    Stephen did a fantastic job helping us get our ancient AC up and running again. 1985 was apparently a great year for quality built AC units. Stephen didn’t back down from the challenge and hung in there in the crazy Texas heat like a champion. Highly recommend

    Stephen is the best…. PERIOD! Honest, transparent, personable and knows his stuff with HVAC. We hate needing service on our HVAC system but the hard part is over once Stephen is on site (and it WILL be quick). Will keep using Matrix as long as we have an HVAC system :-)

    Stephen has helped us from melting in the TX heat many times when our AC unit stopped working…and started leaking. He is honest, reliable, very knowledgeable, and customer service cannot be beat!!     Awesome deal and professional quality work. I am happy with the work and my AC is cooling the house efficiently. Stephen took his time and spent hours in summer heat up in the attic to make sure system was leak proof. Would recommend him to anyone you can trust this guy with all your AC needs.

He even went as far as calling the company Carrier to make sure that his finding were correct and gave us a few options to choose from to save money.     Excellent service for a great price. Steve arrived on time and worked professionally. Replaced my old R-22 refrigerant condenser and evaporator with the new R-410A. Tested the unit after installation. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend him!
