Cano from Mechanical Confort assessed the problem right away. Turns out it was the capacitor and a contact, technician had all parts on hand and had the a/c running in no time. I found them reliable and professional.

    We called to get our AC checked- once tech arrived he trouble shot several things but found he needed to order a part - once it came in the next day they contacted us to make sure they could return to replace the bad part and even waited a bit after it was up and running to make sure it cooled to their specifications - great hob and teamwork between all the staff- we will be contacting them for any issues in the future.

    I really want to say Thank you Roel & Omar the Tech guy. You both were Very professional in my time in need . I fired the first crew from another company who just wanted to up sale a new unit, this same company installed the unit 7 years ago....the first company made me feel like I was buying a car....Mechanical comfort service made me feel Comfortable and picking them . Omar the Tech explain in Detail all I needed was a cpuple of sequence relays. We did discuss replacing the circuit board because of obvious burnt marks but at the fair price he offered we continue to do so...Once again thank you Mechanical comfort service .
